Claims (10)
1. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) za uporabu na visokoj temperaturi koji sadržava
a) keramički kalem (2), čija je čvrstoća na savijanje najmanje 15 MPa i vanjski promjer D, a najmanje jedan kraj keramičkog kalema ima aksijalni centrirani provrt promjera d i dubine Dd ≥1,5 d i,
b) uređaj za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu (3), koji ima općenito cilindrični oblik s uzdužnom osi, postavljen je u navedenom provrtu keramičkog valjka (2) i sadržava tijelo i
b1.a potporni dio koji u biti nije deformiran i služi za podupiranje kalema iznutra, sadržava najmanje dvije cilindrične potporne površine (10) i
b2.a spojni dio koji se mehanički i elastično deformira uvođenjem uređaja za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu unutar keramičkog kalema,
naznačen time, da je navedeni priključni dio sposoban vratiti se u svoj prvobitni oblik kada se uređaj za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu izvadi iz keramičkog kalema, pri čemu navedeni priključni dio sadržava najmanje dvije različite spojne površine (7, 5), koje trenjem povezuju uređaj za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu (3) na keramički kalem (2) i pri čemu je priključni dio smješten između dvije cilindrične potporne površine, a promjer središnjeg provrta keramičkog kalema iznosi 10 mm ≤ d ≤ 3/4 D, po mogućnosti ≤ 1/3 D.
2. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da drugi kraj keramičkog valjka ima poklopac.
3. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da keramički kalem sadržava taljeni silicij.
4. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time, da tijelo (6) ima dio koji strši iz keramičkog kalema i može se spojiti s rotacijskim pogonom i u kojem je priključni dio smješten između tijela i keramičkog kalema.
5. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da tijelo (6) i spojni dio čine najmanje dva različita elementa.
6. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da tijelo (6) sadržava utor oblikovan za prihvat barem jednog otvorenog tolerancijskog prstena (7) od elastičnog metala koji ima veći broj nabora poredanih po obodu.
7. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time, da spojni dio sadržava izdužene rupe koje imaju glavnu os paralelnu uzdužnoj osi prijenosnog momenta i potpornog sredstva (3), pri čemu navedene rupe definiraju izdužene trake, a navedene trake sadrže najmanje deblji dio
8. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da su deblji dijelovi (5) traka raspoređeni radijalno.
9. Sklop transportnog valjka (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačen time, da je potporni dio tijela odvojen od dijela koji se može povezati s pogonom pomoću prstena (9), koji ima promjer veći od vanjskog promjera potpornog dijela.
10. Postupak izrade sklopa transportnog valjka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da sadržava sljedeće korake
1) izrada keramičkog kalema (2) čija je čvrstoća na savijanje najmanje 15 MPa i vanjski promjer D i najmanje jedan kraj keramičkog kalema (2) ima aksijalni, centrirani otvor s promjerom 10 mm ≤ d ≤ 3/4 D, poželjno ≤ 1/3 D i dubinom Dd ≥1,5 d,
2) izrada uređaja za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu (3) koji ima uzdužnu os i sastoji se od
b1. potpornog dijela koji sadržava najmanje dvije cilindrične potporne površine (10) i,
b2. spojnog dijela koji sadržava najmanje dvije različite spojne površine,
3) umetanje uređaja za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu (3) predviđenih u barem navedenom provrtu keramičkog kalema (2),
tako da se mehanički i elastično deformira spojni dio i trenjem spoji uređaj za prijenos zakretnog momenta i potporu (3) na keramički kalem (2).
