Claims (9)
1. Postupak (50) za proizvodnju višeslojnog savitljivog elementa (10) pomoću laserskog urezivanja i/ili rezanja; navedeni višeslojni savitljivi element (10) je sastavljen od sloja krutog materijala (11) izrađenog od drveta, koji ima strukturu ureza na svojoj površini; sloja od savitljivog potpornog materijala (12) primjerice od tkanine, na kojeg se spaja sloj od krutog materijala (11); sredstva za spajanje (13) navedenog sloja od krutog materijala (11) s navedenim slojem od savitljivog potpornog materijala (12), primjerice pomoću ljepila; navedeni postupak (50) je naznačen time, da sadrži sljedeće stupnjeve:
- spajanje (51), primjerice ljepilom, stavljajući navedeni sloj krutog materijala (11) na navedeni sloj savitljivog potpornog materijala (12);
- određivanje (52) teksture u vektorskoj grafici (14) određujući strukturu linija, i pohranjujući to u upravljački sustav industrijskog uređaja nazvanog laserski uređaj, koji je sposoban da generira i usmjeri lasersku zraku velike snage;
- urezivanje (53) i/ili rezanje navedenog sloja krutog materijala (11) prema gorenavedenoj teksturi (14) fuzijom i visokotemperaturnim isparavanjem izazvanim laserskom zrakom da bi se stvorila navedena struktura ureza na navedenom sloju od krutog materijala (11), tako da navedeni višeslojni savitljivi element (10) predstavlja novi materijal (18a), (18b), (18c) koji je savitljiv, tako da se može primjenjivati kao dekorativni i/ili funkcionalni element za oblaganje u modnoj industriji, industriji namještaja i dizajna, i
- navedeni novi materijal (18a), (18b), (18c) se podvrgava daljnjem stupnju ljepljenja i/ili ušivanja u dijelove tkanine, na takav način da bude prikladan za krojenje u izradi odjeće, zavjesa, dodatnog pribora i t.d.
2. Postupak (50) za proizvodnju navedenog višeslojnog savitljivog elementa (10) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu 1, a navedeni je postupak (50) naznačen time, da ima sljedeći dodatni stupanj:
- gorenavedeni novi materijal (18a), (18b), (18c) se obrađuje otvrdnjavajućom smolom koja fiksira njegove oblike, na takav način da ga se učini krutim i primjenjivim, u primjerice, industriji namještaja ili vozila.
3. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prvenstveno primijenjen u modnoj industriji, industriji namještaja i dizajna, sastavljen od: sloja krutog materijala (11) izrađenog od drveta, koji ima strukturu ureza na svojoj površini; sloja od savitljivog potpornog materijala (12) primjerice tkanine, na koji se navedeni sloj od krutog materijala (11) spaja; sredstva za spajanje (13) navedenog sloja krutog materijala (11) na navedeni sloj savitljivog materijala (12), primjerice pomoću ljepila; navedeni višeslojni savitljivi element (10) je naznačen time, da se dobiva postupkom (50) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1.
4. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da
- debljina svakog lista ili ploče gorenavedenog sloja od krutog materijala (11) jest između 1/10 mm i 10 mm, u skladu s primjenom kojoj je namijenjen, a i slojem savitljive potpore (12) koja se pravilno lijepi;
- savitljiva potpora (12) ima istu dimenziju krutog materijala (11) na koji će se lijepiti;
- savitljiva potpora (12) ima ujednačenu površinu, tako da je moguće svrsishodno ljepljenje.
5. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 3 ili 4, naznačen time, da:
- navedeno ljepilo (13) koje treba primijeniti da se spoji navedeni sloj od krutog materijala (11) s navedenim potpornim materijalom (12), ima kemijsko-fizikalne osobine prikladne da održavaju visoku elastičnost, vodootpornost i otpornost na temperaturne promjene nakon sušenja, tako da se listovi dva materijala zalijepe u konačnom obliku.
6. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 3 do 5, naznačen time, da:
- se navedena tekstura (14), generirana računalom programima za grafiku, ili korištenjem posebnog softvera, može spremati u uređaju za spremanje podataka (15), a što predstavlja ulazne podatke sredstvu za vođenje laserskog uređaja (16) za vrijeme urezivanja i/ili rezanja pojedinog sloja krutog materijala (11) koji je prethodno zaljepljen na savitljivu potporu (12),
tako da navedeni novi materijal (18a), (18b), (18c, dobiven gorenavedenim postupkom (50) laserskim urezivanjem i/ili rezanjem više neće imati krutu strukturu, ali će svoj gornji dio imati podijeljen u više dijelova (19) kako je određeno u strukturi linija koje tvore teksturu (14).
7. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 3 do 6, naznačen time, da:
- je laserski uređaj (16) kalibriran tako, da snaga, brzina i stupanj definicije djeluje samo u debljini krutog materijala (11), ostavljajući neizmijenjenim sloj ljepila (13) i savitljive potpore (12) ispod njega.
8. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 3 do 7, naznačen time, da:
- navedeni dijelovi (19) teksture (14) imaju veličinu u rasponu od 1 mm2 do 10 mm2 ili eventualno čak i veću, u skladu s primjenom i vizualnim efektom koji se želi postići.
9. Višeslojni savitljivi element (10) prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva od 3 do 8, naznačen time, da:
- se gorenavedeni dijelovi (19) teksture (14) mogu odstraniti s navedenog sloja krutog materijala (11),
tako da se poveća savitljivost i omogući presavijanje ovog novog materijala (18a), (18b), 18c) u više smjerova i posljedično prošire njegove moguće primjene.
