Claims (13)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju praškastog sloja ili sloja granulata koji sadrži korake:
• dovođenje praha ili granula u rotirajući valjak (6);
• dovođenje praha ili granula u prvi oscilirajući uređaj (8, 9);
• dovođenje praha ili granula u drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16), te drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16) oscilira u drugom smjeru nego prvi oscilirajući uređaj (8, 9); i
• pomicanje nosača (5) ispod prvog i drugog oscilirajućeg uređaja da se dobije praškasti sloj ili sloj granulata na nosaču (5)
• naznačen time da drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16) oscilira u smjeru uglavnom paralelnom na smjer pomicanja nosača (5).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da prvi oscilirajući uređaj (8, 9) oscilira u smjeru uglavnom okomitom na smjer pomicanja nosača (5).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16) udara u barem jedan mehanički stoper (12).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prvi oscilirajući uređaj sadrži prvu (8) i drugu (9) oscilirajuću jedinicu.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da prve (8) i druge (9) oscilirajuće jedinice osciliraju s faznim pomakom poželjno s faznim pomakom od 180°.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da drugi oscilirajući uređaj sadrži prvu (15) i drugu (16) oscilirajuću jedinicu.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da postupak nadalje sadrži korak stvrdnjavanja praškastog sloja ili sloja granulata pomoću primjene topline i tlaka.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da nosač je jezgra bazirana na drvenim vlaknima, poželjno HDF ili MDF ploča.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da praškasti sloj ili sloj granulat sadrži čestice otporne na habanje, poželjno aluminijev oksid, vezivno sredstvo, poželjno melamin, te drvena vlakna.
10. Stanica za raspršivanje (1) za proizvodnju praškastog sloja ili sloja granulata, koja sadrži
rotirajući valjak (6), te
prvi (8, 9) i drugi (11; 13; 15, 16) oscilirajući uređaj (8, 9, 11; 13) koji može oscilirati, pri čemu je drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16) konfiguriran da oscilira u drugom smjeru od prvog oscilirajućeg uređaja (8, 9), te pri čemu je stanica za raspršivanje konfigurirana tako da se prah ili granule primjenjuju na nosač (5), koji se dovodi ispod valjka (6) i prvog i drugog oscilirajuće uređaja,
naznačena time da je drugi oscilirajući uređaj (11; 13; 15, 16) konfiguriran da oscilira u smjeru uglavnom paralelnom na smjer pomicanja nosača (5).
11. Stanica za raspršivanje prema zahtjevu 10, naznačena time da je prvi oscilirajući uređaj (8, 9) konfiguriran da oscilira u smjeru uglavnom okomitom na smjer pomicanja nosača (5).
12. Stanica za raspršivanje prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačena time da prvi oscilirajući uređaj sadrži prvu i drugu oscilirajuću jedinicu (8, 9).
13. Stanica za raspršivanje prema zahtjevu 12, naznačena time da se prva (8) i druga (9) oscilirajuća jedinica konfigurirane da osciliraju s faznim pomakom, poželjno faznim pomakom od 180°.
