Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju električne struje u postrojenju za proizvodnju cementnog klinkera u kojoj se koriste peć (5) i/ili predkalcinator (3, 4) kao komore za izgaranje u svrhu proizvodnje električne energije, naznačen time, da taj postupak obuhvaća: a) dovođenje goriva (30, 31) u predkalcinator (3, 4) i/ili peć (5) u količini koja odgovara najmanje 110 % vrijednosti potrebne optimizirane toplinske vrijednosti za fazu proizvodnje klinkera u predkalcinatoru (3, 4), odnosno rotacijske peći (5), po jediničnoj te·ini klinkera; b) odvođenje dijela vrućih dimnih plinova (50, 51, 52) iz najmanje jednog izvora: (i) peći (5) i/ili (ii) predkalcinatora (3, 4); c) dovođenje navedenog dijela vrućih dimnih plinova u parogenerator na principu oporavka topline (7) koji proizvodi paru; d) proizvodnja električne struje u energetskom otoku koji sadr·i parnu turbine priključenu na generator električne struje. Patent sadr·i jo® 13 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (14)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju električne struje u postrojenju za proizvodnju cementnog klinkera u kojoj se koriste peć (5) i/ili predkalcinator (3, 4) kao komore za izgaranje u svrhu proizvodnje električne energije, naznačen time, da taj postupak obuhvaća:
a) dovođenje goriva (30, 31) u predkalcinator (3, 4) i/ili peć (5) u količini koja odgovara najmanje 110 % vrijednosti potrebne optimizirane toplinske vrijednosti za fazu proizvodnje klinkera u predkalcinatoru (3, 4), odnosno rotacijske peći (5), po jediničnoj težini klinkera;
b) odvođenje dijela vrućih dimnih plinova (50, 51, 52) iz najmanje jednog izvora:
(i) peći (5) i/ili (ii) predkalcinatora (3, 4);
c) dovođenje navedenog dijela vrućih dimnih plinova u parogenerator na principu oporavka topline (7) koji proizvodi paru;
d) proizvodnja električne struje u energetskom otoku koji sadrži parnu turbine priključenu na generator električne struje.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da parogenerator na principu oporavka topline (7) proizvodu paru temperature više od 400°C, apsolutnog tlaka višeg od 35 bara, a parna turbina je visokotlačna turbina.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se (31) dovodi u količini koja odgovara najmanje 120 % vrijednosti potrebne optimizirane toplinske vrijednosti po masenoj jedinici klinkera, poželjno je više od 140 %, a najpoželjnije više od 200 %.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 3, naznačen time, da cementni blinker uključuje fazu predgrijavanja (1, 2) u kojoj se izbacuju izlazni plinovi (44), vrući dimni plinovi (50, 51, 52) odvode se na takav način da je količina izlaznih plinova (44) manja od 1,5 tona plinova po toni klinkera, poželjno je manje od 1,3 tone plinova, poželjnije manje od 1 tone te vrlo poželjno manje od 0,8 tona.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da se vrući dimni plinovi odvode iz rotacijske peći (5) i predkalcinatora (3, 4).
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da omjer vrućih dimnih plinova (50, 51) koji se odvode iz rotacijske peći i vrućih dimnih plinova (52) koji se odvode iz predkalcinatora manji od 1, poželjno je manji od 0,5, a još poželjniji omjer je manji od 0,35.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time, da postrojenje za proizvodnju cementnog klinkera sadrži najmanje jedan predgrijač (2) iz kojeg se dodatno odvode vrući dimni plinovi u svrhu nadzora procesa.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačen time, da se odvedeni vrući dimni plinovi (51, 52, 53) miješaju i iz njih se odvaja prašina prije nego što uđu u parogenerator na principu oporavka topline (7).
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da se dodatno zrak (20, 24) izravno ubacuje u predkalcinator (3, 4) i/ili u peć (5) kao zrak za sagorijevanje.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da se dodatni zrak (62, 63) ubacuje izravno u predgrijač(e) (1, 2) kako bi se kompenzirali svi poremećaji u procesu proizvodnje cementnog klinkera.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da:
e) ohlađeni dimni plinovi ispušteni iz parogeneratora na principu oporavka topline (7) ili oni koji dolaze iz predgrijača ubacuju se u peć (5) i/ili predkalcinator (3, 4) i/ili predgrijač (e) (1, 2).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 to 11, naznačen time, da energetski otok (70) šalje natrag vodu koja je prethodno zagrijana u grijačima napojne vode kako bi se izbjegla korozija i/ili inkrustacija.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim patentnim zahtjevom od 1 do 12 u kojem se koristi dodatni ekonomizator vode (9), naznačen time, da se napojna voda (71) parogeneratora na principu oporavka topline (7) zagrijava dimnim plinovima (44) ispuštenim iz predgrijača (1).
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time, da dodatni ekonomizator vode (9) dobiva vodu iz energetskog otoka.
