Claims (9)

1. Parni generator s komorom za izgaranje (1), s barem jednim kanalom plinskog toka (10) i ugrađenim sustavom bojlera (2), pri čemu svaki ugrađeni sustav bojlera (2) obuhvaća mnoštvo pojedinačnih, identično oblikovanih parnih bojlera (3) sa zatvorenom cirkulacijom vode, gdje svaki od navedenih parnih bojlera ima cjevovodnu konstrukciju koja sadrži barem jedan odušni cjevovod (4) koji vodi kroz komoru za izgaranje (1), cjevovod za izbacivanje pare (5), spušteni cjevovod (6) i spojni cjevovod (7) koji vodi od spuštenog (6) do odušnog cjevovoda (4), naznačen time, da je svaki od tih parnih bojlera (3) izveden pomoću sastavljenih cjevovoda sve do i uključujući maksimum od DN 32, kako bi se postigala jačina uz najmanji rizik, prema §5 Austrijskog pravilnika za upravljanje tlačnom opremom (DGÜW-V), pri čemu produkt sadržaja tlaka (p x V) iznosi manje od 350 [bar x l].
2. Parni generator prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je izmjenjivač topline (11) za predgrijavanje opskrbne vode, smješten u kanalu plinskog toka (10).
3. Parni generator prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da izmjenjivač topline (11) obuhvaća cijevi čije su cijevne osi smještene u osnovi u istoj ravnini kao i osi cjevovoda od parnog bojlera (3).
4. Parni generator prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se osigurava najmanje jedan dodatni parni bojler (12) za hlađenje stijenki komore za izgaranje (37), gdje su odušni cjevovodi (13) od navedenog dodatnog parnog bojlera, položeni u području stijenki komore za izgaranje.
5. Parni generator prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da odstranjivački vodovi za paru (15) koji vode izvan svake odstranjivačke spojnice (14) od parnih bojlera (3, 12) za uklanjanje pare, izranjaju u sakupljačkom parovodu (36).
6. Parni generator prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da odstranjivački vodovi za paru (15) koji vode izvan svake odstranjivačke spojnice (14) od parnih bojlera (3, 12) za uklanjanje pare, u svakom slučaju izranjaju, ako je potrebno putem parnog mlaznog hladionika (16) u svakom slučaju u pregrijanoj cijevi (17) položenoj u komori za izgaranje.
7. Parni generator prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da su u području komore za izgaranje vijugavo postavljene pregrijane cijevi (17) u vijčanom obliku i na cilindričan način.
8. Parni generator prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da parni bojleri (3) obuhvaćaju horizontalno postavljenu evaporacijsku cijev (9) položenu u radnom nivou na razini vode (8).
9. Parni generator prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da su osi cjevovoda od parnih bojlera (3), smještene u osnovi u istoj ravnini, poželjno u istoj vertikalnoj ravnini.
