Technical field

The present utility model relates to elements for closing openings in buildings, and more specifically, to windows involving the use of shielding devices to protect from light, in particular solar.

State of the art

The patent of the Russian Federation 160552 dated March 20, 2016, which opens a window with a frame, a double-glazed window and an arm for a shielding device made with a bar held on the surface of the window glass, is known from the prior art. This well-known technical solution is selected as a prototype of the claimed utility model.

This well-known technical solution is aimed at ensuring the installation of a shielding device on the window without changing the design of the window elements and the shielding device. The disadvantage of this known technical solution is that when mounting the bracket on the window, its position depends on the size of the glass and its location in the frame, which can lead to a violation of the specified position of the bracket and, accordingly, the shielding device relative to the frame and glazing bead.

Utility Model Disclosure

The technical result achieved in the claimed utility model is to reduce the size of the window with a bracket for the shielding device and a shielding device mounted on it without changing the design of the window elements. This ensures a predetermined (calculated) location of the bracket on the window frame, which does not depend on the location of the glass.

The specified technical result is achieved in a window with a frame, a double-glazed window and an arm for a shielding device (roller blind or horizontal blinds) with two strips, one of the strips being pressed with a glazing bead to the surface of the window glass and made with the possibility of hanging a shielding device on it, and the second stripe attached to the frame.

The bracket for the shielding device can be made in the form of a corner formed by two strips, one of the strips is pressed with a glazing bead to the surface of the window pane and made with the possibility of hanging a shielding device on it, and the other strip is attached to the frame.

The strap attached to the frame can be located in the gap between the frame and the end of the glass unit or in the gap between the frame and the glazing bead.

Part of the strip under the glazing bead, pressing it against the surface of the window pane, can be bent to attach a shielding device to it.

Part of the strip adjacent to the surface of the window glass can be made with a groove or protrusion for installing a shielding device.

Brief Description of the Drawings

In FIG. 1 shows a window with a glazing bead, where the brackets for the shielding device (horizontal blinds), closed in FIG. 1 glazing bead. The same window, but with the horizontal louvre housing mounted on it, held by the same brackets, is shown in FIG. 2.

Utility Model Implementation

The fastening of the plate 6 to the frame 1 provides retention of the bracket 4 when exposed to the forces arising from the operation of horizontal blinds.

In FIG. 4 also shows a cross section of a window, but with another embodiment of a bracket for a shielding device. In FIG. 4 shows: a frame 7, a double-glazed window 8, a glazing bead 9 and an arm 10, consisting of strips (plates) forming a corner. One of the plates is pressed by the glazing bead 9 to the double-glazed window 8. And the plate 11 is located between the frame 7 and the glazing bead 9 and glued to the frame 7. The plate 11 can also be screwed or inserted into the groove made in the frame. The fastening of the plate 11 to the frame 7 provides retention of the bracket 10 when exposed to the forces arising from the installation of horizontal blinds.

In FIG. Figures 1-4 show how the bracket is attached to the horizontal profile of the window frame, but similarly the bracket is attached to the vertical profile of the frame.

It should also be noted that the bracket for the shielding device can be used not only to hold the housing of the shielding device, but also to hold other elements of the shielding device, for example, to hold the control chain and the scaffolds holding the fabric canvas near the window frame (in the case of a roller blind), or a canvas consisting of a set of slats (in the case of horizontal blinds) in a plane parallel to the plane of the glass. This is advisable when installing the shielding element on a tilting window sash.

A window with a frame, a double-glazed window and an arm for a shielding device with two strips, one of the strips being pressed with a glazing bead to the surface of the window glass and configured to hang a shielding device on it, characterized in that the other stripe is attached to the frame. 2.
