Claims (17)
1. Strukturni ležaj (1) koji ima najmanje jedan klizni element (6, 7) načinjen od kliznog materijala koji sadrži najmanje jednu polimernu plastiku, gdje klizni materijal ima talište na više od 210 °C i modul elastičnosti na vlak prema DIN ISO 527-2 manji od 1800 MPa, naznačen time što klizni materijal dodatno ima karakterističnu tlačnu čvrstoću od najmanje 250 MPa na 48 °C i/ili najmanje 220 MPa na 70 °C i/ili najmanje 200 MPa na 80 °C i gdje klizni materijal sadrži poliketon kao polimernu plastiku.
2. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
nepodmazani klizni materijal u ispitivanju na kratkotrajno trenje klizanja prema EN 1337-2:2004 dodatak D ima maksimalni koeficijent trenja na 21 °C i kontaktni pritisak od 60 MPa od najmanje 0,05.
3. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal ima omjer između statičkog koeficijenta trenja i dinamičkog koeficijenta trenja (µs/µdyn) manji od 1,4.
4. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal ima rastezljivost od više od 15%, po mogućnosti do 30%.
5. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal je vulkaniziran na elastomer.
6. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal sadrži poliamid zasićen vodom najmanje 5%, po mogućnosti više od 7%, kao polimernu plastiku.
7. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
kliznom elementu (6, 7) je dodan dovod vode radi osiguravanja trajnog zasićenja kliznog materijala vodom.

klizni element (6, 7) je smješten u posudi s vodom.
9. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,

klizni element (6, 7) je najmanje djelomično okružen omotačem za zadržavanje vodene pare.
10. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal uz najmanje jednu polimernu plastiku dodatno sadrži najmanje jednu dodatnu polimernu plastiku, osobito PA, UHMWPE ili PTFE, i/ili najmanje jedno punilo i/ili aditiv.
11. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni materijal je umrežen zračenjem i/ili kemijskom obradom.
12. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
konfiguriran je kao ležaj rasipanje energije, po mogućnosti kao tarni ležaj klatna.
13. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
je konfiguriran kao elastomerni klizni ležaj.
14. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
klizni element je konfiguriran kao ravni (6) klizni disk i/ili zakrivljeni klizni disk (7).
15. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14,
naznačen time što
klizni disk (6, 7) je konfiguriran u segmentima i ima najmanje dva podsegmenta.
16. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15,
naznačen time što
klizni disk (6, 7) je konfiguriran iz više podsegmenata koji su po mogućnosti okrugli i imaju promjer od 20 do 50 mm.
17. Strukturni ležaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13,
naznačen time što
pojedinačni podsegmenti kliznog diska (6, 7) se sastoje od drugog kliznog materijala, po mogućnosti poliamida, PTFE i/ili UHMWPE.
