Claims (12)

1. Uređaj za sigurno provođenje termodinamičkog Clausius-Rankineovog ciklusa u lijevom smjeru vrtnje i njegovo sigurno pražnjenje i punjenje uz pomoć zapaljivog radnog fluida, koji ima zapaljivi radni fluid teži od zraka u plinovitom stanju u atmosferskim uvjetima, koji ima zatvoreni, hermetički zabrtvljeni krug radnog fluida (1), gdje krug radnog fluida (1) – ima najmanje jedan kompresor (2) za radni fluid, – najmanje jednu napravu za popuštanje tlaka (4) za radni fluid, – najmanje dva izmjenjivača topline (3, 5) za radni fluid, od kojih svaki ima najmanje dvije spojnice (7, 8, 9, 10) za fluide za prijenos topline, i – najmanje jedan uređaj za zatvaranje (11), koji ima najmanje jedan sigurnosni spremnik (13) za prihvat radnog fluida, spojen s krugom radnog fluida (1), koji ima zaporni ventil (11) i granu (12) iz kruga radnog fluida (1) u sigurnosni spremnik (13), i na izlazu sigurnosnog spremnika (13) ima napravu za povećavanje tlaka (17), gdje je najmanje jedan uređaj za zatvaranje zaporni ventil (11), naznačen time što ima – najmanje jedan tlačni spremnik (14) za ispuštanje i prihvat inertnog plina, – zatvorivu dovodnu liniju (15) iz tlačnog spremnika (14) u sigurnosni spremnik (13), – liniju za izvlačenje iz sigurnosnog spremnika (13) s naknadnim odvajačem plina od tekućine (20), – spojnu liniju (21) od izlaza tekućine iz odvajača plina od tekućine (20) do uređaja za smanjivanje tlaka i zatvaranje (22), spojenog s krugom radnog fluida (1) ciklusa, te što ima zatvoreno kućište (6), koje sadrži sve naprave spojene sa zatvorenim krugom radnog fluida (1) i može sadržavati dodatne naprave.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je radni fluid propan, a inertni plin je dušik.
3. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što naprava za povećavanje tlaka sadrži crpku (17) s prisilnim dovodom.
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se u sigurnosnom spremniku (13) nalazi naprava za povećavanje tlaka (17).
5. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se na izlazu sigurnosnog spremnika (13) nalazi uređaj (18) za hlađenje izvučenog fluida.
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je izlaz (23) za plin iz odvajača plina od tekućine (20) spojen s tlačnim spremnikom (14) za inertni plin.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što su sigurnosni spremnik (13), tlačni spremnik (14), naprava za povećavanje tlaka (17), odvajač plina od tekućine (20) i pridružene linije i armature integrirani zajedno u nepropustan za tlak, hermetički zabrtvljeni sigurnosni spremnik.
8. Postupak sigurnog pražnjenja zapaljivog radnog fluida, težeg od zraka, u plinovitom stanju u atmosferskim uvjetima, naznačen time što se provodi u zatvorenom, hermetički zabrtvljenom krugu radnog fluida (1) termodinamičkog Clausius-Rankineovog ciklusa u lijevom smjeru vrtnje, koji ima – najmanje jedan kompresor (2) za radni fluid, – najmanje jednu napravu za popuštanje tlaka (4) za radni fluid, – najmanje dva izmjenjivača topline (3, 5) za radni fluid, od kojih svaki ima najmanje dvije spojnice (7, 8, 9, 10) za fluide za prijenos topline, – zatvoreno kućište (6), – koje sadrži sve naprave spojene sa zatvorenim krugom radnog fluida, i – može sadržavati dodatne naprave, – i najmanje jedan sigurnosni spremnik (13) za prihvat radnog fluida, spojen s krugom radnog fluida (1), – najmanje jedan uređaj za zatvaranje (11) u krugu radnog fluida (1) – najmanje jedan tlačni spremnik (14) za ispuštanje i prihvat inertnog plina, – zaporni ventil (11) i grana (12) iz kruga radnog fluida (1) u sigurnosni spremnik (13), gdje je najmanje jedan uređaj za zatvaranje (11) zaporni ventil (11), – zatvorivu dovodnu liniju (15) iz tlačnog spremnika (14) u sigurnosni spremnik (13), – liniju za izvlačenje iz sigurnosnog spremnika (13) s naknadnim odvajačem plina od tekućine (20), – spojnu liniju (21) od izlaza tekućine iz odvajača plina od tekućine (20) do uređaja za smanjivanje tlaka i zatvaranje (22), spojenog s krugom radnog fluida (1) ciklusa, gdje je – uređaj za zatvaranje (11) u krugu radnog fluida (1) zatvoren, – spojnica (12) na sigurnosni spremnik (13) otvorena, i – sigurnosni spremnik (13) zatvoren na svom izlazu.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što se kompresor (2) upotrebljava za prijenos radnog fluida u sigurnosni spremnik (13).
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što se inertni plin iz tlačnog spremnika (14) upotrebljava za prijenos radnog fluida u sigurnosni spremnik (13) vođenjem tog inertnog plina pod tlakom u krug radnog fluida (1).
11. Postupak ponovnog punjenja kruga radnog fluida (1), gdje se sigurnosni spremnik (13) napuni u skladu s bilo kojim od postupaka 8 do 10, naznačen time što se, kada je dovod radnog fluida u sigurnosni spremnik (13) zatvoren, tlak u sigurnosnom spremniku (13) najprije poveća spajanjem navedenog sigurnosnog spremnika s tlačnim spremnikom (14) u kojeg ulazi inertni plin, a zatim se fluid izvlači iz sigurnosnog spremnika (13), izvučeni fluid se podvrgava odvajanju plina od tekućine (20), a dobiveni tekući radni fluid se provodi u krug radnog fluida (1) putem naprave za popuštanje tlaka (22).
12. Postupak ponovnog punjenja kruga radnog fluida (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se sigurnosni spremnik (13) napuni u skladu s bilo kojim od postupaka 8 do 10, gdje se, kada je dovod radnog fluida (11) u sigurnosni spremnik (13) zatvoren, tlak u sigurnosnom spremniku (13) najprije poveća spajanjem navedenog sigurnosnog spremnika s tlačnim spremnikom (14) u kojeg ulazi inertni plin, a zatim se fluid izvlači iz sigurnosnog spremnika (13), izvučeni fluid se podvrgava odvajanju plina od tekućine (20), dobiveni tekući radni fluid se provodi u krug radnog fluida (1) putem naprave za popuštanje tlaka (22), a zatim, kada je uređaj za zatvaranje (11) zatvoren u krugu radnog fluida, radni fluid uz dodani inertni plin se ponovno puni u sigurnosni spremnik (13), zatim se dovodnu liniju (12) u sigurnosni spremnik (13) zatvori, uređaj za zatvaranje (11) u krugu radnog fluida (1) se otvori, te se, nakon odvajanja inertnog plina u odvajaču plina od tekućine (20), provodi dodatni postupak punjenja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11.
