Claims (16)

1. Uređaj za rezanje materijala, izradu tankih ispiljenih ureza, karakteriziran na nači da se poželjno beskrajna brušena oštrica pile (2) koja ima sustav mikrozubaca (3) koristi za rezanje materijala, poželjno drvenih, pri čemu je svaki od mikrozubaca (8, 8') sustava mikrozubaca (3), koji svaki slijedi jedan iza drugoga u smjeru rezanja, brušen na takav način da je jedna oštrica (9) postavljena na desno i jedna je oštrica (9') postavljena na lijevo, na svakoj poziciji, naizmjenično jedna nakon druge, tako da se izrađuje urez piljenjem (24) pomoću mikrozupca (8, 8') naizmjenično na desnom i lijevom rubu rezanja, na svakom mjestu, pri čemu je sustav mikrozubaca (3) brušene oštrice pile (2) opskrbljen mikrozupcima (8, 8'), pomak zubaca od kojih je svaki 0.5 do 2 mm, i visina svakog zupca, definirana bazom zuba koja leži između mikrozuba (8, 8') je ≤1.5 mm.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, karakteriziran na način da je brušena oštrica pile (2) dizajnirana sa setom zubaca na takav način da u smjeru rezanja brušene oštrice pile (2), mikrozubac (8, 8') sustava mikrozubaca (3) koji su postavljeni umetnuti jedan u odnosu na drugi, na način da je mikrozubac (8, 8') isturen izmjenično na desno i na lijevo iza brušene oštrice pile.
3. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je mikrozubac (8, 8') sustava mikrozubaca (3) položen u odnosu na brušenu oštricu pile (2) na način da je, u stanju rada, postavljen tupi kut rezanja (β) od poželjno 40°do 60°u odnosu na površinu materijala koji se reže.
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da jeprojekcija zubaca oštrice (9, 9') sustava mikrozubaca (3) u odnosu na brušenu oštricu pile (2) samo nekoliko desetina milimetara, poželjno 1/10 mm.
5. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je debljina oštrice pile između 0.1 i 0.5 mm.
6. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, karakteriziran na način da su krajevi oštrica pile povezani jedan s drugim, na strani lica, pomoću sustava zubaca, poželjno pomoću užlijebljenog sustava zubaca (17), i poželjno povezani materijalom koji je vezan laserskim spojnim varom.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je, na mjestu namjerenom za postavljanje, na izlazu sustava mikrozubaca (3) iz ispiljenog ureza (24)postavljen uređaj za puhanje (11) materijala kojeg treba rezati, na način da je sustav mikrozubaca (3) zahvaćen smjesom vode i zraka.
8. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, karakteriziran na način da je dodatni uređaj za puhanje (12) dodijeljen oštrici pile sa stražnje strane brušene oštrice pile (2), na način da se smjesa voda-zrak može utisnuti u ispiljeni urez (24) materijala koji treba rezati, poželjno pri visokom tlaku.
9. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, karakteriziran na način da je uređajima za puhanje (11, 12) dodijeljena zajednička kontrolna jedinica i/ili opskrbna jedinica i pumpa za njihovo napajanje smjesom voda-zrak.
10. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 7 do 9, karakteriziran na način da je uređaj za skupljanje (13) za skupljanje smjese voda-piljevina postavljen u smjeru emisije smjese voda-zrak primijenjene od strane uređaja za puhanje (11, 12), pri čemu je element filtra povezan vodoravno od te naprave za skupljanje (13).
11. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je remeni prijenosnik ili lančani prijenosnik za opskrbu materijalom za rezanje pridružen pilani koja sadrži brušenu oštricu pile (2) koja ima sustav mikrozubaca (3), pri čemu je remeni ili lančani prijenosnik dodatno opskrbljen vakuumskim sapnicama (22) na način da predmet obrade (5) može biti učvršćen na mjestu pomoću djelomičnog vakuuma i slijedom može biti pomaknut u odnosu na oštricu pile (2) pomoću je remenog ili lančanog prijenosnika.
12. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, karakteriziran na način da valjkasti ili lančani prijenosnik ima remen za dostavu (10), na svaku poziciju, za transport materijala za rezanje, pri čemu je mehanizam osovine za prilagodbu kuta nagiba dostavnog remena (10) dodijeljen tom remenu za dostavu (10), na način da je kut ulaska sustava mikrozubaca (3) u predmet obrade (5) neprekidno prilagodljiv u rasponu od 60°do 90°.
13. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je brušena oštrica pile (2) vođena pomoću dva obruča rolera za pilu (4. 4') koji su postavljeni razmaknuti jedan od drugog.
14. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, karakteriziran na način da je senzor (15) za detektiranje relativne pozicije obruča oštrice u odnosu na određeni obruč rolera za pilu (4, 4') pridružen najmanje jednomobruču rolera pile (4, 4') i nagib najmanje jednog obruča rolera pile (4, 4') se može automatski regulirati putem naprave za namještanje kuta (16), kako je određeno usporedbom aktualne i referentne vrijednosti.
15. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da cirkularna brušena oštrica pile (2) pokretana obručima rolera pile (4, 4') ima pridružen uređaj za praćenje kretanja u smjeru naprijed i/ili zaustavljanje kretanja u smjeru unatrag.
16. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, karakteriziran na način da je brušena oštrica pile (2) uspravno uhvaćena u okvir pile, zbog konstrukcije ulaza piljenja.
