Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za razaranje koji se sastoji od okvira (F), navedeni okvir (F) imajući sustav vodenog mlaza za razaranje dijela gaznog sloja (11) ili boka (53) gume, hidrauličku pogonsku jedinicu (6), upravljački ormarić s PLC i upravljačkom pločom (5), donji sklop (2), gornji sklop (9), spremište (8) za skupljanje rascjepkanih materijala, grupu za sustav prisilnog provjetravanja (10),
- gornji sklop (9) koji se sastoji od okvira (20) podijeljenog na dvije identične polovice okvira, prvi poluokvir (20a) i drugi poluokvir (20-b);
- gornji sklop (9) bivajući poduprt na okviru (F) od strane dvije ruke (Ia, Ib);
- gornji sklop (9) koji sadrži red valjaka (14) i pokretnu ploču (24) postavljenu na svakom poluokviru (20a, 20b) između dva od navedenih valjaka (14) i podupire gornju glavu mlaznice (18) koja je opskrbljena visokotlačnom vodom kroz sustav cijevi;
- donji sklop (2) koji sadrži red valjaka (15) montiranih na pričvršćenom okviru (22);
- u prostoru između dva valjka (15) se kotrlja klizač (24) za glavu mlaznice (21) koja podupire jednu ili više, lijevih i desnih donjih mlaznica (23) opskrbljenih visokotlačnom vodom kroz sustav cijevi, uređaj za razaranje bivajući dalje naznačen time što obuhvaća sredstvo za odvajanje zraka i vode i vibrirajući ekran.
2. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je strana svake ruke (1a, 1b) povezana s odgovarajućim poluokvirom (20a, 20b) i druga strana svake ruke (1a, 1b) je povezana s okvirom (F) putem para podiznih ciilindara (16a, 16b), poželjno svaka ruka (1a, 1b) može imati prvu ruku (Iaa, Ibb) povezanu s drugom rukom (1aaa, 1bbb).
3. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je prvi poluokvir (20a) zglobno spojena s drugim poluokvirom (20b).
4. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gornji sklop (9) obuhvaća dvije pričvršćene stražnje vodilice (45) sa sklopnim uređajem za poravnanje granica.
5. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gornji sklop (9) obuhvaća dvije pomične prednje vodilice (46).
6. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gornji sklop (9) obuhvaća dvije tračne vodilice (47) i pomični klizač (48).
7. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je između redova gornjih pogonskih valjaka (14) umetnut barem klizač (24).
8. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što gornji sklop (9) obuhvaća par pomičnih cilindara (35, 36) od kojih je svaki postavljen na poluokvir (20a, 20b), povezan s klizačima (24).
9. Uređaj kao što je navedeno u bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je gornji sklop (9) opremljen s blizinskom sklopkom za upravljanje obratom toka iz glava mlaznica i / ili gornji sklop (9) je opremljen s motorom s prijenosom (40).
