Claims (10)

1. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje za kontinuirano pretvaranje vruće, tekuće mase (8) u čvrste grumene (10) uz pomoć hlađenja, s najmanje jednim valjkom za hlađenje (1), valjkom za pritiskanje (2) i trakom za pritiskanje (3) koja ide po valjcima za vođenje (4), gdje valjak za hlađenje (1) i valjak za pritiskanje (2) služe za valjanje mase (8) u tanki sloj (9), te gdje traka za pritiskanje (3) ide po dijelu oboda valjka za hlađenje (1) i služi za pritiskanje sloja (9) na valjak za hlađenje (1) na tom mjestu, naznačen time što se valjak za hlađenje (1), valjak za pritiskanje (2), traka za pritiskanje (3) i valjci za vođenje (4) drži samo s jedne strane, a valjke (1, 2) se nosi i pogoni samo s te strane, te što su valjak za hlađenje (1), valjak za pritiskanje (2), traka za pritiskanje (3) i valjci za vođenje (4) stoga dostupni za čišćenje i/ili skidanje s druge strane.
2. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno ima skidač (5) i drobilicu (6), gdje drobilica (6) služi za mljevenje sloja (9) skrutnutog na valjku za hlađenje (1), a skidač (5) ga skida s valjka za hlađenje (1), te što te komponente (5, 6) se također drži samo s gore navedene strane, gdje drobilica (6) ima pogon samo s te strane, te je stoga dostupna za čišćenje i/ili skidanje s druge strane.
3. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je svaki od valjka za hlađenje (1) i valjak za pritiskanje (2) odgovarajuće zabrtvljen prema svojim ležajevima, pogonima i drugi pomoćni uređaji na razdjelnoj stijenki (15) uz pomoć brtve, te što se te brtve također može skinuti prema drugoj strani.
4. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što svaka od gore navedenih brtvi ima brtveni prsten (16, 17), te što se međusoban relativni položaj između valjka za hlađenje (1) i valjka za pritiskanje (2) može podesiti između radnog položaja, gdje je razmak između valjaka (7) mali i ugradbenog položaja, gdje je razmak između valjaka (7) veći, kako bi se skinulo te brtvene prstene (16, 17).
5. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što brtveni prsten (16) jednog od dva valjka, po mogućnosti valjka za hlađenje (1), je klizno pričvršćen na taj valjak (1) u blizini razdjelne stijenke (15) i brtve u odnosu na razdjelnu stijenku (15).
6. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što samo jedan valjak (1) je ugrađen na pokretan način, po mogućnosti uz pomoć zupca, kako bi se omogućilo podešavanje između radnog položaja i ugradbenog položaja, te što brtveni prsten (16) navedenog valjka (1) klizi po razdjelnoj stijenki (15) tijekom podešavanja tog valjka.
7. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačen time što brtveni prsten (17) drugog valjka (2) je pričvršćen odmaknut od razdjelne stijenke (15) na nosivom prstenu (21) klizno povezanom s razdjelnom stijenkom (15) i brtve na drugom valjku (2).
8. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što jedan valjak (1) ima na obodu udubljenje (20), u koje ulazi brtveni prsten (17) drugog valjka (2) u radnom položaju, te što drugi valjak (2) također ima udubljenje (22), u koje ulazi brtveni prsten (16) prvog valjka (1) u radnom položaju.
9. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3-7, naznačen time što su valjak za hlađenje (1) i valjak za pritiskanje (2) čvrsto montirani, s tim da se im se može podesiti relativni položaj između radnog položaja i ugradbenog položaja.
10. Valjkasti uređaj za hlađenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačen time što su gore navedene komponente (1-4; 1-6) pokrivene zaštitnim pokrovom (11).
