Claims (17)

1. Zidna gips ploča, naznačena time, da ima jezgru od organsko-anorganskog kompozita koji sadrži sljedeću smjesu: supstituirani škrob koji nije topiv u hladnoj vodi, koji ima stupanj supstitucije između 1,5 i 2,5 masenih %, gdje je navedeni škrob supstituiran s najmanje jednom eterskom skupinom ili esterskom skupinom te ima maseni postotak krutina na viskozitetu od 1000 cps i na temperaturi od 65,6°C (150°F) u rasponu od 9 do 43%; voda; i anorganska faza koja sadrži gips, pri čemu je anorganska faza barem djelomično hidratizirana vodom, dok je supstituirani škrob prisutan kao film u biti raspršen kroz cijeli organsko-anorganski kompozit tako da se time organsko-anorganski kompozit bitno ojačava.
2. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da supstituirani škrob je hidroksietiliran, hidroksipropiliran ili acetiliran.
3. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time, da najmanje jedna eterska skupina je hidroksipropilna skupina i da ima maseni postotak krutina na viskozitetu od 1000 cps i na temperaturi od 65,6°C (150°F) u rasponu od 14 do 20%.
4. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time, da najmanje jedna eterska skupina je hidroksietilna skupina i da ima maseni postotak krutina na viskozitetu od 1000 cps i na temperaturi od 65,6°C (150°F) u rasponu od 17 do 30%.
5. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time, da je maseni postotak krutina na viskozitetu od 1000 cps i na temperaturi od 65,6°C (150°F) u rasponu od 17 do 21%.
6. Zidna gips ploča prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da se supstituirani škrob barem djelomično sastoji od amilopektina.
7. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 6, naznačena time, da je supstituirani škrob u biti amilopektin.
8. Zidna gips ploča prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time, da je supstituirani škrob od voštanog kukuruznog škroba razrjeđenog kiselinom koji je hidrofobno modificiran.
9. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da je supstituirani škrob od škroba razrjeđenog kiselinom i barem jedna eterska skupina je iz hidroksipropilne skupine.
10. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time, da je stupanj supstitucije odabran iz raspona od 1,5 do 2,5 masenih postotaka hidroksipropila.
11. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time, da je supstituirani škrob od voštanog kukuruznog škroba razrjeđenog kiselinom koji je acetiliran.
12. Zidna gips ploča prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da količina supstituiranog škroba nije veća od 2 masena postotka od mase supstituiranog škroba i anorganske faze.
13. Zidna gips ploča prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da nadalje sadrži vlakna raspršena u biti kroz cijeli organsko-anorganski kompozit.
14. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 13, naznačena time, da vlakna su staklena vlakna.
15. Zidna gips ploča prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time, da organsko-anorganski kompozit nadalje obuhvaća celulozni eter odabran iz skupine koju čine hidroksipropilmetil-celuloza, metil-celuloza, hidroksietilmetil-celuloza, hidroksietil-celuloza, hidroksipropil-celuloza, kationska celuloza, karboksimetil-celuloza i njihove kombinacije.
16. Zidna gips ploča prema zahtjevu 15, naznačena time, da celulozni eter je hidroksipropilmetil-celuloza.
17. Postupak proizvodnje zidne gips ploče koja ima jezgru od organsko-anorganskog kompozita, naznačen time, da se pritom koristi proces s opsegom miješanja temperatura, pri čemu postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake: odabir supstituiranog škroba koji nije topiv u hladnoj vodi, koji ima stupanj supstitucije između 1,5 i 2,5 masenih %, stupanj polimerizacije, najmanje jednu etersku ili estersku supstituentsku skupinu te ima maseni postotak krutina na viskozitetu od 1000 cps i na temperaturi od 65,6°C (150°F) u rasponu od 9 do 43%, tako da supstituirani škrob nije topiv u vodi u opsegu miješanja temperatura; miješanje supstituiranog škroba, anorganske faze koja sadrži gips i vodu, u kontinuiranom procesu na temperaturi unutar opsega miješanja temperatura; oblikovanje zidne gips ploče; hidratizacija barem dijela anorganske faze; podizanje temperature iznad opsega miješanja temperatura, pri čemu se supstituirani škrob barem djelomično rastapa u vodi; i polaganje i sušenje zidne gips ploče tako da supstituirani škrob stvara kontinuirani polimerni film unutar jezgre.
