Claims (23)
1. Super hidrofobni premaz, naznačen time, da obuhvaća: smolu; i
mnoštvo čestica od kojih svaka sadržava:
najmanje jedno super hidrofobno područje i barem jedno hidrofilno područje, pri čemu svaka čestica ima trodimenzionalnu,
nanostrukturiranu površinsku topologiju, s većim brojem pora, pri čemu su čestice kovalentno vezane na smolu pomoću najmanje jedne hidrofilne regije,
pri čemu smola ne ispunjava pore čestica tako da se trodimenzionalna površinska topologija čestica održava, i pri čemu mnoštvo čestica čini najmanje jednu površinu smole super hidrofobnom,
pri čemu barem jedno hidrofilno područje sadržava kemijsku skupinu odabranu iz skupine koju čine silan koji sadržava najmanje jednu funkcionalnu skupinu odabranu iz skupine koja se sastoji od (3-glicidoksipropil) trimetoksisilana, (3-metoksisililpropil)dietilen-triamina i njihove kombinacije.
2. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je barem dio super hidrofobnih čestica ugrađen unutar smole, tako da se okružene smolom.
3. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je smola hidrofobna.
4. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da svaka čestica sadržava hidrofobni premaz, hidrofobni premaz sukladan je površini super hidrofobnih čestica tako da se očuva nanostrukturirana površinska topologija.
5. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da super hidrofobna čestica sadržava čestice dijatomejske zemlje.
6. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je porozna jezgra hidrofilna.
7. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je porozna jezgra silikat.
8. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da je silikat obrađen jetkanjem kako bi se dobila nanostrukturirana površinska topologija.
9. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je volumen pora svake čestice ispunjen smolom manje od 50 %.
10. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je promjer svake čestice između 1-20 mm.
11. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je promjer svake čestice je između 10 - 20 mm.
12. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je omjer volumena čestica i smole 1: 1 i 1: 10.
13. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da barem jedno super hidrofobno područje sadržava kemijska skupinu odabranu iz skupine koju čine fluoromonomer, monomer parafinskog ugljikovodika i njihove kombinacije.
14. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time, da je fluoromonomer heptadekafluoro-l,l,2,2-tetrahidrodecil)triklorosilan.
15. Super hidrofobni premaz u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačen time, da je monomer parafinskog ugljikovodika silan na bazi alkila.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju amfoternih čestica, naznačen time, da postupak podrazumijeva reakciju mnoštva čestica koje sadrže silicijev dioksid s najmanje jednim superhidrofobnim silanom i najmanje jednim sredstvom za spajanje, čime se dobiva mnoštvo amfoternih čestica, pri čemu svaka amfoterna čestica sadržava barem jedno superhidrofobno područje i barem jedno hidrofilno područje, barem jedno hidrofilno područje sadržava kemijsku skupinu odabranu iz skupine koja se sastoji od silana koji sadržava najmanje jednu funkcionalnu skupinu odabranu iz skupine koju čine (3-glicidoksipropil)trimetoksisilan, (3-trimetoksisililpropil)dietilen-triamin, i njihove kombinacije.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da se reakcija odvija u jednom koraku.
18. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da se reakcija odvija u prvom koraku i u drugom koraku, pri čemu u prvom koraku mnoštvo reagira s barem jedan superhidrofobnim silanom, i pri čemu u drugom koraku više čestica reagira s najmanje jednim sredstvom za spajanje.
19. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da barem jedno super hidrofobno područje sadržava kemijsku skupinu odabranu iz skupine koja se sastoji od fluormonomera, monomera parafinskog ugljikovodika i njihovih kombinacija.
20. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 19, naznačen time, da je fluormonomer (heptadekafluoro -1,1,2,2- tetrahidrodecil)triklorsilan.
21. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time, da je sredstvo za spajanje monomer parafinskog ugljikovodika.
22. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 21, naznačen time, da je monomer parafinskog ugljikovodika silan na bazi alkila.
23. Postupak za proizvodnju superhidrofobnog premaza, naznačen time, da postupak obuhvaća raspršivanje mnoštva amfoternih čestica u otopini koja sadržava polimerno vezivno sredstvo, pri čemu svaka amfoterna čestica sadržava barem jedno superhidrofobno područje i najmanje jedno hidrofilno područje, barem jedno hidrofilno područje sadržava kemijsku skupinu odabranu iz skupine koju čini silan sa najmanje jednom funkcionalnom skupinom odabranom iz skupine koju čine (3-glicidoksipropil) trimetoksisilan, (3-metoksisililpropil)dietilentriamin i njihove kombinacije, i pri čemu polimerno vezivo sadržava veći broj funkcionalnih skupina koje su se sposobne kovalentno vezati na najmanje jedno hidrofilno područje svake amfoterne čestice.
