Claims (15)
1. Postupak predviđanja događaja u okolišu ili tipa događaja u okolišu, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima:
a. prikupljanja tri prva skupa podataka za tri odgovarajuća parametra ponašanja svake životinje iz populacije životinja u odsutnosti tipa događaja u okolišu, gdje tri parametra ponašanja uključuju noćnu aktivnost, aktivnost 3D ubrzavanja i dnevno jednosmjerno gibanje;
b. generiranja tri prva referentna profila na osnovi navedena odgovarajuća tri prva skupa podataka, gdje tri prva referentna profila predstavljaju status normalnog ponašanja populacije životinja;
c. prikupljanja tri pokusna skupa podataka za odgovarajuća tri parametra ponašanja svake životinje iz populacije životinja;
d. generiranja tri pokusna profila na osnovi tri odgovarajuća pokusna skupa podataka, gdje tri pokusna profila predstavljaju status ponašanja populacije životinja;
e. izračunavanja odgovarajućeg omjera između svakog pokusnog profila i odgovarajućeg prvog referentnog profila uspoređivanjem trenutačne vrijednosti pokusnog profila s prosjekom vrijednosti odgovarajućeg referentnog profila;
f. davanja upozorenja, ako najmanje jedan od izračunatih omjera dosegne zadanu graničnu vrijednost.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je tip predviđenog događaja u okolišu najmanje jedan događaj kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine potres, morski potres, cunami, te vulkanski događaj.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se populacija životinja sastoji od:
(i) divljih i/ili poludomaćih i/ili domaćih životinja i/ili životinja u zoološkim vrtovima; i/ili
(ii) kopnenih životinja i/ili vodenih životinja i/ili zračnih životinja; i/ili
(iii) životinja iz iste vrste.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su životinje koze, ovce, slonovi, psi, magarci, majmuni, čovjekoliki majmuni ili žabe.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se populacija životinja sastoji od najmanje 5, najmanje 6, najmanje 7, najmanje 8, najmanje 9, najmanje 10, najmanje 11, najmanje 12, najmanje 13 ili više životinja.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je granična vrijednost omjer od 2 ili 1,3.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korake:
a. prikupljanja tri druga skupa podataka za tri odgovarajuća parametra ponašanja svake životinje iz populacije životinja u prisutnosti tipa događaja u okolišu;
b. generiranja tri druga referentna profila na osnovi navedenih odgovarajućih drugih skupova podataka, koji predstavljaju status abnormalnog ponašanja populacije životinja.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se prisutnost događaja detektira uz pomoć postupaka koji uključuju vidno opažanje i/ili slušno opažanje i/ili seizmološko mjerenje.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što se odgovarajuću graničnu vrijednost za davanje upozorenja određuje uz pomoć odgovarajućeg prvog referentnog profila i odgovarajućeg drugog referentnog profila.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se upozorenje daje najmanje 2 sata, najmanje 3 sata, najmanje 4 sata ili najmanje 5 sati prije događaja u okolišu.
11. Upotreba sustava za predviđanja događaja u okolišu ili tipa događaja u okolišu, naznačena time što se sustav od:
a. više jedinica za prikupljanje podataka (100), konfiguriranih za prikupljanje tri prva skupa podataka za tri odgovarajuća parametra ponašanja svake životinje iz populacije životinja, gdje tri parametra ponašanja uključuju noćnu aktivnost, aktivnost 3D ubrzavanja i dnevno jednosmjerno gibanje; gdje svaka jedinica za prikupljanje podataka (100) sadrži senzorsku jedinicu (120), koja sadrži prijemnik sustava globalno pozicioniranje (121), konfiguriran za generiranje koordinata položaja, i senzor 3D ubrzavanja (122), konfiguriran za osiguravanje podataka o kutu ljuljanja-nagiba-skretanja, gdje svaka jedinica za prikupljanje podataka sadrži jedinicu za pričvršćivanje (110), konfigurirana za pričvršćivanje jedinica za prikupljanje podataka na životinju iz populacije životinja;
b. najmanje jedne jedinice za generiranje profila (200), konfigurirane za generiranje tri prva referentna profila na osnovi navedena odgovarajuća tri prva skupa podataka, gdje tri prva referentna profila predstavljaju status normalnog ponašanja populacije životinja i/ili za generiranje tri pokusna profila na osnovi tri odgovarajuća pokusna skupa podataka, gdje tri pokusna profila predstavljaju status ponašanja populacije životinja;
c. najmanje jedne jedinice za izračunavanje omjera (300), konfigurirane za izračunavanje odgovarajućeg omjera između svakog pokusnog profila i odgovarajućeg prvog referentnog profila uspoređivanjem trenutačne vrijednosti pokusnog profila s prosjekom vrijednosti odgovarajućeg referentnog profila; i
d. najmanje jedne jedinice za upozoravanje (400), konfigurirane za davanje upozorenja ako najmanje jedan od izračunatih omjera dosegne zadanu graničnu vrijednost.
12. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time što je najmanje jedna jedinica za generiranje profila (200) dodatno konfigurirana za generiranje tri druga referentna profila na osnovi prikupljena tri druga skupa podataka za tri odgovarajuća parametra ponašanja svake životinje iz populacije životinja u prisutnosti tipa događaja u okolišu, gdje tri druga referentna profila predstavljaju status abnormalnog ponašanja populacije životinja, te gdje je najmanje jedna jedinica za izračunavanje omjera (300) dodatno konfigurirana za određivanje odgovarajuće granične vrijednosti na osnovi odgovarajućeg omjera između odgovarajućeg drugog referentnog profila i odgovarajućeg prvog referentnog profila;
te što sustav po mogućnosti dodatno sadrži daljinsku serversku jedinicu (500), gdje daljinska serverska jedinica (500) sadrži jedinicu za memoriranje podataka (130) i/ili jedinicu za generiranje profila (200) i/ili jedinicu za izračunavanje omjera (300) i/ili jedinicu za upozoravanje (400).
13. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili 12, naznačena time što svaka jedinica za prikupljanje podataka (100) sadrži:
(i) senzorsku jedinicu (120), koji sadrži sredstvo (123), konfigurirano za mjerenje najmanje jednog fiziološkog parametra životinje, koje sadrži elektrokardiograf i/ili elektroencefalograf i/ili klinički termometar i/ili sredstvo za endokrinološko mjerenje hormona stresa i/ili elektromiografiju; i/ili
(ii) jedinicu za memoriranje podataka (130) i/ili jedinicu za odašiljanje podataka (140), gdje jedinica za odašiljanje podataka (140) po mogućnosti sadrži VHF primopredajnik, konfiguriran za odašiljanje najmanje jednog prikupljenog skupa podataka i/ili najmanje jednog generiranog profila i/ili najmanje jedan izračunatog omjera u daljinsku serversku jedinicu (500); i/ili
(iii) napajanje (150), gdje napajanje (150) po mogućnosti sadrži najmanje jednu bateriju i/ili akumulator i/ili solarnu ćeliju.
14. Upotreba u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačena time što je jedinica za pričvršćivanje (110) ogrlica.
15. Računalni programski proizvod, naznačen time što sadrži jedan ili više računalno čitljivih medija koji sadrže upute koje može izvršiti računalo, koje, kada ih izvrši računalo, uzrokuju da računalo provede korake postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
