Claims (16)
1. Uređaj za punjenje spremnika (1) iz kanistera (2) bez onečišćenja koji ima
a. adapter spremnika (3) s
- prirubnicom za pričvršćivanje spremnika (300) za učvršćivanje na spremnik, i
- prvi spojni dio (301), te sa
- spojnim kanalom koji se može zatvarati (311),
b. adapter kanistera (4) s
- prirubnicom za zatvaranje kanistera (400) za učvršćivanje na kanistar (2), te
- drugi spojni dio (401), i
- klip za zatvaranje (409) koji se vodi u adapter kanistera (4) i čiji klip za zatvaranje (409) se može podesiti između otvorenog položaja i zatvorenog položaja putem elementa za aktiviranje (302), te
- klip za zatvaranje (409) ima unutrašnji kanal (409c) koji u otvorenom položaju uređaja osigurava fluidni spoj između priključka za ispiranje (308) i prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400),
adapter spremnika (3) i adapter kanistera (4) spojeni su rastavljivo jedan s drugim preko prvog i drugog spojnog dijela (301, 401), te klip za zatvaranje (409) ima prvu kontaktnu površinu (409a) koja je u radnom kontaktu sa drugom kontaktnom stranom (306a) koja je predviđena na adapteru za spremnik (3) kada je drugi spojni dio (401) adaptera kanistera (4) spojen na prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3),
i sadrži
c. priključak za ispiranje (308) za uvođenje tekućine za ispiranje (6), navedeni priključak za ispiranje (308) je pričvršćen na adapter spremnika (3) i spojen je na spojni kanal koji se može zatvarati (311),
- uređaj osigurava fluidnu vezu između prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400) i prirubnice za pričvršćivanje spremnika (300) u otvorenom položaju i zatvara fluidnu vezu između prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400) i prirubnice za pričvršćivanje spremnika (300) u zatvorenom položaju, te
- pri čemu je moguće da druga kontaktna površina (306a) bude izdignuta od prve kontaktne površine (409a), dok je drugi spojni dio (401) adaptera kanistera (4) spojen na prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da u otvorenom položaju uređaja, prvi i drugi spojni dio (301, 401) osigurava prvu fluidnu vezu između prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400) i prirubnice za pričvršćivanje spremnika (300) i drugu fluidnu vezu koja se može isključiti između priključka za ispiranje (308) i prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je barem jedan brtveni element (303, 306b, 410) predviđen na prvom ili drugom spojnom dijelu (301, 401) radi nepropusnog spoja adaptera za spremnik (3) i adaptera kanistera (4).
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da adapter kanistera (4) ima vanjski kanal (413) koji je raspoređen oko klipa za zatvaranje (409), te u otvorenom položaju, predstavlja dio fluidne veze između prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400) i prirubnice za pričvršćivanje spremnika (300).
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se unutrašnji kanal (409c) klipa za zatvaranje (409) otvara s jednim krajem u prvu kontaktnu površinu (409a) i spojen je pomoću njegovog drugog kraja na prirubnicu za zatvaranje kanistera (400), te adapter spremnika (3) ima spojni kanal koji se može zatvarati (311) koji se otvara s jednim krajem u drugu kontaktnu površinu (306a) i spojen je pomoću njegovog drugog kraja na priključak za ispiranje (308), spojni kanal (311) koji se otvara u drugu kontaktnu stranu (306a) i unutrašnji kanal (409c) klipa za zatvaranje (409) koji se otvara u prvu kontaktna površina (409a) su spojeni jedan s drugim kada su adapter spremnika (3) i adapter kanistera (4) u kontaktu jedan s drugim preko dvije kontaktne strane.
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je između dvije kontaktne strane (306a, 409a) predviđena brtva (306b).
7. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se klip za zatvaranje (409) vodi u vodilici s prorezom (412) na adapter kanistera (4), rotiranje adaptera kanistera (4) u odnosu na klip za zatvaranje (409) dovodi do pomicanja klipa za zatvaranje (409) u odnosu na adapter kanistera (4).
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3) osiguran da može rotirati na adapteru za spremnik pomoću elementa za aktiviranje (302).
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevima 1 i 8, naznačen time da je prva kontaktna površina (409a) klipa za zatvaranje (409) u fiksnom kontaktu s drugom kontaktnom stranom (306a) na adapteru za spremnik (3) tako da s njom rotira kada je drugi spojni dio (401) adaptera kanistera (4) spojen na prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3), te naknadna rotacija drugog spojnog dijela (401) u odnosu na adapter spremnika (3) dovodi do pomicanja klipa za zatvaranje (409) u odnosu na adapter kanistera (4).
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je prva kontaktna površina (409a) klipa za zatvaranje (409) u kontaktu s drugom kontaktnom stranom (306a) na adapteru za spremnik (3) kada je drugi spojni dio (401) adaptera kanistera (4) spojen na prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3), te je druga kontaktna strana (306a) osigurana na adapteru za spremnik (3) tako da se može pomicati u smjeru pomicanja klipa za zatvaranje (409), te element opruge (304) pritišće drugu kontaktnu stranu (306a) naspram prve kontaktne površine (409a).
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da ima element za aktiviranje (315) za podizanje druge kontaktne strane (306a) iz prve kontaktne površine (409a), dok je drugi spojni dio (401) adaptera kanistera (4) povezan na prvi spojni dio (301) adaptera za spremnik (3).
12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da adapter kanistera (4) ima element za rezanje filma (404) u području prirubnice za zatvaranje kanistera (400) za rezanje i otvaranje nepropusne folije (203) kanistera (2).
13. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da je element za rezanje filma (404) oblikovan s nazubljenim rubom.
14. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da adapter kanistera (4) ima klizni rukavac (405), na koji se učvršćuje prirubnica za zatvaranje kanistera (400), te je klizni rukavac (405) aksijalno pomičan u odnosu na element za rezanje filma (404).
15. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je prirubnica za zatvaranje kanistera (400) sastavni dio kanistera (2).
16. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je predviđen poklopac za ispiranje ili zatvaranje (9) koji može biti spojen na adapter spremnika (3) umjesto adaptera kanistera (4) i zatvara adapter spremnika (3) prema van.
