Claims (15)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju zaštitnog sloja od prozirnih elemenata za toplinsku zaštitu, naznačen time, da se miješaju zajedno
(a) SiO2-disperzija stabilizirana s glicerinom i/ili etilen glikolom i KOHom od
(i) nataloženog silicija ili
(ii) pirogenskog (dimljenog) silicija i/ili nataloženog silicija i silicijevog sol-gela, i
(b) kaustični kalij karbonat.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija stabilizirana s glicerinom i KOHom je disperzija pirogenskog silicija i/ili nataloženog silicija i silicijevog sol-gela.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija i/ili kaustični kalij karbonat sadrže alkilsiloksan u takvim količinama da je cijela količina zaštitnog sloja između 0,1 i 10 masenih %, pri čemu je alkilsiloksan odabran od polimonoalkilsiloksana i polidialkilsiloksana i njihovih mješavina, dok su alkilne skupine ravne i/ili razgranate C1-C4-alkil skupine.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da alkilsiloksan je polidimetilsiloksan.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time, da alkilsiloksan ima molekularnu masu (Mw) u rasponu od 1000 do 25000.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija i/ili kaustični kalij karbonat sadrže amonijak u količini koja odgovara količini od 0,1 do 6 masenih % od 32-postotne vodene otopine amonijaka, posebno od 0,5 do 2,5 masenih % od 32-postotne vodene otopine amonijaka.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija je disperzija nataloženog silicija i silicijevog sol-gela.
8. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija ima sljedeći sastav:
SiO235 do 52 masenih %
voda 30 do 50 masenih %
KOH 0,6 ± 0,1 masenih %
alkilsiloksan 0 do 13 masenih %
ostatak je glicerin i/ili etilen glikol, pri čemu je u sadržaju najmanje 5 masenih % glicerina i/ili etilen glikola, te pri čemu je alkilsiloksan odabran od polimonoalkilsiloksana i polidialkilsiloksana i njihovih mješavina, dok su alkil-skupine ravne i/ili razgranate
C1-C4-alkil-skupine.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da SiO2-disperzija ima sljedeći sastav:
SiO247 do 48,5 masenih %
voda 33,8 do 30,9 masenih %
KOH 0,6 ± 0,1 masenih %
alkilsiloksan 0 do 10 masenih %
ostatak je glicerin i/ili etilen glikol, pri čemu je u sadržaju najmanje 5 masenih % glicerina
i/ili etilen glikola.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačen time, da disperzija obuhvaća 0,5 do 0,8 masenih % alkilsiloksana.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se
SiO2-disperzija stabilizirana s glicerinom i KOH-om i
kaustični kalij karbonat,
međusobno miješaju u količinama koje odgovaraju 70 i 75 masenih % disperzije, prema jednom od zahtjeva 8 do 10, i 25 i 30 masenih % kaustičnog kalij karbonata (50 masenih %), a poželjno se preferira u količinama koje odgovaraju 73,45 masenih % disperzije, prema jednom od zahtjeva 8 do 10, i 26,55 masenih % kaustičnog kalij karbonata (50 masenih %).
12. Uporaba silicijevog sol-gela stabiliziranog s KOH-om i poliolom, naznačena time, da je za proizvodnju zaštitnog sloja elementa za toplinsku zaštitu.
13. Vodena disperzija koja sadrži silicijev dioksid, naznačena time, da ona sadrži (i) pirogenski silicij i/ili nataloženi silicij i (ii) silicijev sol-gel, te time, da je stabilizirana s dodavanjem poliola i alkalijskog hidroksida, posebno kalijevog hidroksida.
14. Postupak proizvodnje stabilnog i koncentriranog silicijevog sol-gela, naznačen time, da se dodaje poliol u alkalijski stabiliziran silicijev sol-gel, nakon čega se vrši koncentracija pomoću vodene evaporacije.
15. Prozirni element za toplinsku zaštitu s barem jednim nosivim elementom i sa zaštitnim slojem, naznačen time, da je zaštitni sloj vodeni silikatni sastav, koji se može dobiti iz alkalijskog metalnog oksida i SiO2 pomoću postupka prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11.
