Claims (24)

1. Sastav koji sadrži prvi, drugi i treći sastojak, pri čemu - spomenuti prvi sastojak je glikozaminoglikan, hidrolizirani glikozaminoglikan, glikozamin, kemijski modificirani ili ne ili mješavina različitih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina, kemijski modificiranih ili ne; - spomenuti drugi sastojak je protein, peptid ili mješavina različitih proteina ili peptida; - spomenuti treći sastojak je polihidroksiuretan (PHU) koji se dobiva kovalentnim uparivanjem bis ili poli cikličkih karbonata (CC) i di ili poliamin (PA) molekula.
2. Sastav prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je spomenuti protein kolagen, elastin, keratin, fibronektin, aktin, miozin, laminin, peptid ili mješavina spomenutih proteina ili peptida, hidroliziranih, kemijski modificiranih, fibriliranih ili ne.
3. Sastav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, dobiven polimerizacijom ili kovalentno vezanom formacijom između sastojaka dvaju pripravaka a i b, u kojem - pripravak a ima barem 1 % glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina ili kemijski modificiranih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina s cikličkim polikarbonatima ili s Pre-polimerom polihidroksiuretana terminiranog funkcijama cikličkih karbonata (PRE-CC) ili mješavinu spomenutih različitih sastojaka u mješavini koja sadrži prihvatljiva otapala i izborno CC monomere od PHU ili PRE-CC ili mješavinu PRE-CC i CC kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak a sadrži funkcije cikličkih karbonata, i - pripravak b ima barem 1 % kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne, ili kemijski modificiranih kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne s PA ili s Pre-polimerom polihidroksiuretana terminiranog funkcijama amina (PRE-PA) ili mješavinu spomenutih sastojaka u mješavini koja sadrži prihvatljiva otapala i izborno PA monomere od PHU ili PRE-PA ili mješavinu PRE-PA i PA kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak b sadrži funkcije amina od poliamina.

Sastav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, dobiven polimerizacijom ili kovalentno vezanom formacijom između sastojaka dvaju pripravaka a i b, u kojem, - pripravak a ima barem 1 % glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina ili kemijski modificiranih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina s CC ili s PRE-CC ili mješavinu spomenutih različitih sastojaka i kemijski modificiranih kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida ili mješavinu spomenutih sastojaka hidroliziranu, fibriliranu ili ne terminiranu CC funkcijama u mješavini koja sadrži prihvatljiva otapala i izborno CC monomere od PHU ili PRE-CC ili mješavinu PRE-CC i CC kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak a sadrži CC funkcije, i - pripravak b sadrži PA monomere PHU ili PRE-PA ili mješavinu PRE-PA i PA izborno u prihvatljivim otapalima kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak b sadrži funkcije amina od poliamina.
5. Sastav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, dobiven polimerizacijom ili kovalentno vezanom formacijom između sastojaka dvaju pripravaka a i b, u kojem, - pripravak a sadrži CC monomere od PHU ili PRE-CC od PHU ili mješavinu PRE-CC i CC izborno u prihvatljivim otapalima kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak a sadrži CC funkcije i, - pripravak b sadrži kemijski modificirane, glikozaminoglikan, hidrolizirane glikozaminoglikane, glikozamine ili mješavinu spomenutih sastojaka, terminiranih funkcijama amina i barem 1% kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne, ili kemijski modificiranih kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne s PA ili s PRE-PA ili mješavinu spomenutih sastojaka u mješavini koja sadrži prihvatljiva otapala i izborno PA monomere PHU ili PRE-PA ili mješavinu PRE-PA i PA kako bi se osiguralo da pripravak b sadrži funkcije amina od PA.
6. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, u kojem su CC monomeri ciklički polikarbonati s prstenima od 5 do 8 atoma dobiveni iz polihidroksiliranih molekula koje sadrže barem tri, primarne ili sekundarne, nearomatske, hidroksilne funkcije, te su PA monomeri primarni ili sekundarni PA.
7. Sastav prema zahtjevu 5, u kojem PRE-CC je PHU od 1 do 200'000, poželjno 1 do 20'000, CC i PA monomeri, terminirani CC monomerima i PRE-PA je PHU od 1 do 200'000, poželjno 1 do 20'000, CC i PA monomeri, terminirani PA monomerima.

