Claims (13)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju uree, naznačen time da postupak obuhvaća
a. podvrgavanje amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida uvjetima formiranja uree u odjeljku za sintezu uree, čime nastaje vodeni tok uree;
b. slanje vodene struje uree u odjeljak za oporavak;
c. podvrgavanje, u dijelu za oporavak, vodene struje ureje oporavku nereagiranog amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida iz navedenog vodenog toka uree, čime nastaje oporavljeni amonijak i ugljični dioksid, te pročišćeni vodeni tok uree;
d. recikliranje navedenog oporavljenog amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida u dio za sintezu;
e. slanje pročišćenog vodenog toka uree u dio koncentracije;
f. podvrgavanje vodenog toka pročišćene uree uklanjanju vode, stvarajući koncentrirani tok uree;
pri čemu se vrijeme zadržavanja pročišćenog vodenog toka uree u dijelu koncentracije kontrolira neovisno o volumenom protoku po vremenskom intervalu očišćenog vodenog toka uree u koncentracijskom dijelu.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se pročišćeni vodeni tok uree kombinira s plinom na ili prije ulaska u dio koncentracije.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da je količina dodanog plina veća od bilo koje količine plina koji je topiv u vodenom toku uree, pri čemu je poželjno da plin nije u osnovi netopljiv u vodenom toku uree.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se plin bira iz skupine koju čine zrak, dušik i njihove smjese.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da plin sadrži amonijak.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time da se plin sastoji u osnovi od amonijaka.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da koncentrirani vodeni tok uree ima koncentraciju veću od 90 tež.%, poželjno više od 95 tež.%.
8. Postrojenje za proizvodnju uree, navedeno postrojenje koje sadrži odjel za sintezu uree koji ima ulaz za amonijak i ugljični dioksid i otvor za vodenu otopinu uree, pri čemu je navedeni otvor u fluidnoj komunikaciji s odjeljkom za oporavak koji ima ulaz za vodenu otopinu uree, otvor za recikliranje amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida i otvor za pročišćeni vodeni tok uree, navedeni otvor za recikliranje amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida koji je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s ulazom odjeljka za sintezu, navedeni izlaz za pročišćeni vodeni tok uree je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s ulazom odjeljka za koncentraciju; navedeni dio koncentracije koji ima izlaz za paru ili parni kondenzat i izlaz za koncentrirani tok uree, pri čemu je biljka konfigurirana tako da dopušta vrijeme zadržavanja pročišćenog vodenog toka uree u koncentracionom dijelu neovisno o volumenu protok po vremenskom intervalu očišćene vodene struje uree u dio koncentracije.
9. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačeno time da je koncentracijski dio konfiguriran tako da mehanički mijenja efektivni volumen koncentracijskog dijela da bi se omogućilo vrijeme zadržavanja ureje u koncentracijskom dijelu kontrolirajući mehanički mijenjajući efektivni volumen koncentracije u odjeljku koncentracije.
10. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačeno time što dio koncentracije u svom unutarnjem volumenu sadrži uređaj na napuhavanje, posebice balon.
11. Postupak modernizacije već postojećeg postrojenja za proizvodnju uree, koje navedeno postrojenje sadrži odjeljak za sintezu uree koji ima ulaz za amonijak i ugljični dioksid i otvor za vodenu otopinu uree, pri čemu je navedeni otvor u fluidnoj komunikaciji s odjeljkom za povrat koji ima ulaz za vodenu otopinu uree, otvor za recikliranje amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida i otvor za pročišćeni vodeni tok uree, a navedeni otvor za recikliranje amonijaka i ugljičnog dioksida je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s ulazom odsječka za sintezu, otvor za pročišćeni vodeni tok uree koji je u fluidnoj komunikaciji s ulazom odsječka koncentracije; navedeni dio koncentracije ima izlaz za paru ili parni kondenzat i izlaz za koncentrirani tok uree, a postupak modernizacije koji uključuje konfiguriranje postrojenja na takav način da dopušta vrijeme zadržavanja pročišćenog vodenog toka uree u dijelu koncentracije kontrolirano neovisno o volumenom protoku po vremenskom intervalu pročišćenog vodenog toka uree u dio koncentracije.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što je postrojenje prilagođeno tako da je koncentracijski presjek oblikovan tako da mehanički mijenja efektivni volumen koncentracijskog dijela u svrhu kontrole vremena zadržavanja uree u dijelu koncentracije.
13. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 12, naznačeno time što dio koncentracije u svom unutarnjem volumenu sadrži uređaj na napuhavanje, posebice balon.
