Claims (10)

1. Uporaba jednog ili više herbicida inhibitora ALS za kontrolu neželjene vegetacije u područjima gdje se uzgajaju biljke Beta vulgaris gdje biljke Beta vulgaris sadrže mutaciju u kodonu 1705-1707 endogenog ALS gena koji kodira ALS protein koji na položaju 569 sadrži leucin.
2. Uporaba jednog ili više ALS inhibitor herbicide(s) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da herbicid(i) koji inhibira(ju) ALS pripada(ju) u: skupinu (sulfon)amida (skupina (A)) koja sadrži: podskupinu (A1) sulfonilurea, koja sadrži: amidosulfuron [CAS RN 120923-37-7] (= A1-1) ; Uporaba jednog ili više herbicida koji inhibira ALS prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, u kombinaciji s herbicidima koji nisu inhibitori ALS (tj. herbicidi koji imaju način djelovanja koji je različit od inhibicije ALS enzima [sintaza acetohidroksi kiseline; EC 2.2.1.6] skupina D herbicida), te pri čemu je/su herbicid(i) koji nije inhibitor ALS odabran iz skupine koja sadrži: kloridazon, cletodim, klodinafop, klodinafop-propargil, klopiralid, cikloksidim, desmedifam, dimetenamid, dimetenamid-P, etofumesat, fenoksaprop, fenoksaprop-P, fenoksaprop-etil, fenoksaprop-P-etil, fluazifop, fluazifop-P, fluazifop-butil, fluazifop-P-butil, glufosinat, amonijev glufosinat, glufosinat-P, amonijev glufosinat-P, glufosinat-P-natrij, glifosat, glifosat-izopropilamonij, haloksifop, haloksifop-P, haloksifop-etoksietil, haloksifop-P-etoksietil, haloksifop-metil, haloksifop-P-metil, lenacil, metamitron, fenmedifam, fenmedifam-etil, propakvizafop, kvinmerak, kvizalofop, kvizalofop-etil, kvizalofop-P, kvizalofop-P-etil, kvizalofop-P-tefuril, setoksidim.

Uporaba jednog ili više herbicida koji inhibira ALS prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena time da su herbicid(i) koji nisu inhibitori ALS odabrani iz skupine koja sadrži: desmedifam, etofumesat, glufosinat, amonijev glufosinat, glufosinat-P, amonijev glufosinat-P, glufosinat-P-natrij, glifosat, glifosat-izopropilamonij, lenacil, metamitron, fenmedifam, fenmedifam-etil.

Postupak za kontrolu neželjene vegetacije na područjima gdje raste biljka Beta vulgaris, naznačen time da obuhvaća: (a) prisutnost biljaka Beta vulgaris koje sadrže mutaciju u kodonu 1705-1707 endogenog ALS gena koji kodira ALS protein koji sadrži leucin na položaju 569, (b) primjenu jednog ili više herbicida koji inhibira ALS samostalno ili u kombinaciji s jednim ili više herbicida koji ne pripada(ju) razredu herbicida koji inhibiraju ALS (ne-ALS herbicidi), te (c) pri čemu primjena odgovarajućih herbicida kako je definirano pod (b) (i) se odvija zajedno ili istodobno, ili (ii) se odvija u različitim vremenima i/ili u većem broju dijelova (sekvencijalna primjena), za primjene prije izbijanja, nakon kojih slijede primjene nakon izbijanja ili rane primjene nakon izbijanja, nakon čega slijede srednje ili kasne primjene nakon izbijanja.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7 za kontrolu neželjene vegetacije, naznačen time da je/su herbicid(i) koji je/su inhibitori ALS odabran(i) iz skupina kako je definirano u zahtjevu 2.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je/su herbicid(i) koji je/su inhibitori ALS odabran(i) iz skupina kako je definirano u zahtjevu 3.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačen time da je/su herbicid(i) koji nije/nisu inhibitori ALS odabran(i) iz skupine koja sadrži: kloridazon, cletodim, klodinafop, klodinafop-propargil, klopiralid, cikloksidim, desmedifam, dimetenamid, dimetenamid-P, etofumesat, fenoksaprop, fenoksaprop-P, fenoksaprop-etil, fenoksaprop-P-etil, fluazifop, fluazifop-P, fluazifop-butil, fluazifop-P-butil, glufosinat, amonijev glufosinat, glufosinat-P, amonijev glufosinat-P, glufosinat-P-natrij, glifosat, glifosat-izopropilamonij, haloksifop, haloksifop-P, haloksifop-etoksietil, haloksifop-P-etoksietil, haloksifop-metil, haloksifop-P-metil, lenacil, metamitron, fenmedifam, fenmedifam-etil, propakvizafop, kvinmerak, kvizalofop, kvizalofop-etil, kvizalofop-P, kvizalofop-P-etil, kvizalofop-P-tefuril, setoksidim.
