Claims (15)
1. Struk kormila (40) za kormila (100) za vozila za kretanje po vodi, kod kojih je donja sekcija (42) struka kormila (40) koja je umetnuta u kormilo (100) i spojena sa kormilom (100) sastavljena od nemetala, naznačen time da je u donjoj sekciji (42) struka kormila (40) potporno tijelo (70) koje obezbjeđuje potporu struku kormila (40) suprotstavljanju efektima vanjskih sila.
2. Struk kormila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se struk kormila (40) suštinski sastoji od cijevi (46) napravljene od vlaknastog materijala, pri čemu je po potrebi gornja sekcija struka kormila (40) koja je povezana sa upravljačkom prijenosnicom (11) vozila za kretanje po vodi, sastavljena od metala.
3. Struk kormila prema zahtjevima 1 i 2, naznačen time da je potporno tijelo (70) smješteno unutar donje sekcije(42) struka kormila (40).
4. Struk kormila prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da struk kormila (40)u donjoj sekciji (42) obuhvata cijev sastavljenu od nemetala, pri čemu je potporno tijelo (70) smješteno unutar cijevi i čvrsto spojeno sa cijevi.
5. Struk kormila prema zahtjevima 3 i 4, naznačen time da potporno tijelo (70) obuhvaća spojni element za uvođenje sile (43) koji spaja struk kormila (40) za propeler kormila (30), i/ili tako da je dio sekcije na površini potpornog tijela (70) konfigurirano tako da bude strukturirano i/ili profilirano, i/ili tako da je potporno tijelo (70) konfigurirano tako da bude elastično i/ili tako da je potporno tijelo (70) konfigurirano kao šuplje tijelo.
6. Struk kormila prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je potporno tijelo (70) konfigurirano kao dvodijelno.
7. Struk kormila prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan od dva dijela potpornog tijela (71, 72) koja čine potporno tijelo (70) konfigurirano da bude dvodijelno ima obavijajuću mrežu (712; 722) koja izbija iz jednog dijela potpornog tijela (71, 72), koje može bit povezano sa drugim djelom potpornog tijela formirajući šupljinu (73).
8. Struk kormila prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da struk kormila (40)u svojoj donjoj sekciji (42) ima zaštitni omotač (47) koji obavija struk kormila (40).
9. Kormilo (100) za vozilo za kretanje po vodi, obuhvaća kormilarski list (30) i struk kormila (40), pri čemu je struk kormila (40) djelomično smješten unutar kormilarskog lista (30) i donja sekcija (42)struka kormila (30) smještena unutar kormilarskog lista, spojena metodom zavrtnja (21) smještenog u kormilarskom listu (21), i pri čemu donja sekcija (42)struka kormila (40) je od nemetala, naznačeno time da potporno tijelo (70) u donjoj sekciji (42) struka kormila (40) obezbjeđuje potporu struku kormila (40) suprotstavljanju efektima vanjskih sila, pri čemu je struk kormila (40) konfiguriran prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva.
10. Kormilo prema zahtjevu 9,naznačeno time da je potporno tijelo (70) smješteno u sekciju u kojoj je struk kormila (40) spojen u kormilarski list (30) i/ili u sekciju u kojoj je veza kormilarskog lista (301) sa strukom kormila (40).
11. Kormilo prema zahtjevima 9 ili 10, naznačeno time da je u donjoj sekciji (42) zaštitni omotač (47) koji obavija struk kormila (40), pri čemu je zaštitni omotač (47) smješten u sekciju u kojoj je struk kormila (40) spojeno u kormilarski list (30) i/ili u sekciju u kojoj je veza kormilarskog lista (301) sa strukom kormila (40).
12. Donja sekcija (42)struka kormila (40) koja je smještena unutar kormila (100) za vozila za kretanje po vodi i koja je spojena za kormilo (100), naznačena time da donja sekcija (42) obuhvaća potporno tijelo (70) koje pruža potporu donjoj sekciji (42)struka kormila (40)suprotstavljanju efektima vanjskih sila, oko koga je obavijen materijal od nemetala.
13. Metoda za proizvodnju donje sekcije (42)struka kormila (40) koja je uvedena u kormilo (100) za vozila za kretanje po vodi i spojena sa kormilom, naznačena time da u donjoj sekciji (42) potporno tijelo (70) obezbjeđuje potporu donjoj sekciji (42)struka kormila (40)suprotstavljanju efektima vanjskih sila a vlaknasti materijal je obavijen oko potpornog tijela (70), pri čemu je metoda pogodna za proizvodnju donje sekcije (42) prema zahtjevu 12.
14. Metoda za proizvodnju struka kormila (40) kormila (100) za vozilo za kretanje po vodi, obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a.) obezbjeđivanje potpornog tijela (70),
b.) obezbjeđivanje vretena za namotavanje (80),
c.) smještanje vretena za namotavanje (80) uz potporno tijelo (70),
d.) formiranje cijevi sačinjene od vlakana (45) namotavanjem vlaknastog materijala oko potpornog tijela (70) i oko vretena za namotavanje (80),
e.) uklanjanje vretena za namotavanje (80), po potrebi, i
f.) po potrebi, spajanje gornje sekcije (41) povezane sa upravljačkom prijenosnicom (11) vozila za kretanje po vodi na kraju cijevi sačinjene od vlakana (46) okrenute suprotno potpornom tijelu (70), pri čemu je ova metoda pogodna za proizvodnju struka kormila (40) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8.
15. Metoda prema zahtjevu 14, naznačena time da je potporno tijelo (70) konfigurirano kao dvodijelno i prvi dio potpornog tijela (71) se upotrebljava za korake a.), c.) i d.) i da je drugi dio potpornog tijela (72) uveden u cijev sastavljenu od vlakana (46) nakon izvođenja koraka e.) kroz kraj cijevi sastavljene od vlakana (46) okrenute suprotno prvom dijelu potpornog tijela (71), pomjeren kroz cijev sastavljenu od vlakana (46) ka prvom dijelu potpornog tijela (71) i povezan sa prvim dijelom potpornog tijela (71) i/ili cijevi sastavljene od vlakana (46).
