Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje prehrambenih proizvoda, postupak sadrži korake:
a) pružanje dohrane mlijeku,
b) podvrgavanje dohrane mlijeku mikrofiltraciji (MF) ili mikrofiltraciji / diafiltraciji, čime se dobiva MF retentat obogaćen s obzirom na micelarni kazein i MF permeat obogaćen s obzirom na protein mliječnog seruma,
c) podvrgavanje MF permeata nanofiltraciji (NF) ili nanofiltraciji / diafiltraciji koristeći membranu koja omogućava prolazak monovalentnih iona, ali zadržava mliječni saharid kako bi se dobio NF retentat i NF permeat,
d) podvrgavanje NF retentata elektrodijalizi, kako bi se dobio demineralizirani, proteinski proizvod mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid, koji ima smanjenu razinu kalcija, magnezija i fosfora,
e) dodavanje izvora kazeina, i izborno jednog ili više dodatnih sastojaka, demineraliziranom, proteinskom proizvodu mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid, čime se dobije prehrambeni proizvod, i
f) izborno pretvaranje prehrambenog proizvoda u prah,
i, pri čemu tokovi koji sadrže protein mliječnog seruma nakon koraka b) nisu podvrgnuti ultrafiltraciji koja odvaja protein mliječnog seruma od mliječnog saharida.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što dohrana mlijeku sadrži ukupnu količinu mliječnog saharida u rasponu od 1-10% w / w.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dohrana mlijeku sadrži ukupnu količinu proteina u rasponu od 1-12% w / w.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dohrana mlijeku sadrži, ili se čak sastoji od, punomasno mlijeko, obrano mlijeko, mlijeko bez masti, mlijeko s malo masnoće, mlijeko s puno masnoće ili koncentrirano mlijeko.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što korak a) uključuje korak ultrafiltracije (UF) i izborno UF / diafiltraciju izvora mlijeka čime se dobiva:
- UF retentat mlijeka, i
- UF permeat mlijeka, i
barem dio UF retentata mlijeka se koristi kao dohrana mlijeku.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što NF retentat sadrži:
- ukupnu količinu natrija od najviše 0.4% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari,
- ukupnu količinu kalija od najviše 1.3% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari, i
- ukupnu količinu klora od najviše 0.8% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je pH NF retentata u rasponu od 5.5-7.0.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što anionska membrana za razmjenu koja se koristi za elektrodijalizu ima koeficijent perm-selektivnosti citrata od najmanje 0.01.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što demineralizirani, proteinski proizvod mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid, sadrži:
- ukupnu količinu kalcija od najviše 1.0% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari,
- ukupnu količinu magnezija od najviše 0.1% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari, i
- ukupnu količinu fosfora od najviše 0.8% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što demineralizirani, proteinski proizvod mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid, sadrži količinu citrata od najviše 1% w / w ukupnih krutih tvari.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što izvor kazeina sadrži jedno ili više mlijeka, koncentriranog mlijeka, suhog mlijeka, koncentrata mliječnog proteina, izolata beta-kazeina, micelarnog izolata kazeina, kazeinata ili kombinacije istih.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je izvor kazeina koncentrirano mlijeko u obliku UF retentata mlijeka i / ili MF retentata mlijeka.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se demineralizirani, proteinski proizvod mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid i izvor kazeina miješa tako da se dobije težinski omjer između proteina mliječnog seruma i kazeina u rasponu od 50:50 - 70:30.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je prehrambeni proizvod organski proizvod.
15. Postupak proizvodnje demineraliziranog, proteinskog proizvoda mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid, sadrži korake:
i) pružanje dohrane mlijeku,
ii) podvrgavanje dohrane mlijeku mikrofiltraciji (MF) ili mikrofiltraciji / diafiltraciji, čime se dobiva MF retentat i MF permeat,
iii) podvrgavanje MF permeata nanofiltraciji ili nanofiltraciji / diafiltraciji kako bi se dobio NF retentat i NF permeat,
iv) podvrgavanje NF retentata elektrodijalizi, čime se dobiva demineralizirani, proteinski proizvod mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid,
v) izborno, sušenje demineraliziranog, proteinskog proizvoda mliječnog seruma koji sadrži mliječni saharid,
i, pri čemu tokovi proteina koji sadrže mliječni serum nakon koraka ii) nisu podvrgnuti ultrafiltraciji koja odvaja protein mliječnog seruma od mliječnog saharida.
