Claims (11)

1. Kapsula koja je pogodna za ekstrakciju kave pod tlakom u aparatu za espresso kavu i koja može sadržavati prženu i mljevenu kavu, sadrži tijelo (2) kapsule izrađeno od termooblikovane plastike u obliku zarubljene kupole s - konusnim bočnim zidom (3), gdje širi kraj bočnog zida definira odvodnu stranu (4) kapsule (1) i gdje uži kraj bočnog zida (3) definira dovodnu stranu (5) kapsule (1); - prema van usmjerenom prvom prirubnicom (6) izvedenom duž obujma na širem kraju konusnog bočnog zida (3) koja osigurava područje (7) zatvaranja prema komori za pripremu aparata za espresso; i - kružni dovodni otvor (10) izveden na užem kraju konusnog bočnog zida (3); gdje kapsula (1) dalje sadrži - uništivu zatvarajuću membranu (8) s odvodne strane koja je pričvršćena za prvu prirubnicu (6) i zatvara odvodnu stranu (4) tijela (2) kapsule; i - uništivu zatvarajuću membranu (11) s dovodne strane koja zatvara dovodni otvor (10) tijela (2) kapsule i koja je pričvršćena za unutrašnjost tijela (2) kapsule; naznačena time što tijelo (2) kapsule dalje sadrži kosinu (12) za centriranje izvedenu duž obujma na užem kraju konusnog bočnog zida (3) koja prelazi u prema unutra usmjerenu drugu prirubnicu (9) izvedenu duž obujma koja formira kružni dovodni otvor (10), gdje je kosina (12) za centriranje izvedena radi poravnavanja zatvarajuće membrane (11) s dovodne strane s dovodnim otvorom (10) prije zavarivanja navedene membrane (11) za drugu prirubnicu (9); i i time što zatvarajuća membrana (11) s dovodne strane ima promjer koji je veći od vanjskog promjera druge prirubnice (9) tako da se kružni rub zatvarajuće membrane (11) može saviti prema gore duž kosine (12) za centriranje i najmanje djelomično prekriti kosinu (12) za centriranje kada je navedena zatvarajuća membrana (11) zavarena za drugu prirubnicu (9), gdje prema gore svinut kružni rub (13) zatvarajuće membrane (11) s dovodne strane čini zaštitni sloj između vrućeg alata (14) za zavarivanje i kosine (12) za centriranje koji tijekom zavarivanja zatvarajuće membrane (11) s dovodne strane za drugu prirubnicu (9) štiti od topline.
2. Kapsula prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, što kosina (12) za centriranje izvedena duž obujma ima kut od osi do uzdužne osi (A) kapsule (1) od 20 do 50 stupnjeva, a poželjno od 35 do 40 stupnjeva.

4. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što druga prirubnica (9) ima širinu u radijalnom pravcu od 2 do 3 mm, posebice od 2,2 do 2,5 mm.
5. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što je promjer zatvarajuće membrane (11) s dovodne strane od 5 do 15%, a posebice oko 10% veći od vanjskog promjera druge prirubnice (9).
6. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što druga prirubnica (9) i zatvarajuća membrana (11) s dovodne strane oblikuju ravni donji dio kapsule (1).
7. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što je tijelo (2) kapsule oblikovano termooblikovanjem od lista slojevitog plastičnog materijala koji s obje vanjske strane sadrži sloj polipropilena i unutrašnji zaštitni sloj od EVOH.
8. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što su zatvarajuće membrane (8, 11) metalne membrane, prvenstveno izrađene od aluminija.
9. Kapsula prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time, što su zatvarajuće membrane (8, 11) s dovodne i odvodne strane prevučene slojem polipropilena sa zatvarajuće strane kako bi se poboljšala kvaliteta zavarivanja membrane na prvu ili drugu prirubnicu (6, 9), odnosno.
10. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što je zatvarajuća membrana (11) s dovodne strane zavarivanjem trajno pričvršćena za drugu prirubnicu (9).
11. Kapsula prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, što je zatvarajuća membrana (8, 11) s dovodne i/ili odvodne strane reljefno oblikovana.