Sastav prema zahtjevu 1, 3 ili 4, u kojem kemijska modifikacija glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina iz glikozaminoglikana ili mješavine različitih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina iz glikozaminoglikana je esterifikacija ili deacetilacija nakon koje slijedi esterifikacija i karbamatacija ili deacetilacija nakon koje slijedi karbamatacija s CC ili PRE-CC.
9. Sastav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 5, u kojem je prvi sastojak kemijski modificiran kroz amidaciju s monomerom PA ili PRE-PA ili kombinacijom oba.
10. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3-4 ili 8, u kojem je prvi sastojak kemijski modificiran i karbamatiran s monomerom PA ili PRE-PA.
11. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3-5 ili 8-10, koji je nadalje karbamatiran sukcesivno s CC i PA kako bi se dobili CC ili PA terminirani PHU kemijski cijepljeni glikozaminoglikani, hidrolizirani glikozaminoglikan, glikozamini iz glikozaminoglikana ili mješavina različitih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina iz glikozaminoglikana.
12. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3 do 8 ili 10-11, u kojem su CC monomeri ciklički polikarbonati eritritola, ksilitola, arabitola, ribitola, sorbitola, dulcitola, manitola, maltitola, izomaltitola, laktitola ili polieter polioli ili njihove smjese.
13. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3 do 8 ili 10-11, u kojem su CC monomeri ciklički polikarbonati (1,2-dihidroksietil) ili (2,3-dihidroksipropil) etera, estera, ketona, amida, fosfata, sulfata, sulfida, disulfida, alkana, cikloalkana, alkena, cikloalkena, arila ili heterocikala koji sadrže jedan ili više atoma kisika ili aromatskih heterocikala koji sadrže jedan ili više atom dušika ili sumpora.
14. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1, 3 do 8 ili 10 do 11, u kojem su monomeri cikličkih polikarbonata (CC) smjesa cikličkih polikarbonata prema zahtjevu 12 i 13.
15. Sastav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, u kojem sastojak (A) je glikozaminoglikan, hidrolizirani glikozaminoglikan, glikozamin iz glikozaminoglikana, kemijski modificiran ili ne ili smjesa različitih glikozaminoglikana, hidroliziranih glikozaminoglikana, glikozamina iz glikozaminoglikana kemijski modificiranih ili ne uzet iz popisa sljedećih tvari: - Kondroitin sulfati; - Hijaluronska kiselina; - Heparan sulfati; - Dermatan sulfati; - Keratan sulfati; - Agrekani;

Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 ili 3 do 5, u kojem kemijske modifikacije kolagena, elastina, keratina, fibronektina, aktina, miozina, laminina, peptida ili smjese navedenih proteina ili peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne su amidacija s PA ili PRE-PA ili mješavinom PA i PRE-PA ili sukcesivna amidacija s PA i PRE-PA.
17. Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2, 3-5 ili 16, u kojem kemijski modificirani kolageni, elastini, keratini, fibronektini, aktini, miozini, laminini, peptidi ili mješavina navedenih proteina ili peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne su karbamatirani s CC monomerom ili Pre-polimerom PRE-CC.

Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2, 3-5, 16 ili 17, koji je nadalje karbamatiran sukcesivno s PA i CC kako bi se dobili PA ili CC terminirani PHU kemijski cijepljeni kolageni, elastini, keratini, fibronektini, aktini, miozini, laminini, peptidi ili mješavina navedenih proteina ili peptida, hidroliziranih, fibriliranih ili ne.

Sastav prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11 ili 16 do 18, u kojem su primarni i sekundarni PA monomeri primarni ili sekundarni poliamini etera, estera, ketona, amida, fosfata, sulfata, sulfida, disulfida, alkana, cikloalkana, alkena, cikloalkena, arila, supstituiranih ili ne s hidroksil funkcijama; ili primarni ili sekundarni poliamini i primarni ili sekundarni polialkilamini iz heterocikala koji sadrže jedan ili više atoma kisika, dušika ili sumpora, supstituiranih ili ne s hidroksil funkcijama; ili polieteramini jednostavni ili miješani s etilen glikolom i propilen glikolom; ili smjesom navedenih spojeva.
