本实用新型涉及建筑安装技术领域，具体的说是一种蜂窝复合墙体内嵌式转角连接结构。
背景技术
蜂窝复板是一种新型的建筑材料，是由两块表板和充填其中用以保证两块表板结合在一起共同工作的蜂窝中间层所组成。
表板可以选用不同的材料，当一块表板为石材、瓷砖等传统墙面材料时，可以替代传统墙体。中间蜂窝层采用铝箔、纸箔和塑料时，分别称之为铝蜂窝、纸蜂窝、塑料蜂窝。
现有的蜂窝复合墙体，在转角连接处大多采用角铁连接，或者开槽卡扣连接，产生了诸多的技术问题，例如：墙体拼接时受限于场地，拼接效率低；墙板之间连接不牢固，容易断裂；墙板拼接处存在缝隙，容易渗漏且影响美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种蜂窝复合墙体内嵌式转角连接结构，该结构能提高蜂窝复合墙体转角处的连接强度、且拼接效率高、便于运输和施工。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种蜂窝复合墙体内嵌式转角连接结构，包括：对称设置的第一连接部和第二连接部，
所述第一连接部和第二连接部连接部分的横截面是一个三角形，所述三角形的顶角是折叠部，与所述折叠部相对的一边是撕扯部。
其中，所述第一连接部包括：第一蜂窝连接部和第一墙板连接部；
所述第二连接部包括：第二蜂窝连接部和第二墙板连接部；
所述第一蜂窝连接部和第二蜂窝连接部都分别与两侧墙体的蜂窝通过聚氨酯粘胶粘接材料连接；
所述第一墙板连接部和所述第二墙板连接部都分别与两侧墙体的墙板通过聚氨酯粘胶粘接材料连接。
其中，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部还设置有若干条加强筋。
其中，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部之间的夹角是45度。
本实用新型由于采用了对称的三角结构，使用过程中只需把型材一边撕掉，两侧的墙板对折就可实现转角连接，再用美缝剂收口，安装快捷方便，效果美观。

第一连接部1包括：第一蜂窝连接部10，第一墙板连接部11；
第二连接部2包括：第二蜂窝连接部20，第二墙板连接部21。
如图2所示，本实用新型在连接蜂窝复合墙体时，第一蜂窝连接部10和第二蜂窝连接部20分别与两侧墙体的蜂窝通过聚氨酯粘胶等粘接材料连接；第一墙板连接部11和第二墙板连接部21分别与两侧墙体的蜂窝通过聚氨酯粘胶等粘接材料连接。
为了提高第一连接部1和第二连接部2的强度，有效减轻其重量，所述第一连接部1和第二连接部2内分别设置有凹形空间6和若干条加强筋5。
如图3所示，本实用新型在使用过程中，首先把第一连接部1和第二连接部2之间的撕扯部3去掉，然后将两侧的墙板向内嵌式转角连接结构的内侧折叠，就可以实现墙体的折叠。由于第一连接部1和第二连接部2之间的夹角是45度，因此墙体折叠之后可以正好垂直。然后，在墙体的接缝处填充美缝剂收口，安装快捷方便，效果美观。
本实用新型将要转角的墙体一次成型，在需要转角时去掉撕扯部，折叠墙体既可以实现墙体的转角施工，有效提高了墙体的运输、施工效率。而且能充分保证墙体连接转角的强度。

所述第一蜂窝连接部和第二蜂窝连接部都分别与两侧墙体的蜂窝通过聚氨酯粘胶粘接材料连接；
所述第一墙板连接部和所述第二墙板连接部都分别与两侧墙体的墙板通过聚氨酯粘胶粘接材料连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝复合墙体内嵌式转角连接结构，其特征是，所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部还设置有若干条加强筋。
