1. Dimnjak za ognjišta, osobito u stambenim zgradama,
naznačen time, da
dimnjak (2) ima vanjski plašt (2a), osobito od plaštenog kamenja, smještenih jedan nad drugim, a unutar dimnjaka (2) oblikovani su dimovod i funkcionalna komora,
kod čega dimnjak (2) ima donji dio (2u), u čijem je vanjskom plaštu (2a) oblikovan otvor za reviziju (111rö) s pristupom funkcionalnoj komori i otvor za (111pö) s pristupom dimovodu, u čemu su u donjem dijelu (2u) oblikovana vratašca (1) koja imaju krilo vratašca (10r) otvora za reviziju (111rö), te krilo vratašca (10p) otvora za čišćenje (111pö),
kod čega vratašca (1) imaju okvir vratašca (11, 11p, 11r) u koji su smješteni krilo vratašca (10r) otvora za reviziju (111rö) - u nastavku krilo vratašca za reviziju (10r) - i krilo vratašca (10p) otvora za čišćenje (111pö) - u nastavku krilo vratašca za čišćenje (10p), a vratašca (1) su oblikovana kao podžbukni uređaj, time da su prednja ploha krila vratašca za čišćenje (10p) i prednja ploha krila vratašca za reviziju (10r) smješteni u ravnini s površinom susjednog područja ožbukanog vanjskog plašta (2a) dimnjaka (2),
a) pri čemu je okvir vratašca (11, 11r, 11p) tako oblikovan
- da okvir vratašca (11, 11p, 11r) ima element okvira vratašca (111) kod čega je element okvira vratašca (111) oblikovan limenim elementom (111);
- da limeni element (111) ima pravokutnu baznu plohu (111b) usmjerenu prema prednjoj strani, od koje su na vanjskim bridovima oblikovana rubna područja (111a) koja strše okomito od bazne plohe prema prednjoj strani,
- da rubna područja koja strše (111a) imaju s prednje strane slobodne rubove koji proširuju prednju ravninu koja je smještena usporedno prema produžetku plohe bazne plohe (111b),
- da su u baznoj plohi (111b) oblikovani prvi otvor (111pö) i drugi otvor (111rö), gdje je prvi otvor (111pö) pridružen otvoru za čišćenje oblikovanom u vanjskom plaštu (2a) dimnjaka (2), time što ga ovaj barem djelomično preklapa, a drugi otvor (111rö) pridružen je otvoru za reviziju oblikovanom u vanjskom plaštu (2a), time što ga ovaj barem djelomično preklapa,
- da su prvi otvor (111pö) i drugi otvor (111rö) jedan prema drugom smješteni na razmaku sa stalnom dimenzijom razmaka, a između prvog otvora (111pö) i drugog otvora (111rö) oblikovan je u biti trakasto oblikovan plošni odsječak bazne plohe (111b) na prednjoj strani kojega je smještena poprečna prečka (111q),
- da se poprečna prečka (111q) proteže između, od bazne plohe (111b) prema prednjoj strani stršećeg rubnog područja (111a) lijevog postranog brida bazne plohe do, od bazne plohe prema prednjoj strani stršećeg rubnog područja (111a) desnog postranog brida bazne plohe (111b),
- da poprečna prečka (111q) ima prema prednjoj strani usmjerenu plohu, navedena ploha je poravnano smještena u prednjoj ravnini koja se širi postranim slobodnim bridovima rubnih područja (111a) limenog elementa (111), koja strše prema prednjoj strani,
- da limeni element (111), prvenstveno bazna ploha (111b), ima ležajni sklop smješten uz prvi otvor vratašca za čišćenje (111pö) za krilo vratašca za čišćenje (10p), te ležajni sklop smješten uz drugi otvor (111rö) za krilo vratašca za reviziju (10r),
b) pri čemu su krilo vratašca za čišćenje (10p) i krilo vratašca za reviziju (10r) vratašca (1) tako oblikovani
- da je krilo vratašca za čišćenje (10p) tako pridruženo prvom otvoru (111pö) bazne plohe (111b), da u svom zatvorenom položaju, krilo vratašca za čišćenje prekriva prvi otvor (111pö), a u svom otvorenom položaju, oslobađa prvi otvor (111pö),
- da je krilo vratašca za reviziju (10r) tako pridruženo drugom otvoru (111rö) bazne plohe (111b), da u svom zatvorenom položaju, krilo vratašca za reviziju prekriva drugi otvor (111rö), a u svom otvorenom položaju, oslobađa drugi otvor (111rö),
- da su u zatvorenom položaju krila vratašca, prednja ploha krila vratašca za čišćenje (10p) i prednja ploha krila vratašca za reviziju (10r), kao i prednja ploha poprečne prečke (111q) smješteni u ravnini s prednjom ravninom, pri čemu se ova prednja ravnina oblikuje slobodnim rubovima (111a) rubnih područja limenog elementa (111), koja strše prema prednjoj strani, i u ravnini je s površinom susjednog područja ožbukanog vanjskog plašta (2a) dimnjaka (2),
- da je prednja ravnina koja se širi slobodnim rubovima prednje strane rubnih područja (111a), koja strše prema prednjoj strani, oblikovana u ravnini s površinom susjednog područja ožbukanog vanjskog plašta (2a) dimnjaka (2) i/ili s prednjom plohom krila vratašca za čišćenje (10p) i/ili krila vratašca za reviziju (10r).1.
