Claims (19)
1. Postupak za obradu kontaminiranog mineralnog vodnog sedimenta ili materijala tla (3) u mineralni građevni materijal za tehničke namjene kod zemljanih radova, pri čemu se materijal oslobodi vode tako da ima sadržaj vode koji ne prelazi 50 – 70 % u odnosu na njegovu suhu masu i homogeno se usitni, a dobiveni usitnjeni materijal se homogeno pomiješa (10), u odnosu na svoju suhu masu, s 2 – 10 % gline u prahu, s urejom i s 2 – 30 % hidrauličnog sredstva za vezivanje i s agregatom, naznačen time što se također doda 0.1 – 0.5 % organofilnog bentonita i ureje u koncentraciji od 1 – 5 %, i što građevni materijal ima raspodjelu veličine zrna koja se nalazi unutar granulometrijske krivulje sa sljedećim masenim frakcijama: 0.5 % do 26 % do veličine zrna od 0.002 mm; 0.7 % do 26 % do veličine zrna od 0.006 mm; 0.9 % do 27 % do veličine zrna od 0.02 mm; 1 % do 28 % do veličine zrna od 0.06 mm; 4 % do 40 % do veličine zrna od 0.2 mm; 6 % do 60 % do veličine zrna od 0.6 mm; 15 % do 75 % do veličine zrna od 1 mm; 25 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 2 mm; 40 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 4 mm; 45 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 6 mm; 55 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 10 mm; 75 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 20 mm; 90 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 40 mm; 98 % d0 100 % do veličine zrna od 60 mm.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se doda 20 – 40 % po masi agregata.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što agregat ima raspodjelu veličine zrna koja se nalazi unutar granulometrijske krivulje sa sljedećim masenim frakcijama: 0 % do 1 % do veličine zrna od 2 mm; 0 % do 12 % do veličine zrna od 3 mm; 0 % do 35 % do veličine zrna od 4 mm; 0 % do 90 % do veličine zrna od 5 mm; 0 % do 96 % do veličine zrna od 6 mm; 0.5 % do 97 % do veličine zrna od 8 mm; 5 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 1 mm; 25 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 2 mm; 40 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 4 mm; 45 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 6 mm; 5 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 10 mm; 95 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 16 mm; 99 % do 100 % do veličine zrna od 20 mm.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što agregat sadržava okrugla zrna, razlomljeni kamen ili reciklirani materijal.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je agregat raspoređen u skupine i sadržava 90 do 95 % zrna veličine 2/8 mm i 5 – 10 % zrna veličine 8/16 mm.
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se materijal pomiješa s 2 % gline u prahu, 0.2 % organofilnog bentonita, 2% ureje, 25 % hidrauličnog sredstva za povezivanje i 25 % agregata.
7. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se vodni sediment obrađuje s udjelom pijeska koji ne prelazi 50 % po masi.
8. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se materijal prozrači i homogenizira prije miješanja i nakon miješanja.
9. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se glina u prahu sastoji od 10 – 75 % kaolinita i 5 – 25 % kvarcita.
10. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1, naznačen time što glina u prahu ima finoću zrna sve do približno 1.5 mm.

13. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se pripremljeni materijal, kada se koristi kao materijal za ispunu pod vodom, unosi pomoću kablova za zahvaćanje.
14. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što hidrauličko sredstvo za povezivanje sadržava 95 – 100 % klinker Portland cementa.
15. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što urea ima sadržaj dušičnog amida od 40 – 50 %, a naročito 46 %.
16. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se urea dodaje kao granulat ili se prilira.
17. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što urea ima sadržaj biureta koji ne prelazi 1.2 %.
18. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se materijal prerađuje u mineralni građevni materijal za tehničke namjene kod zemljanih radova koji su iznad nivoa vode ili ispod nivoa vode.
19. Postupak u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se konačni materijal koristi kao građevni materijal za ispunu ispod vode ili iznad vode, kao elementi za nošenje opterećenja ili elementi za brtvljenje kod gradnje brana, kao strukture za nošenje kod gradnje temelja za ceste ili kod popunjavanja tla.
