Claims (9)

1. Element profila (1), namijenjen da služi kao nosiva struktura za gradnju zidova, osobito zidova koji se sastoje od ploča od gipsane žbuke, gdje navedeni element profila (1) sadrži najmanje jedan mosno područje (2) i najmanje jedno prirubnično područje (3), tako da najmanje jedno prirubnično područje (3) dodatno sadrži elemente za pričvršćivanje (4), koje se može dovesti u kontakt sa segmentima zida, osobito s pločama od gipsane žbuke i slično, gdje mosno područje (2) sadrži najmanje dvije nosive spone (5, 5’), orijentirane uglavnom po dugoj dimenziji profila, čime se sile koje djeluju na element profila (1) preuzima i prenosi dalje po dugoj dimenziji profila, te gdje mosno područje (2) dodatno sadrži više povezujućih spona (7), od kojih se svaka nalazi između nosivih spona (5, 5’) i mehanički je tako povezana s najmanje dvije nosive spone (5, 5’) da preuzima torzijske sile i prenosi ih na susjedne nosive spone (5, 5’), gdje nosive spone (5, 5’) i povezujuće spone (7) su načinjene od materijala mosnog područja (2) u jednoj ravnini, te leže između nosivih spona (5, 5’) i povezujućih spona (7), gdje je materijal mosnog područja (2) tako deformiran kako bi ležao u različitoj ravnini da su udubljenja (8) u obliku trokuta definirana deformiranjem materijala mosnog područja (2) između nosivih spona (5, 5’) i povezujućih spona (7), gdje je ravnina materijala koja leži između nosivih spona (5, 5’) i povezujućih spona (7) pomaknuta kako bi ležala ispod mosnog područja (2), a time i prema najmanje jednom prirubničnom području (3) elementa profila (1), gdje pomak dviju ravnina je između 0,5 i 1,2 debljine materijala upotrijebljenog u pravljenju elementa profila (1), naznačen time što trokuti su u obliku pravokutnih istokračnih trokuta i gdje su parovi pravokutnih istokračnih trokuta tako orijentirani da leže susjedni svakoj drugoj strani središnje nosive spone (5’), gdje je jedan par jedan nasuprot drugog preko njihove hipotenuze, a sljedeći susjedni par je jedan nasuprot drugog preko njihovog pravog kuta.
2. Element profila (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što u najmanju ruku dio od više povezujućih spona (7) zatvara oštri kut sa susjednim nosivim sponama (5, 5’), osobito kut od otprilike 45°.
3. Element profila (1) u skladu s bilo patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je više povezujućih spona (7) jednolično i pravilno smješteno po duljini profila.
4. Element profila (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je više povezujućih spona (7) smješteno simetrično u odnosu na nosive spone (5, 5’).
5. Element profila (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su povezujuće spone (7) i nosive spone (5, 5’) konstruirane kao profili oblikovani valjenjem.
6. Element profila (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se više nosivih spona (5, 5’), koje uključuju središnju nosivu sponu (5’), koja se nalazi u sredini mosnog područja (2), nalazi sredini površine mosnog područja.
