Claims (10)

1. Rasplinjač za plinofikaciju krutih goriva koja sa istovremenom proizvodnjom i fiksnim ležištem za plinofikaciju krutih goriva koja sadrže ugljik (2), raspljinjač (1) obuhvaća okomiti spremnik (4) koji ima sukcesivno i od vrha do dna: - ulazni plinski spremnik (5) za uvođenje goriva (2) u spremnik, - zona (10) pirolize za piroliziranje goriva uvedenog u spremnik i ima prvo sredstvo za ulaz (11) agensa pirolize, - zona (20) izgaranja za spaljivanje plinova pirolize iz zone pirolize i s drugim sredstvima za ulaz (21) agensa za plinifikaciju, - redukcijska (30) zona za plinoficiranje karboniziranog goriva iz zone pirolize - izlazni otvor (6) za sakupljanje plinova iz redukcijske zone, - zona (40) za prikupljanje i pražnjenje pepela, spremnik (4) ima aktivna sredstva za prijenos za aktivno prenošenje čvrstog materijala (2) iz zone (10) pirolize u redukcijsku zonu (30), naznačen time što se aktivna sredstva za prijenos nalaze između prvih sredstava (11) za unos agensa pirolize i drugih sredstava za ulaz (21) agensa plinofikacije, i time što aktivno sredstvo za prijenos obuhvaća komoru (50) za prijenos koja je prilagođena, kada je aktivirana, da se spriječi izravan protok čvrstog materijala (2) iz zone (10) pirolize u zonu (30) redukcije, navedena komora (50) za prijenos je propusna za plinove pirolize.
2. Rasplinjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što komora (50) za prijenos obuhvaća prvu rotirajuću ploču (51) s najmanje jednim vanjskim otvorom (61) i drugu rotirajuću ploču (52) s najmanje jednim drugim vanjskim otvorom, dvije ploče (51, 52) raspoređene vodoravno i međusobnoj udaljenosti jedna od druge, čime se određuje zona prijenosa između te dvije ploče, svaki od prvih otvora (61) je pomaknut vodoravno jedan u odnosu na drugi na svaki od drugih otvora (62), i time što zona prijenosa opremljena prvu prepreku (70) koja je pričvršćena u odnosu na spremnik (4);
3. Rasplinjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što prva prepreka (70) obuhvaća najmanje jedan poprečni dio (71) koji se pruža radijalno u odnosu na ploče (51, 52);
4. Rasplinjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što prva prepreka (70) takođe obuhvaća najmanje jedan poprečni dio (72) kutno pomaknut u odnosu na najmanje jedan prvi poprečni dio (71) i djelimično se pruža radijalno prema van prema sredini ploča (51, 52);
5. Rasplinjač u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačen time što se prva ploča (51) nadvisuje drugu preprekom (80) pričvršćenu u odnosu na spremnik (4);
6. Rasplinjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što druga prepreka (80) obuhvaća najmanje jednu drugu traverzu (81) koji se pruža radijalno u odnosu na ploče (51, 52);
7. Rasplinjač u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 6, naznačen time što taj spremnik(4) još obuhvata rezač (90) radi presjecanje u poprečnoj ravnini krutog materijala iznad druge prepreke (80);
8. Rasplinjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što rezači (90) obuhvaćaju pokretnu lopaticu (91) koja se pruža pretežito vodoravno;
9. Rasplinjač u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 8 uključujući središnje vratilo (100) na koje su prva ploča (51), druga ploča (52) i lopatica (91) spojene, i obuhvaća sredstva (101) za pogon navedenog središnjeg vratila u rotaciju;
10. Proizvodnja plina i jedinica za sagorjevanje plina obuhvaća rasplinjač u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za proizvodnju navedenog plina.
