Claims (7)
1. Postupak za nadzor i kontrolu kemije ZLD (pražnjenja bez tekućeg ostatka) sustava u elektrani, koji obuhvaća postrojenje za desulfurizaciju dimnih plinova iz navedene elektrane, jedinicu (TSD) za pročišćavanje otpada iz spomenutog postrojenja za pročišćavanje dimnih plinova, prvu frakciju (2) tekućeg efluenta koji dolazi iz navedenog uređaja i koji se šalje u pogon za isparavanje (SEC), i drugu frakciju (1) koja se reciklira u spremniku (SA) koji osigurava nadomjesnu tekućinu (6) za navedeno postrojenje za obradu dimnih plinova, a navedeno postrojenje za isparavanje (SEC) sadrži jedinicu za omekšavanje (S) i jedinicu za kristalizaciju-isparavanja (EC), navedeni postupak je, naznačen time da sadrži sljedeće korake:
- povremeno uzorkovanja tekućih strujanja koja kruže u unaprijed određenim kritičnim dijelovima (SC1 - SC4) navedenog sustava, koji sadrži izlazni dio iz jedinice za pročišćavanje otpada postrojenja za pročišćavanje dimnih plinova (SC1), izlazni dio iz jedinice za omekšavanje (SC2), napojni dio za jedinicu za kristalizaciju/isparavanje (SC3), nadomjesni dio (SC4) iz navedenog spremnika (SA) navedenog postrojenja za obradu dimnih plinova; u svrhu određivanja kemijsko-fizičkih parametara koji se odnose na koncentracije kalcijevog sulfata i kalcijevog karbonata u navedenim dijelovima;
- izračunavanja odnosa zasićenja za kalcijev sulfat i kalcijev karbonat za svaki od navedenih kritičnih dijelova (SC1-SC4);
- Identificiranje kritičnih sekcija koje su podvrgnute taloženju kalcijevog sulfata ili kalcijevog karbonata, u kojima tekuća strujanja koja prolaze kroz njih imaju predviđeni omjer zasićenja kalcijevog sulfata i/ili kalcijevog karbonata viši od unaprijed određenog praga pozornosti;
- provođenje aktivnosti koje obuhvaćaju varijacije doziranja reaktanata/aditiva u navedenom postrojenju za kristalizaciju/isparavanje (EC) i/ili navedenoj jedinici za obradu otpada (TSD) ili varijaciju omjera između protoka navedenih frakcija tekućeg efluenta koje dolaze iz spomenute jedinice, navedena varijacije je takva da se omjer zasićenja za kalcijev sulfat i kalcijev karbonat održava na vrijednosti manjoj ili jednakoj 1 tijekom vremena.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da bi se izbjeglo taloženje kalcijevog sulfata koji dolazi iz jedinice za obradu otpada (TSD), doziranje kalcij hidroksida za navedenu jedinicu postavljeno je na najnižu vrijednost koja omogućava taloženje zemnoalkalnih metala, pri čemu ne prelazi vrijednost 1,3 omjera zasićenja kalcij sulfata.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se taloženje kalcijevog karbonata koji izlazi iz navedene jedinice za omekšavanje (S) ili ulazi u navedenu jedinicu za kristalizaciju
- isparavanje (EC) kontrolira obradom s kiselinom.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se taloženje kalcijevog sulfata u tekućem strujanju koje se dovodi u jedinicu za pročišćavanje dimnih plinova kontrolira smanjivanjem brzine protoka navedene frakcije tekućeg efluenta koji dolazi iz jedinice za obradu otpada (TSD) u spomenuti spremnik (SA).
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je navedeni prag pozornosti za omjere zasićenja između 1 i 1,3 za kalcijev sulfat i 1 i 3,2 za kalcijev karbonat.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni kemijsko-fizički parametri obuhvaćaju temperaturu, pH na 25°C, M-lužnatost, koncentraciju kalcija, magnezija, sulfatnih i kloridnih iona, a ionska ravnoteža zatvara se koncentracijom natrij iona.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni postupci obuhvaćaju: podešavanje kalcijevog hidroksida da ne prelazi vrijednost 1,3 omjera zasićenja kalcij sulfatom i/ili zakiseljavanje strujanja tekućina koje dolaze iz navedene jedinice za omekšavanje ili ulaze u navedenu jedinicu za kristalizaciju-isparavanje i/ili smanjivanje brzine protoka navedene frakcije tekućeg efluenta koja dolazi iz jedinice za obradu otpada (TSD) u spomenuti spremnik (Sa).
