Claims (7)

1. Zatvarač koji sadrži: - rezervoar (4) koji sadrži dno koje se može probiti (40), pri čemu se navedeni rezervoar (4) može primijeniti na otvor (60) kontejnera (6) koji je predodređen da sadrži prvi proizvod; - sječivo (5), koje se bar djelomično može smjestiti unutar rezervoara (4) i može se pozicionirati ispred dna koje se može probiti (40) radi otvaranja navedenog dna koje se može probiti (40); navedeni zatvarač (10) koji preuzima najmanje prvu i drugu konfiguraciju; u prvoj konfiguraciji, dno koje se može probiti (40) je nepromijenjeno i najmanje rezervoar (4) i sječivo (5) koji identificiraju, u kombinaciji, prvu komoru (2) pogodnu za držanje drugog proizvoda; u drugoj konfiguraciji navedeno dno koje se može probiti (40) otvoreno je na taj način da omogućava miješanje prvog i drugog proizvoda; - sredstva za apsorpciju vlage (7) koja su u prvoj konfiguraciji zatvarača (1) u kontaktu sa unutrašnjošću prve komore (2); sječivo (5) koje sadrži šuplje tijelo (50) koje dalje sadrži oštricu sječiva (51) i osnovu; pri čemu je navedena oštrica sječiva (51) napravljena na jednom kraju osnove i u prvoj konfiguraciji je ispred navedenog dna koje se može probiti (40); navedeni zatvarač je naznačen time da sredstva za apsorpciju vlage (7) bar djelomično ograničavaju unutarnju šupljinu (8) unutar šupljeg tijela (50) i osnova bar djelomično oblaže unutrašnju površinu (53) navedenog šupljeg tijela, pri čemu je šupljina (8) u prvoj konfiguraciji dio prve komore (2); pri čemu su navedena sredstva za apsorpciju (7) oblikovana: kao šuplja cijev; ili kao otvor šuplje čaše u blizini oštrice sječiva (51) i koji oblaže unutarnje dno i unutarnji zid šupljeg tijela (50).
2. Zatvarač prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da rezervoar (4) sadrži vodeću površinu sječiva (5) tokom njegovog pomicanja koje određuje prolaz iz jedne do druge konfiguracije; navedena unutarnja površina (53) je okružena vanjskom površinom (54) sječiva (5), pri čemu je navedena vanjska površina (54) u kontaktu sa navedenom vodećom površinom (42) bar u prvoj i/ili u drugoj konfiguraciji.
3. Zatvarač prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se navedena sredstva za apsorpciju (7) pružaju preko bar dvije trećine dužine navedenog šupljeg tijela (50).
4. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su navedena sredstva za apsorpciju (7) istovremeno oblikovana sa navedenim šupljim tijelom (50).
5. Zatvarač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je u prvoj konfiguraciji, u blizini navedene oštrice sječiva (51), unutarnja šupljina (8) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa dijelom prve komore (2) izvan šupljeg tijela (50).
6. Pakiranje koje sadrži: - zatvarač (1) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 5; - kontejner (6) koji sadrži otvor (60) na kojem je navedeni zatvarač (10) postavljen, pri čemu navedeni kontejner (6) definira drugu komoru (3) pogodnu za držanje prvog proizvoda; pri čemu navedeno pakiranje (1) podrazumijeva najmanje početnu konfiguraciju i operativnu konfiguraciju; u početnoj konfiguraciji navedeni zatvarač (10) je u prvoj konfiguraciji i prva i druga komora (2,3) su fluidno-dinamički razdvojene; u operativnoj konfiguraciji zatvarač (10) je u drugoj konfiguraciji i prva i druga komora (2, 3) su u recipročnoj fluidnoj komunikaciji da bi se time omogućilo miješanje prvog i drugog proizvoda.
7. Pakovanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time da sadrži poklopac (9) koji je u početnoj konfiguraciji pakiranja (1) povezan sa kontejnerom (6) i štiti rezervoar (4) od oštećenja, pri čemu navedeni poklopac (9) sadrži traku kao dokaz o neoštećenosti (90) koja se mora ukloniti kako bi poklopac (9) bio uklonjen.
