Claims (7)
1. Postrojenje (1) za apsorpciju pojedinih komponenata, kao što su štetne materije ili vrijedne materije u plinovima, kod kojeg se apsorpcijska otopina (5) dovodi u kontakt sa plinom u apsorpcijskoj komori (3), pri čemu se apsorpcijska otopina (5) uvodi u apsorpcijski komoru (3) pomoću mlaznica (8, 8a) za raspršivanje i pri čemu apsorpcijska komora (3) iznad dovoda (6) plina ima ravninu (7) za raspodjelu plina, pomoću koje se mogu izazvati turbulencije u dovedenoj struji plina. pri čemu ravnina (7) za raspodjelu plina ima mlaznice (8, 8a) za raspršivanje pomoću kojih se dovodi apsorpcijska otopina (5) i pri čemu je ravnina (7) za raspodjelu plina izvedena od mnoštva cijevi (11), pri čemu su mlaznice (8, 8a) za raspršivanje smještene na cijevima (11) i apsorpcijska otopina (5) se može dovoditi pomoću cijevi (11) do apsorpcijske komore (3), naznačeno time, što je u svakoj od cijevi (11) postavljen po jedan trn (14) za potiskivanje, čiji poprečni presjek se povećava u smjeru strujanja (20) apsorpcijske otopine (5).
2. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, što su mlaznice (8, 8a) za raspršivanje ravnina (7) za raspodjelu plina bar djelomično izvedene kao udarne mlaznice (8a).
3. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time, što su mlaznice (8, 8a) za raspršivanje usmjerene naviše, odnosno u smjeru strujanja plina.
4. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 3, naznačeno time, što su predviđene druge mlaznice (8b) za raspršivanje koje su usmjerene naniže, odnosno suprotno od smjera strujanja plina.
5. Postrojenje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeno time, što je iznad ravnine (7) za raspodjelu plina smještena najmanje jedna ravnina (4) sa mlaznicama, pomoću kojih se apsorpcijska otopina (5) opcijski uvodi u apsorpcijsku komoru (3).
6. Postrojenje prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeno time, što se pomoću trnova (14) za potiskivanje može dovesti voda (15) za ispiranje.
7. Postupak za apsorpciju pojedinih komponenata, kao što su štetne materije ili vrijedne materije u plinovima, pri čemu se apsorpcijska otopina (5) dovodi u kontakt sa plinom u apsorpcijskoj komori (3), pri čemu se dovedeni plin raspodjeljuje pomoću jedne ravnine (7) za raspodjelu plina i vrtloži se, pri čemu se apsorpcijska otopina (5) dovodi do ravnine (7) za raspodjelu plina i pomoću mlaznica (8, 8a, 8b) za raspršivanje uvodi u apsorpcijsku komoru (3) i pri čemu je ravnina (7) za raspodjelu plina izvedena od mnoštva cijevi (11), pri čemu su mlaznice (8, 8a, 8b) za raspršivanje smještene na cijevima (11) i apsorpcijska otopina (5) se dovodi pomoću cijevi (11) do apsorpcijske komore (3), naznačen time, što je u svakoj od cijevi (11) postavljen po jedan trn (14) za potiskivanje, čiji poprečni presjek se povećava u smjeru strujanja (20) apsorpcijske otopine (5), zbog čega dolazi do ujednačene raspodjele suspenzije.
