1. Postupak za transport osobe pomoću uređaja (100) od prvog položaja u odnosu na plovilo (300) do drugog položaja u odnosu na plovilo (300) koji sadrži:
- postolje (110) koje sadrži:
• temeljni dio (120) pričvršćen za plovilo (300);
• nagibni dio (130) koji je zglobno spojen s temeljnim dijelom (120) koji oko prve osi (191) omogućava okretanje navedenog nagibnog dijela (130) u odnosu na temeljni dio (120); i
• postolje (140) rotaciono spojeno na nagibni dio (130) za omogućavanje rotacije postolja (140) u odnosu na nagibni dio (130) oko druge osi (192) koja je poprečna na prvu os (191);
- krak (150) koji je definiran prvim krajem (158) i drugim krajem (159), koji krak (150) je s postoljem (140) zglobno spojen na prvi kraj (158) za dopuštanje rotacije navedenog kraka (150) u odnosu na postolje (140) oko treće osi (193) koja je poprečna na prvu os (191) i drugu os (192);°
- platformu (160) za transport osobe, koja platforma (160) je zglobno spojena na drugi kraj (159) kraka (150) za omogućavanje rotacije navedene platforme (160) u odnosu na krak (150);
- aktuatore za upravljanje temeljem (110), krakom (150) i platformom (160); i
- Upravljačku Jedinicu - CU za upravljanje uređajem (100) putem pokretanja aktuatora;
pri čemu se osoba transportira upravljanjem Upravljačke jedinice CU za pomicanje platforme (160) iz prvog položaja na drugi položaj i pri čemu Referentna Jedinica Pokreta - MRU (360) detektira kretanje plovila koje šalje upravljačkoj jedinici - CU, koja navedena CU kompenzira gibanje platforme uzrokovano kretanjem plovila, pri čemu je krak (150) uređaja (100) teleskopski i u postupku se platforma (160) pomiče ekstenzijom navedenog kraka (150) duž njegove uzdužne osi.1. - Control Unit - CU for controlling the device (100) by starting the actuator;
wherein the person is transported by controlling the Control Unit CU to move the platform (160) from the first position to the second position and wherein the Movement Reference Unit - MRU (360) detects the movement of the vessel and sends it to the Control Unit - CU, which said CU compensates the movement of the platform caused by the movement vessel, wherein the arm (150) of the device (100) is telescopic and in the process the platform (160) is moved by the extension of said arm (150) along its longitudinal axis.

- platformu (160) za transportiranje osobe je zglobno spojena na drugi kraj (159) kraka (150) čime je omogućena rotacija spomenute platforme (160) u odnosu na krak (150);
- aktuatore za upravljanje postoljem (110), krakom (150) i platformom (160) na način da kada je uređaj (100) pričvršćen na plovilo (300) platforma (160) se može pomicati relativno na spomenuto plovilo (300);
- Upravljačku jedinicu - CU za upravljanje uređajem (100) za pogon aktuatora, CU je podešena za suradnju s Referentnom jedinicom Pokreta - MRU (360) za kompenzaciju kretanja platforme uzrokovanog kretanjem plovila kada je uređaj (100) je u upotrebi;
pri čemu krak (150) sadrži najmanje dvije sekcije kraka (151, 152, 153, 154) zglobno povezane jedna iza druge za rotiranje svake od sekcije kraka (151, 152, 153, 154) relativno u odnosu na prethodnu oko osi koja je u biti paralelna s trećom osi (193), gdje najmanje jedna od dvije sekcije kraka (151) kraka (150) je ekstenzibilna duž njene uzdužne osi.4.
