Claims (8)
1. Rotacijska bubnjasta peć koja ima plamenik koji se koristi kao izvor topline za sagorijevanje goriva s oksidansom bogatim kisikom, koja je opremljena s dovodnim kanalom (2) za primarni oksidans i dovodnim kanalom (3) za gorivo koji su postavljeni koaksijalno i otvoreni na ušću plamenika prema prostoru za izgaranje (7) i s dovodnim kanalom (13) za sekundarni oksidans koji je fluidno povezan s najmanje dva izlazna otvora (8a-8j) postavljena na ušću plamenika,
naznačena time što je dovodni vod (13) za sekundarni oksidans fluidno povezan s najmanje dva dovodna kanala za oksidans (10, 11) koji se otvaraju na najmanje jednom izlaznom otvoru (8a-8e; 8f-8j) za sekundarni oksidans i svaki je opremljen sredstvima (15, 16) za podešavanje protoka oksidansa koji se prenosi kroz odgovarajući dovodni kanal za oksidans (10, 11) .
2. Rotacijska bubnjasta peć prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što su izlazni otvori (8a-8f) za sekundarni oksidans smješteni na okomitoj udaljenosti jedan od drugog i fluidno su povezani s različitim dovodnim kanalima za oksidans (10, 11).
3. Rotacijska bubnjasta peć prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što minimalna udaljenost A između ruba izlaznog otvora (8a-8j) za sekundarni oksidans i ruba dovodnog kanala (3) za gorivo poštuje nejednakost A < 3.9 da, gdje je da promjer izlaznog otvora (8a-8j).
4. Rotacijska bubnjasta peć prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su sredstva (15, 16) za podešavanje protoka oksidansa koji se prenosi kroz dovodne kanal za oksidans operativno povezana s elektroničkom regulacijom (17) pomoću koje se reguliraju protoci prema propisanom programu ili kao funkcija parametara izmjerenih u prostoru izgaranja (7).
5. Postupak za taljenje ili pretaljivanje aluminija ili aluminijevih spojeva u rotacijskoj bubnjastoj peći prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj gorivo izgara s oksidansom bogatim kisikom, gdje se primarna struja oksidansa uvodi kroz primarni dovodni kanal (2) plamenika (1) i sekundarna struja oksidansa se uvodi kroz najmanje dva izlazna otvora (8a-8j) plamenika (1) u prostor za izgaranje (7),
naznačena time što se različiti protoci sekundarnog oksidansa uvode u prostor za izgaranje (7) kroz izlazne otvore (8a-8j) i najmanje dva izlazna otvora (8a-8j) su raspoređena na okomitoj udaljenosti jedan od drugog i protok sekundarnog oksidansa koji se uvodi kroz gornji izlazni otvor(e) (8a-8e) u prostor za izgaranje je veći od onog koji se uvodi kroz donji izlazni otvor(e) (8f-8).
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što je izlazna brzina goriva na ušću njegovog dovodnog kanala (3) u prostor za izgaranje (7) u rasponu od 50 m/s do 100 m/s i izlazna brzina primarnog oksidansa na ušću njegovog dovodnog kanala (2) u prostor za izgaranje (7) je u rasponu od 50 m/s do 250 m/s.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačena time što se kao primarni i/ili sekundarni oksidans koristi kisik koji ima čistoću od najmanje 90%.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačena time što se izgaranje u prostoru za izgaranje (7) odvija bez plamena.
