Claims (15)

1. Serijski punjač za punjenje šaržnih materijala u peć za taljenje stakla u razini koja je ispod razine rastaljenog stakla, koji sadrži: - tijelo s cijevi (1) i mehaničkim prijenosnim sustavom (2) za transport serijskog materijala, gdje je navedeni sustav smješten u navedenu cijev; - glava, uklonjivo pričvršćena na kraj cijevi, s kliznim protupožarnim vratima (3) i cijevnim spojnim dijelom (4), pričvršćenim na klizna protupožarna vrata, te koji mora biti makar djelomično umetnut u otvor za punjenje, načinjen u stijenki spremnika peći, gdje klizna protupožarna vrata (3) i spojni dio (4) sadrže sustav unutarnjih cijevi (5) koji se može povezati s izvorom sredstva za hlađenje.
2. Serijski punjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time stoje mehanički prijenosni sustav (2) klip ili pužni vijak, po mogućnosti pužni vijak.
3. Serijski punjač u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačen time što cijevni spojni dio (4) ima uglavnom stožastu unutarnju površinu koja se širi od kraja koji je u kontaktu s kliznim protupožarnim vratima (3) prema kraju udaljenom od navedenih kliznih protupožarnih vrata.
4. Serijski punjač u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je kut otvaranja skraćenog stošca unutarnje površine spojnog dijela između 7 i 13°, osobito između 8 i 12°, idealno između 9 i 10°.
5. Serijski punjač u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačen time što je tako konstruiran da, tijekom rada, vrh pužnog vijka (2) ne prelazi rub cijevi i ne prolazi kroz ravninu zatvaranja kliznih protupožarnih vrata (3).
6. Serijski punjač u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što klizna protupožarna vrata sadrže nepomični dio (7) i pokretljivi dio (6), gdje barem pomični dio (6) sadrži sustav unutarnjih cijevi koji se može povezati s izvorom sredstva za hlađenje.
7. Serijski punjač u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što niti cijev (1), a niti mehanički prijenosni sustav (2) ne sadrže sustav za aktivno hlađenje, poput sustava cijevi koji se može povezati s izvorom sredstva za hlađenje.
8. Serijski punjač u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se unutarnji promjer cijevnog spojnog dijela (4) razlikuje od unutarnjeg promjera cijevi serijskog punjača za najviše 20%, po mogućnosti za najviše 10%.
9. Instalacija za taljenje stakla, naznačena time što sadrži: - peć za taljenje stakla s otvorom za punjenje (10) koji se nalazi u stijenki spremnika peći ispod teorijske razine stakla, gdje navedenu razinu definira položaj preljeva rastaljenog materijala; i - serijski punjač prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje je spojni dio (4) serijskog punjača barem djelomično umetnut u otvor za punjenje (10) peći.
10. Instalacija za taljenje stakla u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačena time što peć ima uronjene plamenike.
11. Postupak taljenja stakla, naznačen time što se sastoji u upotrebi instalacije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 i 10.
12. Postupak taljenja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što obuhvaća: - punjenje, po mogućnosti kontinuirano, serijskog materijala u peć za taljenje stakla kroz otvor za punjenje (10), koji se nalazi u stijenki spremnika peći, ispod razine rastaljenog stakla, upotrebom serijskog punjača u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, gdje je glava serijskog punjača povezana cijevnim spojnim dijelom (4) s otvorom za punjenje (10), tako da serijski materijali ulaze u peć kroz klizna protupožarna vrata (3) i cijevnog spojnog dijela (4), u razini koja se nalazi ispod razine rastaljenog stakla; i - hlađenje, po mogućnosti kontinuirano, glave serijskog punjača protokom sredstva za hlađenje kroz sustave unutarnjih cijevi (5) kliznih protupožarnih vrata (3) i spojni dio (4).
13. Postupak taljenja stakla u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 i 12, naznačen time što, po potrebi, dodatno uključuje zatvaranje kliznih protupožarnih vrata (3) i odvajanje tijela serijskog punjača od glave istoga, dok je glava i dalje sigurno pričvršćena na peć.
14. Postupak taljenja stakla u skladu s patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time što serijski materijali sadrže materijale za recikliranje, po mogućnosti mineralna vlakna.
15. Postupak taljenja stakla u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, naznačen time što je u sastavu serijskih materijala sadržano najmanje 2% težinski, po mogućnosti od 5% težinski, do 50% težinski, a osobito od 10% težinski, do 40% težinski, organskih dijelova.
