Claims (12)
1. Postupak za termičku dijalizu i parnu eksploziju biomase naznačen time da se postupak sastoji od sljedećih koraka:
(i) dovođenje biomase približno kontinuirano do prvog koraka predgrijavanja i grijanje biomase,
(ii) vođenje prethodno ugrijane biomase uzastopno do barem dva reaktora,
(iii) zagrijavanje i stlačivanje u reaktoru dovođenjem pare,
(iv) zadržavanje reaktora na određenoj temperaturi i pod određenim tlakom kroz određenog vremena,
(v) vođenje zagrijane i pod tlakom biomase iz reaktora do prvog spremnika rasterećenja kroz mlaznicu bez bilo kakvog znatnog smanjenja tlaka reaktora između reaktora i mlaznice, prije brzog otpuštanja tlaka u biomasi pomoću mlaznice tako da se biomasa razgradi u spremniku rasterećenja,
(vi) vođenje biomase od prvog spremnika rasterećenja do spremnika predgrijavanja,
(vii) vođenje biomase od prvog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka u drugi spremnika smanjenje tlaka na još niži u odnosu na tlak prvog spremnika, zadržavajući podtlak u drugom spremniku takvim da je tlak u drugom spremniku za smanjenje tlaka reda veličine od 0,3 - 0,8 bara aps,
(viii) vođenje pare iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka u spremnik za predgrijavanje i/ili reaktora za zagrijavanje istih,
(ix) vođenje tretirane biomase do daljnje instalacije na daljnju obradu.
2. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačen time da je smanjenje tlaka u koraku (v) u vrijednosti 2-13 bara i da je smanjenje tlaka u koraku (vi) u vrijednosti od 0.4 - 1.6 bara.
3. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je tlak u reaktoru u vrijednosti od 4 - 14 bara.
4. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je tlak u prvom spremniku rasterećenja u vrijednosti od 1.2 – 2 bara aps.
5. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je broj sekvencijalnih reaktora tri i da korak (ii) traje približno 15 minuta, korak (iv) traje približno 20 minuta i korak (v) traje približno 10 minuta.
6. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 5, naznačen time da kada punjenje prvog reaktora stane odmah započne punjenje drugog reaktora i kad je drugi reaktor pun, započne punjenje trećeg reaktora i niz se neprekidno ponavlja.
7. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se nekondenzirani plinovi vraćaju iz reaktora u spremnik predgrijavanja i zatim se ti plinovi vode iz spremnika predgrijavanja do sljedeće faze obrade.
8. Uređaj za termičku dijalizu biomase koji se sastoji od spremnika predgrijavanja (2) za prethodno zagrijavanje biomase (1) do željene temperature, dva ili više reaktora (5) spojena na spremnik za predgrijavanje i jedan ili više spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (9, 20) spojena na reaktor(e) za smanjenje tlaka u biomasi, naznačen time da uređaj sadrži vod za opskrbu parom (6) koji dovodi paru iz voda za dovod pare do barem dva reaktora (5), liniju (24) koja vodi biomasu pod tlakom od reaktora (5) do mlaznice (8) u prvom spremniku za smanjenje tlaka (9), bez bitnog smanjenja tlaka na biomasi u reaktoru (5) i linije (10) za dovođenje pare od jednog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (9) do spremnika predgrijavanja (2) i drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) spojenog na prvi spremnik za smanjenje tlaka(9) za smanjenje pritiska na biomasu iz prvog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka(9), navedenog drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) održava pod podtlakom i spojen je sa spremnikom predgrijavanja (2) vodom (23) za povrat pare iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) do spremnika za predgrijavanje (2).
9. Uređaj temeljem zahtjeva 8, naznačen time da je spremnik za predgrijavanje (2) spojen s ciklusom pumpe za miješanje (3) za recirkulaciju prethodno zagrijane biomase, da je povratni vod pare (23) iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) spojen na krug mješalice za miješanje (3) preko ejektora (18) i/ili da je povratni vod pare (23) iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) povezan putem ejektora (17) s vodom za dovod pare (6) za dovod pare u reaktora(e) (5).
10. Uređaj temeljem zahtjeva 8, naznačen time da je vod za povrat pare (23) iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka spojena s jednim ili više kompresora za komprimiranje pare iz drugog spremnika za smanjenje tlaka (20) i vodi komprimiranu paru u spremnika predgrijavanja (2) i/ili reaktore(5).
11. Uređaj temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 8-10, naznačen time da su barem dva reaktora (5) spojena na spremnik za predgrijavanje (2) s vodom(21) za plinove koji se ne kondenziraju i da spremnik za ponovno grijanje (2) obuhvaća vod (25) za dovođenje nekondenziranih plinova do nizvodnog postrojenja obrade.
12. Uređaj temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 8-11, naznačen time da se prvi spremnik za smanjenje tlaka(9) sastoji od jedne ili više mlaznica (8) za dovod hidrolizirane biomase iz barem jednog reaktora (5) radi postizanja maksimalnog smanjenja tlaka i raspad biomase.
