Claims (9)

1. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1), koji obuhvaća: ulaz za vodu (2) konfiguriran za spajanje na javni vodovod; ventil (3) koji ima ulaz (4) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s ulazom vode (2), izlaz (5), a koji se može aktivirati za uključivanje ili isključivanje toka vode koji dolazi iz ulaza vode (2); spremnik smjese koncentrata hrane (6) koji ima izlaz za smjesu koncentrata hrane (7); izlaz razrijeđenog napitka (8); volumetrijsku pumpu (10) za unutrašnje usisavanje unutar sebe same smjese koncentrata hrane i vode, i za njihovo miješanje jedno s drugim, navedena volumetrijska pumpa (10) obuhvaća ulaz (12) i izlaz (11); prvi vod (13) koji obuhvaća: prvi kraj (14) koji je spojen na izlaz za smjesu koncentrata hrane (7); i drugi kraj (15) koji je spojen na ulaz (12) volumetrijske pumpe (10); drugi vod (16) koji obuhvaća: treći kraj (17) koji je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s izlazom (5) ventila (3); upravljačka sredstva (20) konfigurirana za aktiviranje ventila (3) i volumetrijske pumpe (10); jedinicu za detekciju (22) protoka vode za detekciju količine vode koja teče iz ulaza vode (2), koja je jedinica za detekciju (22) protoka vode spojena na upravljačka sredstva (20); pri čemu su upravljačka sredstva (20) konfigurirana za aktivaciju volumetrijske pumpe (10) kako bi se regulirao protok smjese koncentrata hrane i vode usisane iznutra kao funkcija podataka koje je jedinica za detekciju (22) primila; naznačeno time da: stroj za pripremu i doziranje obuhvaća korisničko sučelje (9) za naredbu točenja razrijeđenog napitka; drugi vod (16) obuhvaća četvrti kraj (18) koji je spojen na srednji dio (19) prvog voda (13); stroj za pripremu i doziranje obuhvaća vod za točenje (25) za točenje razrijeđenog napitka koji obuhvaća: peti kraj (26) koji je spojen na izlaz (11) volumetrijske pumpe (10); i šesti kraj (27) koji je spojen na izlaz razrijeđenog napitka (8) za točenje razrijeđenog napitka prema van; stroj za pripremu i doziranje obuhvaća treći vod (28) koji obuhvaća: sedmi kraj (29) koji je spojen na srednji dio (34) voda za točenje (25); i osmi kraj (30) koji je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s izlazom (5) ventila (3); drugi vod (16) obuhvaća suženi dio (21) za regulaciju brzine istjecanja vode u ulazu u prvi vod (13).
2. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se suženi dio (21) nalazi u blizini ili na četvrtom kraju (18), za povećanje brzine istjecanja vode na ulazu u prvi vod (13).
3. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu: volumetrijska pumpa (10) je električna pumpa i upravljačka sredstva (20) su konfigurirana za mijenjanje napona napajanja volumetrijske pumpe (10) kao funkciju podataka primljenih od jedinice za detekciju (22) kako bi se kontrolirao protok smjese koncentrata hrane i vode usisane iznutra.
4. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu stroj za pripremu i točenje obuhvaća drugo korisničko sučelje predisponirano za primanje podataka koji se odnose na omjer razrjeđenja i za prijenos tih podataka upravljačkim sredstvima (20).
5. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu: spremnik smjese koncentrata hrane (6) obuhvaća, na svojoj vanjskoj površini, identifikacijski kod koji obuhvaća podatke koji se odnose na omjer razrjeđenja smjese koncentrata hrane sadržane u njemu; i pri čemu stroj za pripremu i točenje obuhvaća sredstva za detekciju, za detekciju podataka sadržanih u identifikacijskom kodu i za prijenos podataka upravljačkim sredstvima (20).
6. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je jedinica za detekciju (22) protoka vode brojač protoka, smješten između ulaza za vodu (2) i ulaza (4) ventila (3).
7. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je ventil (3) elektroventil.
8. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji obuhvaća nepovratni ventil (35) koji je montiran uz prvi vod (13), u blizini izlaza smjese koncentrata hrane (7), za sprječavanje prolaska vode iz prvog voda (13) prema izlazu smjese koncentrata hrane (7).
9. Stroj za pripremu i točenje razrijeđenog napitka (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu su upravljačka sredstva (20) konfigurirana za mijenjanje napona napajanja volumetrijske pumpe (10) kao funkcija podataka koje prima jedinica za detekciju (22) kako bi se kontrolirala brzina kojom mješavina koncentrata hrane i vode, koji su pomiješani jedno s drugim unutar volumetrijske pumpe (10), istječe iz volumetrijske pumpe (10) preko izlaza (11) volumetrijske pumpe (10).
