Claims (18)
1. Uređaj za ugradnju obloge (120) u cijev (101) za kućne cjevovode s time da ta cijev uključuje cijevna koljena (102a,102b), a spomenuti uređaj uključuje
- jednu proksimalnu spojnicu (3) i jednu distalnu spojnicu (4) koje su međusobno spojene savitljivom cijevi male površine presjeka ili šipkom (2),
- jedan mjehur koji se napuhuje (110), pri čemu je jedan kraj tog mjehura koji se napuhuje pričvršćen na proksimalnu spojnicu (3) a drugi kraj tog mjehura koji se napuhuje je pričvršćen na distalnu spojnicu (4) pomoću savitljive cijevi malog promjera ili šipke (2) postavljene u unutrašnjosti tog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110),
- jedno crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) s jednim proksimalnim krajem i jednim distalnim krajem pri čemu je distalni kraj tog crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) spojen na proksimalnu spojnicu (3) tako da se može otpustiti a spomenuto crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) je protočno povezano s unutrašnjosti mjehura koji se napuhuje.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da unutar mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) nema nikakvih drugih komponenti osim savitljive cijevi ili šipke (2).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, koji nadalje uključuje jednu oblogu postavljenu preko spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110).
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time da je spomenuto crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) protočno povezano s unutrašnjosti mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) preko voda (25) u proksimalnoj spojnici (3).
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je spomenuto crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) dovoljno savitljivo da prolazi kroz cijevna koljena (102a,102b) i dovoljno stabilno da potisnu silu prenosi na proksimalnu spojnicu (3) na distalnom kraju crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5).
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da se proksimalna spojnica (3) i/ili distalna spojnica (4) sastoje od dvije razmaknute prirubnice (13,14).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da proksimalna spojnica (3) i/ili distalna spojnica (4) imaju jednu površinu s rebrima (17).
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da proksimalna spojnica (3) i/ili distalna spojnica (4) uključuju barem jedan provrt (23) koji na oba kraja ima lozne navoje.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan provrt (23) zatvoren čepom koji ima lozni navoj.
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da je distalna spojnica (4) izvedena sa zaobljenim ili zakošenim krajem.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se protočni spoj između crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) i unutrašnjosti mjehura (110) nalazi u proksimalnoj spojnici (3) i/ili distalnoj spojnici (4) i/ili u cijevi (2).
12. Komplet alata za ugradnju obloge u cijev (101) za kućne cjevovode, pri čemu ta cijev uključuje cijevna koljena (102a, 102b), a spomenuti komplet alata uključuje:
- crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) s jednom polovicom spojnice na distalnom kraju,
- proksimalnu spojnicu (3) s polovicama spojnice na svakom od dva nasuprotna kraja, pri čemu je distalni kraj spomenutog crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) izveden na način da se spaja na proksimalnu spojnicu (3) tako da se može otpustiti
- distalnu spojnicu (4) s polovicom spojnice na jednom kraju,
- savitljivu cijev male površine presjeka ili šipku (2) s polovicom spojnice na oba nasuprotna kraja koja se uklapa u polovice spojnice na spojnicama, i
- mjehur koji se napuhuje konfiguriran tako da mu je jedan kraj pričvršćen na spomenutu proksimalnu spojnicu (3) a drugi je kraj pričvršćen na spomenutu distalnu spojnicu (4) sa spomenutom savitljivom cijevi malog promjera ili šipkom (2) postavljenom unutar spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje; naznačen time da je nakon sastavljanja spomenutog kompleta alata spomenuto crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) konfigurirano na način da omogućava protočnu komunikaciju s unutrašnjosti spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110).
13. Komplet alata prema zahtjevu 12, koji nadalje uključuje mjehure koji se napuhuju (110) različitih dimenzija i oblika.
14. Komplet alata prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da su spomenuti mjehuri koji se napuhuju (110) mjehuri s dva otvorena kraja.
15. Komplet alata prema zahtjevu 14, koji nadalje uključuje pričvrsne elemente (116) za pričvršćivanje otvorenih krajeva mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) na spomenute spojnice (3,4).
16. Komplet alata prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 15, koji nadalje uključuje gotove obloge različitog oblika i dimenzija.
17. Komplet alata prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 16, koji nadalje uključuje jedan izvor komprimiranog zraka, izvor vakuuma i izvor vrućeg tekućeg medija.
18. Metoda za ugradnju obloge (120) u cijev (101) za kućne cjevovode, koja uključuje ugradnju jedne proksimalne spojnice (3) i jedne distalne spojnice (4) koje su međusobno spojene pomoću savitljive cijevi malog presjeka ili šipke (2) kako bi se izveo jedan sklop savitljive cijevi ili sklop šipke (1), ugradnju jednog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) s dva otvorena kraja, umetanje spomenutog sklopa savitljive cijevi ili šipke (1) u spomenuti mjehur koji se napuhuje (110), pričvršćivanje jednog otvorenog kraja spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) na spomenutu proksimalnu spojnicu (3), pričvršćivanje drugog otvorenog kraja spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110) na spomenutu distalnu spojnicu (4) da tvore sklop mjehura, korištenje crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) i spajanje jednog kraja tog crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) na spomenutu proksimalnu spojnicu (3), pri čemu je to crijevo za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5) konfigurirano za protočnu komunikaciju s unutrašnjosti spomenutog mjehura koji se napuhuje (110), postavljanje jedne održive obloge (120) iznad spomenutog sklopa mjehura, umetanje spomenutog sklopa mjehura s oblogom (120) u spomenutu cijev (101), potiskivanje spomenutog sklopa mjehura sa spomenutom oblogom (120) kroz koljenaste dijelove spomenute cijevi u željeni položaj unutar spomenute cijevi pomoću spomenutog crijeva za potiskivanje-povlačenje-okretanje (5).
