Claims (15)

1. Uređaj za taljenje stakla ili kamena koji se sastoji od - prvog spremnika, pod nazivom spremnik za taljenje (1), koji ima ulaz za određenu količinu sirovine, zagrijavanje znači da je moguće zagrijati određenu količinu sirovine dok se ne dobije rastaljeno staklo, izlaz za rastaljeno staklo, i niže od spremnika za taljenje, - drugi spremnik, pod nazivom spremnik za zagrijavanje (2), sa metalnim stjenkama koje nisu obložene sa vatrootpornim izolirajućim materijalom i koji se sastoje od sustava internih odvoda koji omogućavaju cirkulaciju rashladne tvari, i mnoštva ubrzgača položenih plamenika (8), spremnik za zagrijavanje (2) koji se sastoji od izlaza za rastaljeno staklo, uobličenog tako da ima zaštitu od preljevanja (7), koji ograničava visinu rastaljene staklene kupke u spremniku za zagrijavanje (2) do vrijednosti između 20 mm i 300 mm, preporučljivo 50 mm do 200 mm i osobito 70 mm i 120 mm.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je kapacitet spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) manji od spremnika za taljenje (1), da je odnos kapaciteta spremnika ta zagrijavanje i kapaciteta spremnika za taljenje između 1/1000 i 1/3.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da izlaz za rastaljeno staklo ima zaštitu od preljevanja (6) koja omogućuje da se rastaljeno staklo preljeva direktno u spremnika za zagrijavanje (2).
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je broj ubrzgača položenih plamenika (8) unutar spremnika za zagrijavanje, između 50 i 300 / m2, preporučljivo između 80 i 250 / m2.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je ukupna površina dna spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) između 0.05 i 5 m2, preporučljivo između 0.1 i 3 m2, i osobito između 0.2 i 2 m2.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je ukupan broj ubrzgivača unutar spremnika za zagrijavanje (2), između 50 i 1000, preporučljivo između 100 i 500.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je razmak između metalnih stjenki spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) i najbližeg ubrzgivača između 20 mm i 150 mm, preporučljivo između 30 mm i 100 mm.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dno spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) ima odnos dužine/širine u omjeru 1 i 4, preporučljivo 1 i 3.
9. Postupak za taljenje stakla ili kamena korištenjem uređaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zatjeva, koji se sastoji od - punjenja spremnika za taljenje (1) određenom količinom sirovine; - zagrijavanjem navedene sirovine dok se ne dobije rastaljeno staklo; - prijenos rastaljenog stakla dobivenog u spremniku za taljenje (1) u spremnik za zagrijavanje (2); - zagrijavanje rastaljenog stakla u spremniku za zagrijavanje (2), sa ulazne temperature (T1) na izlaznu temperaturu (T2) koja je najmanje 50oC viša od temperature T1, pomoću plamenika (8) ; - hlađenje metalnih stjenki spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) cirkuliranjem rashladne tvari sistemom internih odvoda.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da plamenici spremnika za zagrijavanje (2) proizvode površnisku snagu zagrijavanja dna spremnika između 0.2 i 2 megawatta / m2.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevima 9 ili 10, naznačen time da je razlika između T1 i T2 između 50oC i 300oC, preporučljivo između 100oC i 300oC, osobito izmeđi 150oC i 280oC.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevima 9 do 11, naznačen time da svaki ubrzgivač plamenika ima snagu između 2 i 20 kW.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačen time da su plamenici pogonjeni smjesom kisika i plinskog goriva.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time da je moguće proizvesti između 10 i 500 tona unutar 24 sata.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 14, naznačen time da spremnik za zagrijavanje (2) proizvodi prema određenoj specifikaciji, naznačenoj u tonama po danu i po m2, većoj ili jednakoj proizvodnji spremnika za taljenje (1), tako da je odnos produkcije spremnika za zagrijavanje u odnosu prema spremniku za taljenje između 1 i 100, preporučljivo između 2 i 30.
