Claims (12)

1. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) kotla centralnog grijanja (2), osobito kondenzacijskog kotla centralnog grijanja, koji ima vanjsku cijev (10), koja može provoditi struju plinova izgaranja od izgaranja u kotlu centralnog grijanja, te može biti izvana okružena vrućom vodom, te umetnuti profil (11), umetnut u vanjsku cijev, koji radi povećavanja unutarnje površine vanjske cijevi (10) ima rebra (14), koja se pružaju u njegovom uzdužnom smjeru (12), te je u toplinski vodljivom kontaktu s vanjskom cijevi (10), gdje prvi uzdužni odjeljak (22) vanjske cijevi (10) ima valjkasti dizajn glatkih stijenki, te gdje se umetnuti profil (11) pruža isključivo preko prvog uzdužnog odjeljka (22) vanjske cijevi (10), naznačena time što drugi uzdužni odjeljak (23) vanjske cijevi (10) ima najmanje jedan element koji suzuje poprečni presjek (24), koji suzuje protočni poprečni presjek, gdje najmanje jedan element koji suzuje poprečni presjek (24) sadrži najmanje dva prva udubljenja (29, 30), načinjena u stijenci drugog uzdužnog odjeljka (23) vanjske cijevi (10), gdje se dva prva udubljenja (29, 30) nalaze dijametralno jedno nasuprot drugom, te imaju zrcalno simetrični dizajn u odnosu na prvu ravninu cijevi (27), gdje element koji suzuje poprečni presjek (24), uz najmanje dva prva udubljenja (29, 30), sadrži najmanje dva druga udubljenja (35, 36), načinjena uz stijenku drugog uzdužnog odjeljka (23) vanjske cijevi (10), gdje se dva druga udubljenja (35, 36) nalaze dijametralno jedno nasuprot drugom, te imaju zrcalno simetrični dizajn u odnosu na drugu ravninu cijevi (28), koja se pruža okomito u odnosu na prvu ravninu cijevi (27), te gdje se najmanje jedan element koji suzuje poprečni presjek (24) nalazi na ulazu vanjske cijevi (10), koja ima ulaz za dovod plinova izgaranja i izlaz za uklanjanje plinova izgaranja.
2. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je najmanje jedna prva protočna pukotina (31) načinjena između najmanje dva prva udubljenja (29, 30), te zauzima između 2 i 3 % promjera (32) vanjske cijevi (10).
3. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je najmanje jedna druga protočna pukotina (37) načinjena između najmanje dva druga udubljenja (35, 36), te zauzima između 18 i 22 % promjera (32) vanjske cijevi (10).
4. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je i prvo i drugo udubljenje (29, 30, 35, 36) načinjeno na istom aksijalnom položaju drugog uzdužnog odjeljka (23) vanjske cijevi (10).
5. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što protočni poprečni presjek (39) drugog uzdužnog odjeljka (23) vanjske cijevi (10), kojeg čine prvo i drugo udubljenje (29, 30, 35, 36), ima poprečni presjek u obliku slova H.
6. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što aksijalna duljina (25) prvog uzdužnog odjeljka (22) odgovara najmanje dvostrukoj aksijalnoj duljini (26) drugog uzdužnog odjeljka (23).
7. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što umetnuti profil (11) sadrži tijelo cijevi, koje se sastoji od najmanje dva elementa ljuske (15, 16) od kojih svaki ima poprečni presjek u obliku polukružnog dijela.
8. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačena time što tijelo cijevi sadrži dva elementa ljuske (15, 16), koji su na svojim kontaktnim uzdužnim rubovima (17) načinjeni s udubljenjima poput utora (18) i izbočinama poput rebra (19), te stoga međudjeluju kao brtva, gdje je unutrašnjost dva elementa ljuske (15, 16) načinjena s rebrima (14) izbočenim u čisti poprečni presjek tijela cijevi i koja se pružaju u uzdužnom smjeru (12) vanjske cijevi (10) na takav način da rebra (14) svakog elementa ljuske (15, 16) čine jednostrano otvoreni profil.
9. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što je svaki od dva elementa ljuske (15, 16) načinjen s utorom za brtvljenje (18) na jednom uzdužnom rubu (17), te s rebrom za brtvljenje (19), prilagođenim obliku utora za brtvljenje (18), na drugom uzdužnom rubu (17).
10. Cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je vanjska cijev (10) načinjena od metalne legure, po mogućnosti čelika, a umetnuti profil (11) od aluminija.
11. Kotao centralnog grijanja (2), osobito kondenzacijski kotao centralnog grijanja, namijenjen grijanju vruće vode u krugu grijanja, koji ima kućište (1) koje graniči s komorom s vrućom vodom (3) i koji ima komoru izgaranja (4) uzvodno od komore s vrućom vodom (3), naznačen time što se najmanje jedna cijev za prijenos topline (5) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10 nalazi unutar kućišta (1), koja se pruža od komore izgaranja (4) i kroz komoru s vrućom vodom (3).
12. Kotao centralnog grijanja (2) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se drugi uzdužni odjeljak (23) vanjske cijevi (10), koji ima najmanje jedan element koji suzuje poprečni presjek (24), nalazi između komore izgaranja (4) i prvog uzdužnog odjeljka (22) vanjske cijevi (10).
