Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，属于石油套管连接部件技术领域，旨在解决现有石油表层套管的塑钢接箍连接钢管容易发生粘扣、连接塑料管易造成撸扣且连接不紧密的问题。它采用的接箍套筒是一端套筒内制有锥度为1∶8～16连接钢管的内螺纹、另一端套筒内制有连接塑料管的凹齿槽的接箍套筒，并在嵌连于接箍套筒凹齿槽的塑料管口内镶连有支撑管节。其结构简单实用，适用于塑料石油套管或是塑料管和钢管组合的石油套管连接固定。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于石油套管连接部件技术领域中一种油气井表层套管的塑钢接箍。
背景技术
塑钢接箍是石油表层套管连接的关键部件。在公知技术中，现有油气井表层套管的塑钢接箍主要是采用的在接箍套筒的两端筒体内分别制有圆螺纹或偏梯形螺纹，但受其构造所限，其连接钢管端容易发生粘扣或滑扣，尤其是连接塑料管易造成撸扣且连接不紧密，而影响所连石油表层套管的正常使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，解决现有石油表层套管的塑钢接箍连接钢管容易发生粘扣、连接塑料管易造成撸扣且连接不紧密的问题。本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，制造成本低，连接紧密、牢固可靠，使用方便的石油表层套管用新式塑钢接箍。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，它设有：接箍套筒、支撑管节，接箍套筒是一端套筒内制有锥度为1∶8～16的连接钢管(包括钢管接头)的内螺纹、另一端套筒内制有连接塑料管的凹齿槽，并在嵌连于接箍套筒凹齿槽的塑料管口内镶连有支撑管节。
上述石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，所述接箍套筒的凹齿槽是圆锥形凹齿槽和圆柱形凹齿槽连接组成，或是圆锥形凹齿槽、圆碗形凹齿槽和圆柱形凹齿槽连接组成，以及其它适用型的凹齿槽。
上述石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，所述支撑管节为圆管型管节和管节一端口部制有膨胀缝的圆管膨胀型管节的一种。
本实用新型使用时，与现有的塑钢接箍一样，按设计要求，将接箍套筒的锥螺纹端连接钢管或是钢管接头；凹齿槽端插入并嵌连塑料管后镶装支撑管节连接固定。
由于本实用新型设计采用了上述技术方案，有效地解决了现有石油表层套管的塑钢接箍连接钢管容易发生粘扣、连接塑料管易造成撸扣且连接不紧密的问题。经过数次试验试用结果表明，它与现有技术相比，具有结构简单使用，制造成本低，连接钢管不粘扣、连接塑料管不撸扣、连接紧密牢固，使用方便等有益效果，适用于塑料石油表层套管或是塑料管和钢管组合的石油套管连接固定。

具体实施方式
如附图1-2所示实施例，本实用新型设有：接箍套筒2、支撑管节3，接箍套筒2是一端套筒内制有锥度为1∶16的连接钢管接头1的内螺纹5、另一端套筒内制有连接聚乙烯塑料管4的凹齿槽6，并在嵌连于接箍套筒2凹齿槽的塑料管口内镶连有支撑管节3，接箍套筒2的凹齿槽6是圆锥形凹齿槽和圆柱形凹齿槽连接组成(也参见附图3)。
参照附图4实施例，本实用新型的支撑管节是管节一端口部制有6条均布膨胀缝7的圆管膨胀型支撑管节。
Claims (3)
1.一种石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，它设有接箍套筒，其特征在于，还设有支撑管节(3)，接箍套筒是一端套筒内制有锥度为1：8～16连接钢管的内螺纹(5)、另一端套筒内制有连接塑料管的凹齿槽(6)的接箍套筒(2)，并在嵌连于接箍套筒凹齿槽(6)的塑料管口内镶连有支撑管节(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，其特征在于，接箍套筒(2)的凹齿槽(6)是圆锥形凹齿槽和圆柱形凹齿槽连接组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述石油表层套管的塑钢接箍，其特征在于，支撑管节(3)是圆管型管节和管节一端口部制有膨胀缝(7)的圆管膨胀型管节的一种。
