u. storing (44) the event trigger time when the trigger event occurred and the braking time and the emergency braking event when the discrete emergency brake application signal occurred; and v. activation (48) of emergency brake application with impact warning when the event trigger time and the braking time are in close temporal proximity; w. requesting (50) download of digital video covering the time of the event from the onboard digital video recorder; x. receiving (54) digital video downloads; and y. sending (56) digital video downloads to a remote office. 2.
