Claims (12)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju cementnog klinkera u sustavu koji obuhvaća ciklonski toranj (11) s ciklonima (1-5) i s jedinicom za predkalciniranje (10) pri čemu se gorivo izgara radi napajanja ciklonskog tornja (11) s toplinom i peć s rotirajućim bubnjem (15) koja ima najmanje jedan kraj za dovođenje (14) i koja se zagrijava pomoću dodatnog goriva, u navedenom postupku sirovi klinkerski kolač prolazi kroz navedeni ciklonski toranj (11) kako bi se prethodno zagrijao, navedeno gorivo izgara u navedenoj jedinici za predkalciniranje (10) da bi se dobila vruća zona u ciklonskom tornju (11) pri čemu se sirovi klinkerski kolač zagrijava na temperaturu od najmanje 800°C da bi se kalcinirao, te se zagrijani i kalcinirani sirovi klinkerski kolač dovodi iz ciklonskog tornja (11) preko kraja za dovođenje (14) peći s rotirajućim bubnjem (15) u navedenu peć s rotirajućim bubnjem (15) pri čemu se sirovi klinkerski kolač nadalje zagrijava tako da se tali i rastaljeni sirovi klinkerski kolač se naknadno hladi radi proizvodnje cementnog klinkera,
naznačen time što
se dodaje najmanje 2 mas.% materijala od vlaknastog cementa koji sadrži organska vlakna, bazirano na ukupnoj masi sirovog klinkerskog materijala i materijala od vlaknastog cementa, u navedenu vruću zonu u navedeni sirovi klinkerski kolač i zagrijava se u navedenoj vrućoj zoni tijekom manje od 5 sekundi do temperature od najmanje 800°C.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se materijal od vlaknastog cementa dodaje u jedinici za predkalciniranje (10) u sirovi klinkerski kolač.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se vlaknasti cement dodaje u suhom praškastom obliku u navedenoj vrućoj zoni u navedeni sirovi klinkerski materijal.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se u ciklonskom tornju (11) generira uzlazna struja plina, pri čemu je materijal od vlaknastog cementa dispergiran u navedenom suhom praškastom obliku.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što navedena uzlazna struja plina prolazi jedinicu za predkalciniranje (10), te plin sadržan u navedenoj uzlaznoj struji plina ima vrijeme retencije u jedinici za predkalciniranje (10) od najmanje 2 sekunde, poželjno od najmanje 3 sekunde.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 ili 5, naznačen time što se materijal od vlaknastog cementa uklanja iz uzlazne struje plina pomoću jednog od navedenih ciklona (5) i dovodi se pomoću ovog ciklona (5) do kraja za dovođenje (14) peći s rotirajućim bubnjem (15).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time što se kisik dovodi u navedeni ciklonski toranj (11) u takvoj količini da nakon kalciniranja sirovog klinkerskog kolača i izgaranja navedenog goriva u ciklonskom tornju (11), uzlazna struja plina sadržava najmanje 2 vol.%, a poželjno najmanje 3 vol.% kisika.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se materijal od vlaknastog cementa zagrijava tijekom manje od 2 sekunde na navedenu temperaturu od najmanje 800°C.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se navedeni materijal od vlaknastog cementa zagrijava u navedenoj vrućoj zoni na temperaturu od najmanje 900°C za manje od 5 sekundi, te naročito za manje od 2 sekunde.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što materijal od vlaknastog cementa ima udio anorganskog materijala od najmanje 80 % suhe mase, poželjno najmanje 85 % suhe mase i poželjnije najmanje 90 % suhe mase, bazirano na ukupnoj suhoj masi materijala od vlaknastog cementa.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što materijal od vlaknastog cementa sadrži ploče od vlaknastog cementa, poželjno proizvedene Hatschek tehnologijom, koje se melju u navedeni suhi praškasti oblik.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se navedeni materijal od vlaknastog cementa dodaje u količini od najmanje 5 mas.% i poželjno od najmanje 10 mas.%, bazirano na ukupnoj masi sirovog klinkerskog kolača i materijala od vlaknastog cementa.
