Claims (18)
1. Tekstilni proizvod koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice ugrađene u vlakna‚ za upotrebu kod ljudi i životinja‚ naznačen time da tekstilni proizvod sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice s visokom sposobnošću infracrvenog zračenja koje‚ u kontaktu toplinom ljudskog tijela ima mogućnost prenošenja infracrvenog zračenja u dosegu od 3.0 µm do 14.8 µm, infracrveno zračenje unutar tih valnih duljina ima mogućnost reguliranja mikrocirkulacije krvi kao rezultat svoje visoke zaštite‚ pri čemu su navedene biokeramičke mikročestice opremljene barem aluminij silikatom‚ cink oksidom i barij magnezij karbonatom.
2. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno Zahtjevu 1‚ naznačen time da tekstilni proizvod u kontaktu s ljudskom kožom omogućava maksimalni opseg infracrvenog zračenja od 14.8 mikrona sa sposobnošću samozaštite‚ ima mogućnost reguliranja mikrocirkulacije krvi.
3. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno Zahtjevu 1‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen pomoću termalne kupke biokeramičkih čestica uklopljenih u vlakna tekstilnog proizvoda s visokom sposobnošću iradijacije u području infracrvenog zračenja u čitavom njegovom opsegu‚ ukupno infracrveno zračenje prostorno je ujednačeno i tekstilni proizvod se preferencijalno smatra Lambert izvorom‚ navedena kupka proizvoda izvedena je u obojanoj tekućini koja sadrži biokeramičke čestice u opsegu između 2%, 15%, preferencijalno 7%.
4. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno Zahtjevu 1‚ naznačen time da tekstilni proizvod sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice do 9.5 µm (mreža 1,350).
5. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno ranijim Zahtjevima‚ naznačen time da su navedene biokeramičke mikročestice načinjene od čistog biokeramičkog praha s refleksijom‚ na sobnoj temperaturi‚ koji pokazuje visoku reflektivnost u čitavom infracrvenom opsegu‚ uvijek iznad 82%‚ s malim karakterističnim slabljenjem u području između 7.5 i 11.1 µm.
6. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da su biokeramičke mikročestice impregnirane u vlakna tekstilnog proizvoda tako da navedena impregnacija ima tendenciju prenošenja visoke reflektivnosti na složeni materijal i‚ stoga‚ snižava svoju infracrvenu emisivnost na naglašeniji način izvan rečenog opsega između 7.5 i 11.1 µm a na manje naglašeni način unutar navedenog opsega.
7. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da refleksija neopranog tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice na sobnoj temperaturi‚ 25°C, i na temperaturi ljudskog tijela od 37°C, na bilo kojoj svojoj strani‚ povećava u gotovo cijelom infracrvenom opsegu‚ u usporedbi s istim tekstilnim proizvodom na sobnoj temperaturi.
8. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da‚ usporedbom tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramiku s proizvodom bez biokeramike‚ oba neoprana i s dvije strane‚ postoji povećanje refleksije u gotovo cijelom infracrvenom opsegu na temperaturi ljudskog tijela od 37°C, dok na sobnoj temperaturi‚ postoji smanjenje refleksije u gotovo cijelom infracrvenom opsegu‚ što će rezultirati činjenicom da je ukupna emisivnost tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramiku‚ u usporedbi s tekstilnim proizvodom bez biokeramike‚ smanjena na temperaturi od 37°C i približno 1.7 puta više na sobnoj temperaturi.
9. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da refleksija neopranog tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice na sobnoj temperaturi‚ 25°C, i na temperaturi ljudskog tijela od 37°C, na bilo kojoj od strana‚ pokazuje jasno da je refleksija zagrijanog tekstilnog proizvoda u čitavom infracrvenom opsegu viša‚ u usporedbi s tekstilnim proizvodom na sobnoj temperaturi (25°C).
10. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da neoprani tekstilni proizvod koji sadrži biokeramiku na sobnoj temperaturi‚ dobiven od navedenog tekstilnog proizvoda u nerastegnutom obliku‚ prenosi veoma slabo u cijelom infracrvenom opsegu‚ sa spektralnim transmisijama uvijek nižim od 0.9%, s prosječnom vrijednošću od otprilike 0.7% nasuprot 0.05% u odnosu na proizvod ber biokeramičkih milročestica.
11. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da su rezultati zračenja na bilo kojoj strani koji pokazuju infracrveno zračenje emitirano od tekstilnog proizvoda‚ koji sadrži keramiku ili je bez keramike‚ opran ili ne‚ slični.
12. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je prah s biokeramičkim mikročesticama impregniran u tekstilni proizvod na način ujednačene kupke visoko reflektivan materijal u infracrvenom opsegu koji pokazuje refleksiju blizu 100% između 2.8 µm i 8.2 µm‚ iznad 82% unutar karakterističnog opsega između 8.2 µm i 22.1. µm te prosjek od 90% između 11.1 µm i 14.8 µm.
13. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da za svaki m2 (kvadratni metar) tekstilnog proizvoda kako bi se dobio visoki kapacitet infracrvene refleksivnosti‚ 2% do 15% biokeramičkih mikročestica‚ preferencijalno 7%‚ nanesene su u otapalo i disperzirane u boju u koju je uronjen odnosni proizvod‚ koji je podvrgnut jednoličnoj kupki s obje strane.
14. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da kada je zagrijan na temperaturu ljudskog tijela od 37°C, infracrvena reflektivnost na bilo kojoj od strana tekstilnog proizvoda raste.
15. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da‚ kao rezultat dva materijala niske emisivnosti biokeramičkih mikročestica‚ također predstavlja nisku emisivnost od ∈< 0.022.
16. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen tako da‚ u infracrvenom opsegu između 3.0 µm i 14.8 µm‚ preferencijalno u radijaciji od 14.8 µm‚ bilo na sobnoj temperaturi od 25°C ili na temperaturi ljudskog tijela od 37°C, opran ili ne‚ pokazuje nisku emisivnost nižu od 0.03%‚ povezanu s ukupnom visokom reflektivnošću višom od 97%‚ time karakterizirajući tekstilni proizvod koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice kao materijal s visokom zaštitom od infracrvenog zračenja‚ kod tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramiku na 37°C‚ u infracrvenom opsegu od 0.78 µm do 22.0 µm‚ od otprilike 1.4 mW/cm2sr‚ predstavljajući prosječnu emisivnost od 0.11 u ovom opsegu spektra.
17. Tekstilni proizvod sukladno bilo kojem od ranijih Zahtjeva‚ naznačen time da je tekstilni proizvod načinjen od aplikacije biokeramike u obliku mikročestica u materijal vrlo visoke infracrvene refleksivnosti‚ navedena aplikacija povećava emisivnost tako načinjenog tekstilnog proizvoda‚ kada je zagrijan blizu prosječne temperature ljudskog tijela (37°C), tako kompenzirajući prirodno povećanje emisivnosti tekstilnog proizvoda bez biokeramike prilikom zagrijavanja‚ tako‚ tekstilni proizvod koji sadrži biokeramiku načinjen je tako da povećava zaštitu od infracrvenog zračenja kad je zagrijan na temperaturu ljudskog tijela i oslobađa svoju zaštitu kako se hladi na sobnu temperaturu‚ u kojoj situaciji postaje nešto malo više emisivan‚ tako‚ kada se mijenja s sobne temperature na prosječnu temperaturu ljudskog tijela‚ tekstilni proizvod koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice ponaša se kao mehanizam između dva načina ponašanja: prvi niže zaštite/više infracrvene emisivnosti i drugi više zaštite/niže infracrvene emisivnosti‚ emisivnost se mijenja bez značajnog variranja‚ stajući ispod 0.03%.
18. Postupak proizvodnje tekstilnog proizvoda koji sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice utkane u vlakna istoga‚ naznačen time da nastaje stavljanjem tekstilnog proizvoda bez biokeramičkih mikročestica u termalnu kupku od biokeramičkih mikročestica koja sadrži barem aluminij silikat‚ cink oksid i barij magnezij karbonat‚ za ugradnju navedenih biokeramičkih mikročestica u vlakna tekstilnog proizvoda u čitavom njegovom opsegu‚ pri čemu je ukupno zračenje prostorno ujednačeno i tekstilni se proizvod preferencijalno smatra Lambert izvorom‚ navedena kupka tekstilnog proizvoda izvedena je obojanom tekućinom koja sadrži biokeramičke mikročestice u opsegu između 2%, 15%, preferencijalno 7%, gdje navedene biokeramičke mikročestice imaju visoku sposobnost iradijacije koja‚ u kontaktu s toplinom ljudskog tijela ima mogućnost prenošenja infracrvenog zračenja u opsegu od 3.0 µm do 14.8 µm, infracrveno zračenje unutar ove valne duljine ima mogućnost reguliranja mikrocirkulacije krvi kao rezultat svoje visoke zaštite.
