Claims (8)
1. Sklop koji obuhvaća spojni uređaj (1) i dvije spojne prirubnice (118,121) koje se spajaju na navedeni spojni uređaj (1), pri čemu navedeni spojni uređaj (1) sadrži najmanje:
Dva stezna prstena (102, 202) međusobno pomična da bi se uspostavili otvoreni i zatvoreni položaji uglavnom na istoj razini, pri čemu su prstenovi (102,202) s udubljenjima (106, 205) koja se pružaju duž navedenih steznih prstena, i
prve (111, 210) i druge ( 110, 209) spojne prirubnice - rubova stezanja se nalaze na svakom prstenu i smještene su na svakoj strani navedenog udubljenja (106, 205),
pri čemu su prvi rubovi pridržajni rubovi (111,210) jedne prve spojne prirubnice (118) koja drži rubove koji su u otvorenim i zatvorenim položajima namijenjeni da drže na mjestu prvu spojnu prirubnicu (118), a drugi rubovi su otpusni rubovi (110, 209) jedne druge spojne prirubnice (121) koje su u otvorenom položaju namijenjene otpuštanju prve i druge spojne prirubnice (118, 121),
naznačene time
da prvi rubovi (111,210) čine unutrašnju granicu površina prvih prstenova (107,206), usmjereni prema unutra i prema van prema strani sklopa (1) i do navedenih prvih rubova, pri čemu su prve površine prstenova (107,206) u zatvorenom položaju postavljene s namjerom da dovedu stezni pritisak s prvom spojnom prirubnicom (118),
i time da je unutrašnjost, prema središnjoj osi (109, 208) sklopa (1) okrenuta unutarnjim pridržajnim rubovima (111, 210) postavljena dalje od središnje osi (109, 208) sklopa (1) kao i prema središnjoj osi (109, 208) sklopa (1) okrenuta prema drugom unutarnjem otpusnom rubu (110, 209) druge površine prstena (108, 207).
2. Sklop prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu drugi otpusni rubovi (110, 209) tvore unutarnju granicu površina prstena (108, 207), zakrivljenih izvan i unutra prema jednoj strani sklopa (1) i do navedenih drugih rubova, pri čemu su druge površine prstenova postavljene u zatvorenom položaju koje su predviđene da dovedu do steznog pritiska s drugom spojnom prirubnicom. (121).
3. Sklop prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, gdje su navedene prve i druge površine prstenova (107, 206,108, 207) predviđene da se naslanjaju na spojne prirubnice, i tvore granicu na svakoj strani navedenih udubljenja (106, 205) predviđenih između navedenih površina prstena u spojnim prestenovima (102, 202).
4. Sklop prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje su dva od navedenih steznih prestenova (102,202) na jednom od svojih završetaka međusobno spojeni pomoću najmanje jednog vijka i vijčanog spoja (103, 203, 204) ili steznog uređaja.
5. Sklop prema zahtjevu 4, pri čemu su drugi krajevi steznih prstenova (102) međusobno spojeni pomoću okretljivog spoja (104).
6. Sklop prema zahtjevu 5, pri čemu su navedeni stezni prstenovi (202) povezani na završecima od međusobno povezanih zasebnih vijaka i vijčanih spojeva (203, 204) koji su svi postavljeni na način da se navojne rupe za navedeni vijak i vijčane spojeve (203, 204) u zatvorenom položaju protežu uglavnom parelelno jedna s drugom.
7. Sklop prema zahtjevu 5 i 6, gdje su postavljeni opružni elementi (105), najbolje na navedenom pokretnom spoju (104) ili na navedenom vijku i vijčanim spojevima (103,203, 204), tako da stegnu navedene stezne prestenove (102, 202) nasuprot središnje osi (109, 208) sklopa (1).
8. Sklop prema zahtjevu 7, gdje je najmanje na jednoj strani sklopnog uređaja (1) gornja površina (113,211) zakrivljena na drugim rubovima (110, 209) okrenutim prema van, kako bi se stvorila uvodna površina namjene da omogući uvođenje spojnih prirubnica (118, 121), i pritisak na spojne prstenove (102,202) nasuprot sili opružnih elemenata (105) prema van od središnje osi (109, 208).
