Claims (22)
1. Metoda korištenja zatvorenog fotobioreaktora za uzgoj fototrofnih mikroorganizama, pri čemu taj fotobioreaktor sadrži jednu tekućinu za uzgoj te je djelomično ili u cijelosti okružen vodom neke vodene mase, naznačena time da se razlika između gustoće tekućine za uzgoj i gustoće okolne vode postiže tako da se kontrolira položaj fotobioreaktora u vodenoj masi.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da su stjenke tog fotobioreaktora, koje su prilagođene tako da drže tekućinu za uzgoj, napravljene od vodonepropusnog fleksibilnog materijala.
3. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se razlika u gustoći ostvaruje postizanjem razlike u salinitetu i/ili temperaturi između tekućine za uzgoj i okolne vode.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se razlika u gustoći ostvaruje tako da se održava stalni položaj fotobioreaktora u okolnoj vodenoj masi.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je taj fotobioreaktor opremljen jednim ili više odjeljaka ili cijevi prilagođenih na način da dodatno kontroliraju okomiti položaj i/ili oblik fotobioreaktora.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je taj fotobioreaktor opremljen mehaničkim sredstvima prilagođenim na način da dodatno kontroliraju okomiti položaj i/ili oblik fotobioreaktora.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da taj fotobioreaktor ima oblik plosnate ploče.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da taj fotobioreaktor sadrži dva ili više pod-odjeljaka prilagođenih na način da u sebi drže tekućinu za uzgoj.
9. Metoda prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da su spomenuti pod-odjeljci međusobno nepropusno zabrtvljeni.
10. Metoda prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da su spomenuti pod-odjeljci spojeni kako bi se omogućilo ograničeno prelijevanje tekućine i/ili plina između tih pod-odjeljaka.
11. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da taj fotobioreaktor uključuje sredstva za privremenu podjelu fotobioreaktora na dva ili više pod-odjeljaka.
12. Zatvoreni fotobioreaktor za uzgoj fototrofnih mikroorganizama, pri čemu taj fotobioreaktor sadrži jednu tekućinu za uzgoj te je djelomično ili u cijelosti okružen vodom neke vodene mase, naznačen time da taj fotobioreaktor uključuje uređaje za određivanje razlike između gustoće tekućine za uzgoj i gustoće okolne vode i uređaje za postizanje razlike između gustoće tekućine za uzgoj i gustoće okolne vode na način da se kontrolira položaj fotobioreaktora u vodenoj masi.
13. Fotobioreaktor prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da su uređaji za postizanje razlike u gustoći uređaji kojima se postiže salinitet ili razlika u salinitetu i temperaturi između tekućine za uzgoj i okolne vode.
14. Fotobioreaktor prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time da uređaj za postizanje razlike u gustoći uključuje jedan ulazni otvor, izlazni otvor, crijeva, pumpe, izvore tekućine i/ili plina.
15. Fotobioreaktor prema zahtjevu 12, 13 ili 14, naznačen time da su stjenke tog fotobioreaktora, koje su prilagođene tako da drže tekućinu za uzgoj, napravljene od vodonepropusnog fleksibilnog materijala.
16. Fotobioreaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačen time da je taj fotobioreaktor opremljen jednim ili više odjeljaka ili cijevi prilagođenih na način da dodatno kontroliraju okomiti položaj i/ili oblik fotobioreaktora.
17. Fotobioreaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 14 naznačen time da je taj fotobioreaktor opremljen mehaničkim sredstvima prilagođenim na način da dodatno kontroliraju okomiti položaj i/ili oblik fotobioreaktora..
18. Fotobioreaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 17, naznačen time da taj fotobioreaktor ima oblik plosnate ploče
19. Fotobioreaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 18, naznačen time da taj fotobioreaktor sadrži dva ili više pod-odjeljaka prilagođenih na način da u sebi drže tekućinu za uzgoj.
20. Fotobioreaktor prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da su spomenuti pod-odjeljci međusobno nepropusno zabrtvljeni.
21. Fotobioreaktor prema zahtjevu 19, naznačen time da su spomenuti pod-odjeljci spojeni kako bi se omogućilo ograničeno prelijevanje tekućine i/ili plina između tih pod-odjeljaka.
22. Fotobioreaktor prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 12 do 21, naznačen time da taj fotobioreaktor uključuje sredstva za privremenu podjelu fotobioreaktora na dva ili više pod-odjeljaka.
