Claims (7)
1. Tekući hranjivi medij za uzgoj klostridija štetnih za proizvodnju sira, koji sadrži pojačani medij za klostridije (RCM), namijenjen inkubaciji s uzorcima mlijeka ili sira, naznačen time što sadrži neutralno crvenilo kao indikator, kao i cikloserin i trimetoprim.
2. Tekući hranjivi medij u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je koncentracija neutralnog crvenila prilikom inkubacije 0,010 do 0,025 g/l, po mogućnosti 0,015 g/l.
3. Tekući hranjivi medij u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je koncentracija trimetoprima prilikom inkubacije 17 mg/l do 35 mg/l, po mogućnosti 28 mg/l.
4. Tekući hranjivi medij u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je koncentracija cikloserina prilikom inkubacije 200 mg/l.
5. Postupak detektiranja u mlijeku klostridija štetnih za proizvodnju sira, prema "najvjerojatnijem broju" (MPN), gdje se u navedenom postupku upotrebljava tekući hranjivi medij u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, gdje se mlijeko inkubira s hranjivim medijem, naznačen time što se inkubaciju mlijeka provodi kod vrijednosti pH od 6,0-7,2, po mogućnosti 7,0, u anaerobnim uvjetima, te gdje se uzorak procjenjuje nakon inkubacije ovisno o promjeni boje.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što se hranjivi medij pomiješa s mlijekom, gdje je udio mlijeka >50 %, volumno, po mogućnosti 75 %.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što se inkubaciju provodi uz višestruko ponavljanje serijskog razrjeđivanja uzorka na mikrotitarskim pločama, te gdje se procjenjivanje provodi mjerenjem fluorescencije, gdje se hranjivi medij pomiješa s mlijekom u volumnom omjeru hranjivi medij:mlijeko = 9:1 ili viši.
