Claims (13)

1. Jedro (4) broda (1) koje ima barem tri stranice, to jest dvije uzdužne stranice nazvane „prednji porubnik“ (40) i „vanjski porubnik“ (41), te donju poprečnu stranicu nazvanu „donji porubnik“ (42), jedro (4) sastoji se od sklopa panela (5), ti paneli imaju poprečne rubove (50, 51) uglavnom paralelne sa spomenutim „donjim porubnikom“ (42) i uzdužne rubove (52, 53) koji su uglavnom paralelni sa spomenutim „prednjim porubnikom“ (40) i „vanjskim porubnikom“ (41), svaki panel (5) ovog sklopa zglobno je spojen na susjedni panel (5sup, 5inf) oko osi (X-X') paralelne ili uglavnom paralelne sa spomenutim „donjim porubnikom“ (42), svaki panel (5) spomenutog sklopa ima veći broj elemenata za ojačanje (6, 6'), u obliku produžene trake, ti elementi za ojačanje (6, 6') podijeljeni su u najmanje dvije grupe kako slijedi: - prva grupa u kojoj se elementi za ojačanje (6) protežu paralelno i u blizini spomenutih poprečnih rubova (50, 51) spomenutog panela (5), - druga grupa u kojoj se elementi za ojačanje (6') protežu paralelno i u blizini uzdužnih rubova (52, 53) spomenutog panela, spomenuti paneli (5) spojeni su dva i dva pomoću spojnih dijelova (7) koji su smješteni u produžetku elemenata za ojačanje (6') iz spomenute druge grupe, tako da se sile koje preuzimaju elementi za ojačanje (6') iz spomenute druge grupe, prenose uzdužno s jednog panela (5) na drugi, bez prekida, putem spomenutih spojnih dijelova (7), naznačeno time da svaki panel duž svog uzdužnog ruba (52) najbližeg prednjem porubniku (40), barem u jednom dijelu duljine tog uzdužnog ruba (52), ima vodilicu (520) u koju je smješten klizač (8'), nazvan „klizač panela“, pomicanje tog klizača panela ograničeno je krajevima spomenute vodilice (520).
2. Jedro prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da se spomenuti paneli (5) sastoje od krutog materijala poput metala i da svaki panel (5) zajedno sa elementima za ojačanje (6, 6') koje sadrži, čini jednodijelni sklop.
3. Jedro prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da su spomenuti elementi za ojačanje (6, 6') postavljeni na svakom panelu, osobito šivanjem ili lijepljenjem.
4. Jedro prema zahtjevu 3, naznačeno time da su spomenuti elementi za ojačanje (6, 6') proizvedeni od materijala iz slijedeće grupe: tkanina, kompozitni materijal, vlakna visoke čvrstoće, smola, metal i kombinacije najmanje dva od tih materijala.
5. Jedro prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da su spomenuti spojni dijelovi (7) također zglobni dijelovi panela (5) u odnosu na susjedni panel (5sup, 5inf).
6. Jedro prema zahtjevu 5, naznačeno time da spomenuti zglobni spojni dijelovi (7) na suprotnim krajevima imaju spojne članke (70), koji spaja dva susjedna panela (5), putem svornjaka (71) orijentiranih okomito na spomenute elemente za ojačanje (6') iz spomenute druge grupe.
7. Jedro prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da su spomenuti elementi za ojačanje (6, 6') postavljeni samo na jednoj od dviju suprotnih strana svakog panela (5).
8. Jedro prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeno time da su spomenuti elementi za ojačanje (6, 6') postavljeni na obje suprotne strane svakog panela (5), dva i dva jedan prema drugome.
9. Brod (1) opremljen jarbolom (2) koji ima jedro (4) u skladu s jednim od prethodnih zahtjeva.
10. Brod prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je svaki panel (5) jedra (4) spojen na jarbol (2) pomoću sklopa koji se sastoji od klizača nazvanog „klizač jarbola“ (8), koji je izveden tako da može klizati uzduž spomenutog jarbola (2), a ima i uređaj za spajanje (80'') koji je s jedne strane spojen na spomenuti „klizač jarbola“ (8), a s druge strane na spomenuti panel (5), pomoću spomenutog uređaja za spajanje omogućeno je pomicanje panela (5) u odnosu na spomenuti „klizač jarbola“ (8) u smjeru prednjeg porubnika.
11. Brod prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da spomenuti uređaj za spajanje (80'') ima fleksibilna sredstva povezivanja pričvršćena na spomenuti panel (5).
12. Brod prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da spomenuti uređaj za spajanje (80'') ima klizač panela (8') izveden tako da klizi po vodilici (520) postavljenoj duž uzdužnog ruba (52) najbližeg prednjem porubniku (40) panela (5), i ima priključni zglobni dio (80) koji spaja klizač panela (8') s klizačem jarbola (8).
13. Brod prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da svaki panel (5) jedra (4), duž svog uzdužnog ruba (52) najbližeg prednjem porubniku (40), barem u jednom dijelu duljine tog uzdužnog ruba (52), ima vodilicu (520) u koju je smješten klizač nazvan klizač panela (8'), pomicanje tog klizača panela (8') ograničeno je krajevima spomenute vodilice (520), i da su spomenuti klizač panela (8') i klizač jarbola (8) zglobno spojeni jedan na drugoga pomoću priključnog zglobnog dijela (80), sklop se sastoji od klizača panela (8') i priključnog zglobnog dijela (80), te čine spomenuti uređaj za spajanje (80'') , tako da su oni pomični između prvog položaja u kojem se protežu uglavnom u istoj ravnini kada je jedro (4) podignuto, i drugog položaja u kojem su postavljeni u uglavnom okomite ravnine, kada je jedro (4) spušteno.
