Claims (15)
1. Dvoslojni kondenzator koji kao separator sadrži dvoosno orijentiranu, jednoslojnu ili višeslojnu poroznu foliju koja sadrži najmanje jedan porozni sloj, koji postane porozan pretvorbom β-kristalnog polipropilena dok se foliju rasteže, te gdje navedeni sloj sadrži propilenski homopolimer i/ili propilenski blok-kopolimer i β-nukleacijsko sredstvo, naznačen time što navedena folija ima Gurleyevu vrijednost od 50 do 400 s, te ima vrijednost stezanja od <5% u uzdužnom smjeru na 100 °C/1 sat i vrijednost stezanja u poprečnom smjeru od <10% na 100 °C/1 sat.
2. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je propilenski homopolimer visoko izotaktički polipropilen s izotaktičnošću lanca (13C-NMR) od 96 do 99%.
3. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je propilenski homopolimer izotaktički polipropilen s izotaktičnošću lanca (13C-NMR) od 90 do <96%.
4. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je nukleacijsko sredstvo kalcijeva sol pimelinske kiseline ili suberinske kiseline, ili karboksamid.
5. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što folija sadrži propilenski homopolimer, propilenski blok-kopolimer i β-nukleacijsko sredstvo.
6. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što folija sadrži 50 do 85%, težinski, propilenskog homopolimera, 15 do 50%, težinski, propilenskog blok-kopolimera i 50 do 10.000 ppm β-nukleacijskog sredstva.
7. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je gustoća folije u rasponu od 0,1 do 0,5 g/cm3 i/ili što porozni sloj ima prosječni promjer pora u rasponu od 50 do 100 nm.
8. Dvoslojni kondenzator u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što folija ima debljinu od 10 do 100 µm.
9. Postupak proizvodnje jednoslojne ili višeslojne, dvoosno orijentirane porozna polipropilenske folije koja ima Gurleyevu vrijednost od 50 do 400 s, te vrijednost stezanja od <5% u uzdužnom smjeru na 100 °C/1 sat i vrijednost stezanja u poprečnom smjeru od <10% na 100 °C/1 sat, naznačen time što se u najmanju ruku smjesu propilenskog homopolimera i/ili propilenskog blok-kopolimera s β-nukleacijskim sredstvom rastali u ekstruderu, te ekstrudira kroz ravan kalup na valjak za izvlačenje, na kojem se rastaljena folija ohladi i stvrdne, tvoreći β-kristalite, a navedenu foliju se zatim rastegne u uzdužnom smjeru, te u poprečnom smjeru, gdje se dvoosno rastegnutu foliju toplinski obrađuje na temperaturi od 120 do 150 °C nakon poprečnog rastezanja.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što se uzdužno rastegnutu foliju nakon uzdužnog rastezanja ohladi na temperaturu od 85 do 130 °C.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 ili 10, naznačen time što se nakon poprečnog rastezanja foliju izvuče na konvergirajući način, a konvergencija je od 5 do 25%.
12. Upotreba jednoslojne ili višeslojne dvoosno orijentirane porozne polipropilenske folije u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačena time što se foliju upotrebljava kao separator u dvoslojnom kondenzatoru.
13. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što dvoslojni kondenzator sadrži elektrode načinjene od aktiviranog ugljena ili elektrode obložene aktiviranim ugljenom, te što se kondenzator suši na temperaturi od 80 do 100 °C prije punjenja elektrolitom.
14. Dvoosno orijentirana jednoslojna ili višeslojna porozna polipropilenska folija, naznačena time što je se može proizvesti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11.
15. Dvoosno orijentirana folija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što ima elastični modul od 300 do 1800 N/mm3 u uzdužnom smjeru i elastični modul od 500 do 3000 N/mm3 u poprečnom smjeru.
