Claims (8)
1. Višeslojna cijev (10) za hidrauličko povezivanje i ožičenje solarnih panela, koja sadrži
- najmanje dvije cijevi (11, 12), jednu za dovod, a drugu za odvod tekućine za prijenos topline, za koju je predviđeno da kola najmanje jednim solarnim panelom (13) s kojim je višeslojna cijev povezana, pri čemu se navedene cijevi protežu paralelnim putanjama,
- najmanje jedan toplinski izolacijski sloj (14), postavljen na način da je omotan oko svake pojedine cijevi (11, 12),
- oblogu namijenjenu zaštiti i sapinjanju (15) koja je postavljena na način da okružuje sve navedene cijevi (11, 12) s navedenim izolacijskim slojem (14), pri čemu je navedena obloga oblikovana tako da tvori longitudinalni kanal namijenjen sapinjanju (16) najmanje jednog kabela za električno ožičenje (17);
pri čemu je predmetna višeslojna cijev (10) naznačena time
- što je navedeni izolacijski sloj (14) načinjen od Aerogela, te
- time što je navedena obloga (15) oblikovana tako da tvori dva bočna međusobno odvojena cjevasta kanala (19, 20), po jedan za svaku od navedenih cijevi (11, 12) omotanih navedenim izolacijskim slojem od Aerogela (14).
2. Višeslojna cijev prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se može namotati u svitak.
3. Višeslojna cijev prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačena time što centralna udaljenost između dviju cijevi (11, 12) iznosi između 5 i 20 centimetara.
4. Višeslojna cijev prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačena time što su navedene cijevi (11, 12) načinjene od čelika valovitog tipa, s prosječnim presjekom čiji promjer iznosi između 1.5 i 4 centimetra.
5. Višeslojna cijev prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačena time što debljina navedenog izolacijskog sloja načinjenog od Aerogela (14) iznosi između 0.3 centimetra i 2 centimetra.
6. Višeslojna cijev prema prethodnim zahtjevima, naznačena time što je navedena obloga namijenjena zaštiti i sapinjanju (15) načinjena od tkanine s premazom, s osnovnom niti koja je obična ili u obliku pletenice te je otporna na povlačenje.
7. Višeslojna cijev prema zahtjevu 6, naznačena time što je svaki kanal (19, 20) sačinjen savijanjem bočnog kraja (21) na način da on okruži odgovarajuću cijev, pri čemu se rub (22) navedenog bočnog kraja pričvršćuje na središnji dio (23) navedene obloge spajanjem pomoću ljepila ili visokofrekventnim varenjem ili pomoću drugih sličnih i istovrijednih metoda.
8. Višeslojna cijev prema zahtjevima od 1 do 5, naznačena time što je navedena obloga sačinjena od ploče metalnog materijala, čiji se bočni krajevi savijaju tako da okruže odgovarajuću cijev, a rub navedenog bočnog kraja pričvršćuje se na središnji dio navedene obloge točkastim varenjem.
