Claims (9)
1. Djelitelj lijekova koji obuhvaća:
usisni dio (10) spojen na gornji dio spremnika za isisavanje tekućeg lijeka spremljenog u spremniku;
crpni dio (20) spojen na jednu stranu usisnog dijela (10) za izvođenje radnje crpenja, na način da je lijek ispušten ili raspršen u predodređenom utvrđenom iznosu;
izlazni otvor (30, 30') smješten na gornjem kraju crpnog dijela (20) za ispuštanje lijeka;
klip (21) koji se kreće gore i dolje s obzirom na kretanje prema gore i prema dolje odgovarajućeg dijela za ispuštanje (30) odnosno dijela za raspršivanje (30'), stablo ventila (22) spojeno na donji kraj klipa (21), i elastični dio (23), poput opruge (23), spojen na vanjsku stranu stabla ventila (22) radi pružanja povratne sile u odnosu na odgovarajući dio za ispuštanje (30) odnosno dio za raspršivanje (30'), naznačen time da
se klip (21) kreće prema gore, kad se dio za ispuštanje (30) odnosno dio za raspršivanje (30') kreće prema dolje, na način da se lijek dostavlja kroz prolaz za ispuštanje (311) odnosno prolaz za raspršivanje (311'), oblikovan u stablu ventila (22), u odgovarajući izlazni otvor (312) odnosno otvor za prskanje (312') u predodređenom utvrđenom iznosu, i zatim se pomiče prema dolje kako bi se spriječilo kretanje lijeka,
pri čemu odgovarajući dio za ispuštanje (30) odnosno dio za raspršivanje (30') uključuje bazu glave (31) s odgovarajućim izlaznim otvorom (312) odnosno otvorom za prskanje (312'), oblikovanim na gornjem kraju iste;
vod (32) ugrađen u odgovarajućem prolazu za ispuštanje (311) odnosno prolazu za raspršivanje (311'), oblikovan u bazi glave (31) i konfiguriran za dostavu lijeka crpenog putem kretanja klipa (21) prema gore i prema dolje prema odgovarajućem izlaznom otvoru (312) odnosno otvoru za prskanje (312');
elastični dio (34), poput opruge, smješten između voda (32) i klipa (21) ili unutar šupljine voda (32) radi pružanja elastične sile klipu (21), i
sredstvo za oblikovanje kapljica (317), odnosno sredstvo za stvaranje vrtloga (317'), konfigurirano da oblikuje kapljicu na način da je lijek koji je dostavljen do izlaznog otvora (312) ispušten u obliku kapljice, odnosno da oblikuje vrtlog na način da je lijek koji je dostavljen do otvora za prskanje (312') ispušten u obliku spreja,

2. Djelitelj lijekova prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je izlazni otvor (30, 30') konfiguriran kao
dio za ispuštanje (30) smješten na gornjem kraju crpnog dijela (20) i imajući izlazni otvor (312) koji je na prednjem kraju istog i konfiguriran za ispuštanje lijeka u obliku kapljice, ili
dio za raspršivanje (30') smješten na gornjem kraju crpnog dijela i imajući otvor za prskanje (312') na vrhu.
3. Djelitelj lijekova prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sredstvo za oblikovanje kapljica (317) odnosno sredstvo za stvaranje vrtloga (317') uključuje element za sprječavanje kontaminacije (33) smješten između niže površine gornjeg dijela baze glave (31) i gornjeg dijela voda (32) i žlijeb za stvaranje kapljica (317) odnosno žlijeb za stvaranje vrtloga (317') oblikovan na nižoj površini gornjeg dijela baze glave (31), i
element za sprječavanje kontaminacije (33) se može oblikovati od materijala s dezinfekcijskom funkcijom radi prevencije kontaminacije lijeka koji se nalazi na unutrašnjem gornjem dijelu baze glave (31), i

4. Djelitelj lijekova prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se izbočina (313), koju stisne korisnik, i vertikalni dio, konfiguriran za pokrivanje gornje vanjske strane usisnog dijela (10), oblikuju na donjem dijelu baze glave (31), i
