Claims (15)

1. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u karbamatnom okolišu, naznačena time što se navedena upotreba sastoji u izlaganju čelika fluidu koji sadrži karbamat, gdje dupleks nehrđajući čelik sadrži u težinskim % (mas%): i Ti, Nb, Hf, Ca, Al, Ba, V, Ce i B u količini od najviše 0.5 mas.% ukupno, koji uravnotežuju Fe i neizbježne prateće nečistoće; i gdje sadržaj je Mo+W veći od 3.0 no manji od 4.0.
2. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što dupleks nehrđajući čelik sadrži u težinskim % (mas%): koji uravnotežuju Fe i neizbježne prateće nečistoće.
3. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time što se Mn kreće od 0.5-1.5 mas%.
4. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što se Si kreće od 0.010 do 0.50 mas%.
5. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što se Ni kreće od 5.5 do 8.5 mas%.
6. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što se N kreće od 0.28 do 0.40 mas%.
7. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time što se Mn kreće od 0.5-1.5 mas%, gdje se Si kreće od 0.010 do 0.50 mas%, gdje se Ni kreće od 5.5 do 8.5 mas%, te gdje se N kreće od 0.28 do 0.40 mas%.
8. Upotreba dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7 u postupku sinteze uree, naznačena time što je dupleks nehrđajući čelik namijenjen smanjivanju korozije jednog ili više dijelova visokotlačnog odjeljka za sintezu uree u kontaktu s otopinom amonijevog karbamata.
9. Oblikovani objekt, naznačen time što sadrži dupleks nehrđajući čelik u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačen time što je navedeni oblikovani objekt pročišćivačka cijev u postrojenju za proizvodnju uree ili razdjeljivač tekućine za pročišćivač u postrojenju za proizvodnju uree.
10. Postupak proizvodnje uree, naznačen time što se sastoji u reakciji amonijaka s ugljičnim dioksidom u uvjetima za dobivanje uree u postrojenju za proizvodnju uree, gdje je najmanje jedan dio opreme postrojenja za proizvodnju uree načinjen od dupleks nehrđajućeg čelika u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
11. Postrojenje za proizvodnju uree, naznačeno time što navedeno postrojenje sadrži jedan ili više dijelova koji sadrže dupleks nehrđajući čelik u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
12. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačeno time što su navedeni jedan ili više dijelova jedna ili više pročišćivačkih cijevi.
13. Postrojenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili 12, naznačeno time što sadrži visokotlačni odjeljak za sintezu uree koji sadrži pročišćivač, gdje pročišćivač sadrži najmanje jedan razdjeljivač tekućine, koji sadrži dupleks nehrđajući čelik u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
14. Postupak modificiranja postojećeg postrojenja za proizvodnju uree, gdje navedeno postrojenje sadrži jednu ili više komponenata koje se bira iz skupine koju čine razdjeljivači tekućine, radarski čunjevi, (kontrolni) ventili i ejektori, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak sastoji u koraku zamjene jedne ili više pročišćivačkih cijevi pročišćivačkom cijevi koja sadrži dupleks nehrđajući čelik u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
15. Postupak smanjivanja brzine pasivne korozije u postrojenju za proizvodnju uree, naznačen time što se sastoji u zamjeni najmanje jedne pročišćivačke cijevi pročišćivačkom cijevi koja sadrži dupleks nehrđajući čelik u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
